Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Sumber kewenangan Dewan Perawakilan Rakyat (DPR) dalam memberhentikan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi dan prosedur pemberhentian Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi oleh Lembaga Pengusul. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian ini bahwaDewan Perwakilan Rakyat tidak memiliki kewenangan dalam memberhentikan Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi. kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh DPR hanya sebatas pengajuan calon Hakim Konstitusi bersama-sama dengan usulan dari Presiden dan Mahkamah Agung yang selanjutnya ditetapkan oleh Keputusan Presiden sesuai dengan amanat Pasal 18 Ayat (1) UU No. 23 Tahun 2004 yang menyatakan bahwa Hakim Konstitusi diajukan masing-masing 3 (tiga) orang oleh Mahkamah Agung, 3 (tiga) orang oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, dan 3 (tiga) orang oleh Presiden untuk ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Presiden. Adapun prosedur pemberhentian Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi oleh Lembaga Pengusul tidak diatur dalam UU No. 7 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas UU No. 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi. Proses pemberhentian hakim konstitusi hanya diatur dalam Pasal 23 UU tersebut, yang menyatakan bahwa pemberhentian dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemberhentian secara terhormat dan pemberhentian secara tidak terhormat. Pemberhentian hakim konstitusi ditetapkan dengan keputusan presiden atas permintaan ketua mahkamah konstitusi sesuai dengan Pasal 23 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2020 Perubahan Ketiga Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tanun 2004 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi.

Abstract

The Job Creation Law as the Omnibus Law has been enacted in Indonesia to encourage investment and accelerate economic development. One important aspect of the Job Creation Law is environmental protection, which is of concern to stakeholders, including civil society and environmental activists. In this analysis, it was found that the Job Creation Law provides for several environmental protection provisions, such as the obligation to carry out an environmental impact assessment (AMDAL) and an environmental management plan (RKL-RPL) for investment projects. However, there are concerns that this provision could be undermined, because the Job Creation Law provides several concessions that could reduce pre-existing standards of environmental protection. This can result in environmental degradation. This article also analyzes the potential risks of destroying the environment in the implementation of the Job Creation Law, such as weak oversight, limited public participation, and the potential for reduced access to the courts to involve civil society in decision-making processes related to the environment.

Abstract

Students are required to solve problems, analyze ideas, to implement the knowledge they learn so that learning becomes active. Without the teacher's direction and guidance, students cannot learn independently and cannot be guided towards the best learning process. Optimizing the learning and teaching process and making students' skills in the science process improve requires developments in learning models. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the guided inquiry learning model in increasing students' learning motivation and skills in the science process through literature studies by examining some data from previous research articles both at national and international levels. The research method used is theoretical study. The results of the theoretical review (literature review) based on articles 1-8 can be concluded that the application of the guided inquiry learning model can increase student learning interest. According to the average results that have been obtained, the learning motivation of students will increase when given the guided inquiry learning model. Based on the well-known descriptions of articles 1 to 16, it can be seen that the guided inquiry learning model can successfully boost students' learning desires. The conclusion from the analysis of the effectiveness of the guided inquiry learning model on learning motivation and helping students to improve their science process skills. The inquiry learning process is able to develop students' intellectual abilities as well as in solving problems.

Abstract

Arduino UNO design is a series that is carried out through processes to make automatic lights by designing, making device prototypes, implementing, and testing the final device until the device is complete and ready to be tested. The purpose of this research is to develop a prototype of basic physics teaching aids on the subject of Ohm's law. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The results obtained in this study are that the Arduino uno-based automatic light control circuit can be used as a basic physics teaching aid for Ohm's law material. This trainer uses 4 lights that are assembled in series and parallel. In addition, this trainer is accompanied by Bluetooth to connect with an Android smartphone as a light switch controller.

Abstract

Paparan medan magnet Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyakit leukemia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi radiasi medan magnet Extremely Low Frequency terhadap penyakit leukemia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah artikel review sebanyak 24 artikel internasional dan nasional pada rentang 10 tahun dari 2013-2023. Dalam penyajian data secara deskriptif dengan disertai tabel hasil penelitian. Potensi radiasi medan magnet extremely low frequency (ELF) terhadap penyakit leukimia yang berada di rumah sakit, tempat kerja, saluran listrik tegangan tinggi, dan paparan rumah tangga mungkin berpengaruh terhadap leukimia anak-anak. Oleh karena itu diperlukan banyak penelitian lagi untuk mengklarifikasi permasalahan ini.

Abstract

Stocks differ from investing in bonds in that they represent a fractional ownership of equity in a company. Consistent research can help investors identify the best opportunities to buy low and sell high and maximise profits over the long term. Both technical analysis and fundamental analysis can be used to analyse stock returns. This study aims to determine or investigate the effect of the previous stock price, individual stock price index, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns in negative profit consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. From a population of 64 firms, 11 companies were chosen as samples. The relationship between variables was analysed using the multiple regression model, which resulted in findings that the previous stock price variable, individual stock price index, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio simultaneously did not have a significant effect on stock returns. Partially, stock returns are not significantly affected by the previous stock price, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio. However, the individual stock price index significantly affects stock returns for negative-profit consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021.

Abstract

Unlawful acts are things that often occur, where people can be said to be against the law if they take actions that cause harm to other parties who feel aggrieved.In actualizing it in our lives, not infrequently those who do this are governments that should have an obligation to protect their people as mandated by us. In practice, if the government is proven to violate applicable regulations, as citizens we can sue in the form of a lawsuit to the competent court, namely the State Administrative Court which is competent to resolve administrative claims. In its development, enforcement in terms of government administration has occurred several times in the surge or dynamics of interpretation where there are changes or differences in views that are adjusted to the legal views in our country.

Abstract

This paper describes the three-phase induction motor protection system used in PT South Pacific Viscose. The induction motor studied is a motor with a power of 90 kW. The nominal current obtained from the calculation is 151.934 A. Protection system in the form of MCCB and TOR. From the results of the calculation of the MCCB rating that must be used 379.835 A and the TOR rating of 189.917 A, while the installed MCCB is 400 A and TOR 200 A. By comparing the results of calculation observations with the field, it can be concluded that the use of the protection system is appropriate.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with two seasons-rainfall and drought. Moreover, Indonesia's geography always receives rainfall throughout the year, giving it a high rainfall of 2000-3000 mm per year. Water use as a source of energy has long been used to power hydroelectric (water plta). Hydroelectric plants tap into the potential energy and water-kinetic energy converged into angular power by water turbines. Water is also one of the most readily available sources of energy. Particularly in the west Java, it is seen at this time, as the season is already beginning. The use of hydroelectric power to meet the needs of electricity sources and, given the tiny new and renewable energy potential, would create hydroelectric power plants to optimize the use of new and renewable energy potential. In this article the authors will create a minuscule plant with easy materials so that the reader can build his own power plant without charging much money.

Abstract

The application of counseling to make career decisions for students needs to be done carefully and use an appropriate approach. One counseling approach that is suitable for overcoming the problem of career selection is traits and factors. The method used in this research is library research. How to collect data with documentation and find written sources according to the traits and factors approach for career decision making. The results of this study are that the trait and factor counseling approach can influence and be used to make career decisions for high school students whether to continue their study program or in a field of work that is definitely in accordance with their potential talent interests.
