Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. This study aims to improve the ability to write argumentative paragraphs using the multicontext method in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Mangoli Utara Timur. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). From the background of the problem, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Students have difficulty finding ideas or ideas that are outlined in the form of written paragraphs. 2) Students find it difficult to find a solution to the problem in paragraph writing. 3) Students cannot be able to express the data presented in paragraph writing. 4) The vocabulary that students have is still small to arrange in the form of paragraphs. So that from the purpose of the background problem a Multicontest learning method is used. The research subjects were 15 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Mangoli Utara Timur. In. Data analysis techniques use quantitative data calculation techniques. The results of the study prove that the comparison of the average value of the results of students' writing ability has increased by 20.66%, namely from the pre-cycle of 52.53 to 77.73 The actions of the first cycle amounted to 77.73 to 87.34 in the second cycle with a total increase of 2%. This success can be seen from the comparison from pre-cycle to cycle I (good qualification level) and from cycle I to cycle II (very good qualification level). Therefore it can be concluded that 1. The use of multi-context learning methods is enough to increase the process of student learning activities) 2. The results of learning to write argumentative paragraphs. Has been able to achieve the standard of completeness given after using the multi-context method.

This study aims to improve the ability to write news through the 5W+1H method in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Mangoli Selatan. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were 19 students of class XI at SMK Negeri 2 Mangoli Selatan. In collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative data calculation techniques. The results of the study proved that the comparison of the average value of the results of students' writing ability increased by 59.17%, namely from cycle I by 65.89% to 89.42%% in cycle II with a total increase of 2%. This success can be seen from the comparison from pre-cycle to cycle I (good qualification level) and from cycle I to cycle II (very good qualification level). Therefore it can be concluded that 1. The use of the 5W+1H method is enough to increase the process of student learning activities) 2. The results of learning to write news have been able to reach the standard of completeness given after using the 5W+1H method.

The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a discussion that has existed for a long time. However, until now the problem of education quality has not been resolved. Quality education is the hope and demand of all education stakeholders. Everyone will certainly prefer to study at institutions that have good quality. On this basis, schools/educational institutions must be able to provide good service and quality so that they are not left behind and are able to compete with other educational institutions. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study technique where this research is conducted by collecting data related or relevant to research originating from scientific journals and other publications that are worthy of being a research source. The results of this study indicate that ethics and responsibility in business have the same role which aims to improve the image of educational institutions to develop schools. An educational institution will be hampered or unable to develop without the role of good management ethics.

Tax is a main income of society that can be used in development. Land and Building Tax (PBB) is a fee paid for the existence of land and buildings to be able to provide benefits and socio-economic status for individuals or entities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the collection and management of land and building tax on Batam City Regional Original Revenue which was carried out at the Batam City Regional Revenue Agency. The population in this study is the Batam City Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Budget Realization Report for 2017-2021. The sample in this study is the realization of local taxes and targets along with the realization of Batam City Land and Building Tax for 2017-2021. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method as a research in producing descriptive data in the form of data collected and classified the data is then described in the data to be further described in a descriptive discussion to describe the effectiveness of the collection and management of Land and Building Tax for use increase local revenue. The results in this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of land and building tax (PBB) collection during 2017-2021 is classified as effective because based on the percentage of the effective level of collection, which averages 122.95%. And the management of Land and Building Tax (PBB) during 2017-2021 is classified as ineffective because the average percentage reaches 22.31%.

The need for clean water is an unlimited and sustainable need, while the need for clean water supply and services is increasing from time to time which is sometimes not matched by service capabilities. This is a challenge that must be faced by the local government and a solution is immediately sought so that the majority of people who depend on PDAMs in the city of Tidore Islands do not lack clean water. The purpose of this study was to determine the prediction of the clean water needs of the population of the city of Tidore Islands in the next 20 years, starting from 2016 to 2036. This research was carried out in the service area of the PDAM, Tidore Islands district, especially on Tidore Island. Prediction of population growth and increasing facilities Social activities are carried out using Arithmetic and Geometric methods. The results of this study indicate that the need for clean water for the people of the city of Tidore Islands in 2036 is for normal use of 488.20 liters/second, for maximum day use is 572.90 liters/second. for use at peak hours of 871.8 liters / second.

Initiation of the Central Government by designating Surabaya as one of the cities that accelerates its development through culinary and shopping tourism, thereby strengthening its position and potential as a creative city. Gastronomic tourism is another way to enjoy tourist attractions and preserve culture in the culinary field. From the product aspect of culinary tourism destinations, Surabaya has unique products and a variety of culinary preparations. This research was conducted to get an overview of the feasibility of the city of Surabaya as gastronomic tourism. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection carried out by observation and in-depth interviews. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Surabaya is quite ready to become a gastronomic tour but of course, it must be developed so that it can become a tourist attraction, efforts that can be made to develop gastronomy in Surabaya such as material readiness, cleanliness of the place, food presentation as well as product quality and meaning from the food served which can be added value to tourists and the people in Surabaya.

Kampung Pathuk Yogyakarta offers several opportunities to be explored and developed. This city is known as the center of Bakpia, special souvenirs from the special region of Yogyakarta. The rapid development of the tourism industry is an opportunity for traditional food to develop further in meeting the daily needs of the community, especially tourists. Community-based tourism is tourism development that involves the local community strongly and can consider social and environmental aspects. Understanding the importance of local wisdom, especially in traditional culinary which is part of tourism development in the special area of Yogyakarta. Traditional food in Yogyakarta is currently very popular among tourists from various regions who can find a variety of Yogyakarta specialties. The research method used is a qualitative method. A literature search was carried out. The results of the study concluded that the Bakpia Pathuk production process has unique potential so that it becomes a potential gastronomic tourism destination.

Pregnancy is a natural thing that happens to produce women. When a mother finds out that she is pregnant, she will feel very happy because this is the happiest and most awaited time, but when experiencing the process of pregnancy a mother will experience anxiety due to pregnancy and childbirth. Anxiety is one of the psychological disorders that often occurs in pregnant women, which is more present in the third trimester of pregnancy. Anxiety in pregnant women can have a negative impact on both the mother and the fetus. This study aimed to explain the relationship between education and family support on the anxiety of third times trimester pregnant women in the Waipare Health CenterThe research design used is analytic correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all third-trimester primigravida pregnant women in the working area of the Waipare Health Center who were taken using the total sampling technique and totaling 24 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire and is tested using the Lambda and Gamma tests.The results showed that there was a relationship between education and anxiety levels (p-value = 0.000), there was a relationship between family support and anxiety levels (p-value = 0.006). Based on the results of the research above, it is hoped that health workers will provide education to mothers to reduce anxiety in facing childbirth so as to reduce the high risk of maternal and infant mortality.

Education is a form of organization where the level of success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. This fact shows how big the role of leadership in education is. Therefore, improvement of management and leadership systems in education is absolutely necessary. The existence of Islamic leadership also provides a balance between worldly concept leadership and the concept of ukhrowi to achieve essential goals more than just temporary organizational goals, demands a high commitment to Islamic principles and assigns a place of leadership not just a humanitarian task.

Application of the aptitude treatment interaction (ATI) learning model to improve Pkn learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN 58 Ternate City. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 58 Kota Ternate. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 58 Kota Ternate. The research was conducted in 2023/2024. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics Class V students at SDN 58 Ternate City. Based on the research results from the results of a descriptive analysis of student learning outcomes in cycle II showed that the highest score was 91, the lowest score was 55 and the average student score was 70.8 with a standard deviation of 6.83. The number of students who complete their studies is 65.5% and 34.5% do not complete their studies. Based on the descriptive analysis above, student learning outcomes have increased after the second cycle of action, namely from an average score of 60 to 70.8 but individual learning mastery has reached 65.5%.
