Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This visit aims to analyze and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase sales at CV. Agent's shop. CV. Ageng Store is a retail company operating in the fashion industry. In today's digital era, digital marketing has become a key factor in achieving marketing and sales success. The method used in this research is a case study that involves analyzing the current situation and developing an effective digital marketing strategy for CV. Agent's shop. During the situation analysis stage, market research and competitor analysis are conducted to understand consumer trends, preferences, and marketing practices by competitors in the fashion industry. In addition, internal company data is also analyzed to identify current strengths and weaknesses in marketing and sales. The results of the situation analysis show that CV. Ageng Store can take advantage of digital marketing to increase online presence, increase interaction with customers, and expand market reach. By using social media as a platform to interact with customers, CV. Ageng Store can increase engagement and build closer relationships with customers

Abstract

The use of the Srikandi application at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Office aims to create an effective and efficient public service process. In the process of using the Srikandi application, there are several inhibiting factors, namely limited human resources for implementing technical guidance, networks that are sometimes unstable and application servers that are still often down when accessed, and the absence of incoming mail notifications that can be received when the application is not opened. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Srikandi application services carried out by the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Office. The theoretical concept that researchers use is the theory of effectiveness by Duncan in Ismaya et al (2021), namely goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. By using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques based on interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research that researchers can get are that the implementation of Srikandi application services still has several factors that become obstacles experienced by the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Office, so that the Srikandi application services implemented have not been effective.

Abstract

This article aims to find out strategies for increasing voter participation in exercising their voting rights. This topic is important and interesting, because the increase in voter participation has a great influence in conducting elections, especially when accompanied by socialization and voter education which become a strong foundation for building the level of voter participation in using their voting rights as well as possible. This research method is a type of research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where this method utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Sources of data in the study were obtained through interviews, observation, and online media (Publish or Perish database, SINTA, and Goggle Scholar). Data collection and data analysis techniques in this study were using interview, observation, and online media techniques (Publish or Perish database, SINTA, and Goggle Scholar) which were carried out by researchers to collect, explore, and collect valid, complete, and relevant information related to the topic of the problem that is the object of research. The author finds that, related to this activity, it is very useful as a strategy to foster a high participatory attitude in using their voting rights as well as possible, because this activity is a step to encourage as an agent of change (agent of change), so that awareness of political rights, democracy, and community participation can be increased again.

Abstract

As it is known that the provincial government of DKI Jakarta through Governor Regulation number 35 of 2014 has issued Minimum Service Standard (MSS) Transjakarta Busway Management unit. The Governor's Regulation should be the foundation for Transjakarta's operations and at the same time be a benchmark for the quality of PT. Transportation Jakarta. While Transjakarta service is still much complained by Transjakarta users. From the results of on-board survey conducted on 8 Transjakarta corridors shows the results that most of the measured parameters have been in accordance with MSS Transjakarta although there is variation between each corridor. However, based on the perception survey and passenger experience using questionnaires, it shows the low level of satisfaction of Transjakarta users to Transjakarta services especially in terms of waiting time and travel time. From these two survey results show the conflict between service standard and satisfaction level that makes the basis of analysis to Minimum Service Standards, whether the Minimum Service Standards that have been set too low or not and what matters can be a guide in determining Minimum Service Standards Transjakarta And other Public Transport.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the ecological contribution of government to realize competitive local government policies. Topic is important and interesting, because the governance ecology is part of the basis for making a policy, in addition to being a leading reference in the preparation of government policies, as well as being a digital tool that transforms all activities directly related to the process of administering government which aims to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and create maximum policy. The research method used is the literature review method, in which sources and data are obtained through the Publish or Perish, SINTA, and Goggle Scholar databases. In this method, researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in which this method utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Data collection techniques use literature review techniques carried out by researchers to collect valid, complete, and relevant information related to the topic of the problem which is the object of research. The data analysis technique used a literature review analysis technique, in which this research was conducted by reading literary sources to obtain the necessary data. The author found that, local government policies will be more effective and efficient, when policies are carried out in policy formulation based on governance ecology, local governments seek to have competitiveness by sticking to commitments in carrying out local government processes, and the process of increasing competitiveness has improved with increased knowledge and ability of apparatus in public service that has been optimal.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relevance of Islamic political thought according to Al-Mawardi in Indonesia. Topic is important and interesting, because Al-Mawardi is one of the figures who are experts in the field of fiqh, especially those directly related to fiqh siyasi and is a figure who has a very large influence on Islamic political thought. Research method used is the literature review method, in which sources and data are obtained from the Goggle Scholar, SINTA, and Publish or Perish databases. In this method, researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in which this method utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Data collection technique uses literature review techniques carried out by researchers to collect valid, complete, and relevant information related to the topic of the problem which is the object of research. Data analysis technique used a literature review analysis technique, in which this research was conducted by reading literary sources to obtain the necessary data. The author finds that, connection with "al-Ahkam as-Sulthaniyah" has provided views related to political theories which are still relevant and used by Muslims in managing various issues directly related to politics and state administration, in addition to thoughts Al-Mawardi's Islamic politics when it was later poured into the work "al-Ahkam al-Sulthaniyyah" and became a basic concept for the development of political thought and its application in the modern era including in Indonesia today, and its application in Indonesia can be seen in Al-Mawardi's related theory with a social contract that explains the relationship between "al-Halli wal-Aqdi and ahl-Imamah, so that this concept is then embodied and developed in the government system in Indonesia into 3 institutions, namely the executive, legislative and judicial bodies.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on changes in the economy to tourism. Due to the virus caused by Covid-19, various tourism areas have to be temporarily closed. From the policy set by the government, namely the Large-Scale Social Enforcement, where tourists cannot travel or visit various tours. However, over time the government implemented a new policy, namely the New Normal. Tourists who want to travel can still travel but with new regulations, namely implementing health protocols. The tourists also change their behavior patterns by complying with the policies set by the government. The research that we conducted used quantitative methods with questionnaires media.

Abstract

Abstrak Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) menjadi kebutuhan esensial bagi guru untuk memberikan rangsangan kepada anak-anak. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kreativitas guru PAUD dalam menciptakan alat permainan edukatif. Para guru PAUD dapat mengikuti pelatihan dan workshop yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kreatif. Mereka juga dapat terlibat dalam kegiatan kolaboratif dengan guru-guru lain, pengembang permainan, dan pakar pendidikan untuk saling berbagi ide dan pengalaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah studi literatur. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi pembuatan celemek dan boneka jari menggunakan kain flanel. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi: (1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media APE, dan (2) produk yang dihasilkan seperti celemek ilmu dan boneka jari. Berdasarkan pengamatan, keterampilan dalam menciptakan media APE yang inovatif, menantang, dan menyenangkan sangat diperlukan bagi guru tanpa membutuhkan biaya yang besar. Penggunaan alat permainan edukatif ini dapat mengatasi rasa bosan anak-anak saat melakukan aktivitas di kelas

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyses the practicum-basied learning process for science process skills and learning outcomes in the classification of living things for class VII B SMPN 1 Gunung Jati 2019-2020. The theory used in this study is practical learning theory, science process skills, and learning outcomes aimed at learning the classification of living things in biology subjects at the junior high school level. The research method used was descriptive-quantitative with the experimental research design. One group pretest-posttest design with the number of samples in one class totaling 36 respondents and the sampling technique used being total sampling. The results showed that there were changes between the pre-test and post-tests for both skills and learning outcomes, as indicated by the correlation values of 0.619 and 0.148. Suggestions for further research can include practicum methods with cooperative designs.
