Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The camel method is a method that is often used in assessing the soundness of a bank, in this method, there are five aspects assessed, namely (capital, asset quality, management, profits, and liquidity). These five factors are interrelated with each other in providing information related to the level of the soundness of a bank, if one of these aspects experiences problems it will affect other aspects. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the level of soundness at PT Bank BCA Syariah using the CAMEL method in the 2017 to 2021 period, the ratios used include CAR, NPF, ROA, NPM and FDR. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely financial reports from 2017 to 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to describe an overview of religious understanding among salafi circles and the problems (pros and cons) of the salafi movement in Indonesia and the development of salafi manhaj schools. This study used a qualitative-descriptive research method with library research techniques. The results of the study show that salafists follow and adhere to the Qur'ân and Sunnah, leave bid'ah, monotheism, demand useful knowledge, at-Tashfiyah and at-tarbiyah, refuse party and stagnation in schools of thought and revive true Islamic thought. based on the Qur'an, sunnah and the actions of as-salaf ash-shâlih. Salafi preachers always call for obedience to the government, among the principles of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah is the obligation to obey Muslim leaders as long as they do not order them to commit disobedience, even though they commit wrongdoing. Because obeying them is included in obedience to Allah, and obedience to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is mandatory. The solution for the actions of the movement of individuals who label themselves as salafi has caused uproar, including the government to communicate in order to minimize friction, foster a feeling of mutual respect and respect for existing differences, tools and legal certainty, and encourage the public to report the perpetrators of actions that are troubling the public to the party. authorities, the government is also expected to be a neutral judge by enforcing applicable rules and taking firm action against those who are proven to have created truth and chaos in society, religious leaders and community leaders are expected to be pro-active in dealing with various groups deemed being a trigger for problems in religious communities, being a good mediator and listener when conflicts occur between religious groups, instead of being provoked and taking sides with one of the groups and religious leaders akwah and include information on lessons at school. Then the salafi school is an effort to "purify Islam" through adherence to the concept of returning "Authentic Islam" which is part of the transnational Islamic movement

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies and obstacles factors of the Department of Population and Civil Registry in providing special services for disabilities in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The data needed both primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation are then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of the study show the strategy of the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registry Office in providing special services for disabilities, namely optimizing the role of human resources and optimizing facilities and infrastructure to meet the needs of persons with disabilities, for example issuing service innovations, especially online services with the SIPINTAR PEDULI program. Improving coordination and cooperation with related SKPD/Institutions such as SLB, Social Institutions, and Correctional Institutions. Increasing public awareness by socializing so that people know the importance of population administration documents, especially KTPs for persons with disabilities. Abstract

Workers as sailors (Ship's Crew) are jobs that can cause work stress. Generally, workers (ABK) spend three to four months working on ships or sailing and live far from home or family, therefore crew members must establish close relationships between colleagues so that a sense of kinship arises that they feel like their own family, as for the factors this study is workload, interpersonal relationships, work environment and family factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to work stress on crew members (KM Lauser Passenger Ship). The type of research used is quantitative research with analytic observation methods and cross sectional approaches. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total of 63 respondents, then the research was analyzed using the chi-square test and the instrument used a questionnaire. The results obtained from this study are that there is a significant relationship between workload and interpersonal relationships with work stress because the P-value is <0.05 and there is no significant relationship between work environment and family factors because the P-value is > 0.05 . Based on the analysis of the research data, the results show that there is a workload relationship and interpersonal relationships so that it is necessary to change co-workers while on guard at night and establish relationships, communicate openly with co-workers so as not to cause conflict between co-workers

Abstract

ABSTRACT The writing of this scientific work is a form of representation of granting remissions for convicts in class IIA Penitentiary in Karawang Regency based on data findings related to the existing regulations in force in the form of Permenkumham Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Second Amendment Number 3 of 2018 concerning Terms and Procedures for Granting Remission, Assimilation, Visiting Family Leave, Parole, Prior Release Leave, and Conditional Leave as the legal basis for conducting this research. Correctional Institutions as an area that is not only limited by the form of its territory to accommodate convicts, but as a medium that realizes legal objectives by providing guidance and coaching for convicts. In practice, remission itself is one of the convict coaching strategies based on the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 7 of 2022 which is still valid until 2023. The process of carrying out research is carried out using research methods which in terms of using field data, namely empirical juridical methods in which researchers go to the field and obtain data which will then be processed in this paper. The results of the study show that there has been an increase in the granting of remissions from 2021 to 2022 with data divided into general remissions and special remissions. Abstract

This research needs to be conducted to find out how much influence taxpayer awareness has on compliance with MSME tax payments on platform usersecommercein West java. The existence of this study aims to see how much the level of awareness of taxpayers, especially MSME actors in West Java, uses the platformecommerce in carrying out its business activities in compliance with paying taxes. The data source in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has collected 106 respondents as measured using a Likert scale. As for the research conducted using a data analysis model in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools. The results show that of the four dimensions of taxpayer awareness that can affect taxpayer compliance, one of which is the perception of the taxpayer partially does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, the other three variables, namely tax knowledge, taxpayer characteristics, and tax socialization have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

According to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out how to sell online in various expeditions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. In descriptive research, it is necessary to obtain a complete and accurate description of a situation. The result of this analysis and research is that we must understand how the sales system in various expeditions is in accordance with applicable legal provisions. must also know the various types of expeditions for online sales. The main purpose of online sales is to increase sales and reach a wider market. This can be a pretty accitive marketing strategy in digital commerce. Create interesting content so that the product can be well known and remembered by consumers.

Abstract

Turnover intention is usually referred to as a form of expression that describes a person's situation or feelings towards a decision to leave a company or job. turnover intention can be avoided by a company because it is very detrimental to the company. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership transformation and green human resource management on turnover intention with organization citizen behavior as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 45 employees of PT. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out using the Google formula. This research results that there is no significant effect between transformational leadership on turnover intention at PT.Sango Indonesia, there is no significant effect between green human resource management on turnover intention at PT.Sango Indonesia, there is no significant effect between organization citizen behavior on turnover intention, there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on organizational citizen behavior. There is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on turnover intention which is mediated by organization citizen behavior at PT.Sango Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the level of consumer buying interest in Cafe Dots Karawang based on price, social media advertising and location. This research was conducted through a statistical technique approach using IBM SPSS 25, data collection using random sampling technique on 325 respondents with research subjects being consumers of Cafe Dots Karawang. The data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and multiple regression analysis. The magnitude of the partial effect of price on consumer buying interest is 0.200 or 20%. The magnitude of the partial effect of Social Media Ads on Consumer Purchase Interest is 0.380 or 38%. The partial influence of location on consumer buying interest is 0.169 or 16.9%. Then the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of Price, Social Media Advertising and Location has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest Dots Karawang with a contribution of 0.269 or 26.9% and the remaining 73.1% other contributions are influenced by variables not examined.
