Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the conditions of history learning at SMK Negeri 2 in terms of the sources used. (2) To find out the existence of the Sang Nila Utama Museum in supporting student history learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. (3) To find out students' perceptions about the existence of the Sang Nila Utama Museum in history learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this study the authors used data analysis techniques provided by Miles and Huberman, namely 3 components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. History learning at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 2 Pekanbaru is going well and effectively. The Sang Nila Utama Museum can be a very useful source of history learning for students at school. The results of this study concluded that the perceptions of students at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru about the existence of the Sang Nila Utama Museum are known to mean that students have positive perceptions which means they are quite good. Students argue that the existence of the Sang Nila Utama museum makes learning history more interactive and not boring.

Abstract

Warehouse management is concerned with the movement, picking, packing and storage of stock in the warehouse. The existence of a warehousing management system is basically to handle and control the material in the warehouse. This writing aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing Werehouse Management System. This study used the literature study method, where the authors used data obtained from previous research at PT. Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai. This study shows that implementing a Werehouse Management System can increase time efficiency and convenience for employees of PT. Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai to input goods in or out easily

Abstract

Foreign Investment is one of the most important things to improve the country's economy. One of them is a country in Southeast Asia that is part of ASEAN. ASEAN countries have an increasing number of foreign investment every year. This study aims to determine the factors that influence foreign investment in 5 ASEAN countries, namely the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. They are the countries forming the ASEAN organization that are expected to know the purpose of this research. This analysis uses the panel data analysis method because it uses combined data, namely cross sections and time series for 5 countries from 2010-2021. Using domestic product variables, inflation rates, and interest rates. The results show that there is an effect of gross domestic product and interest rates on foreign direct investment, but the inflation variable has no effect on foreign direct investment.

Abstract

Sustainability accounting is very important for a company because it can help the company in operational impacts related to the environment and surrounding communities, that is why sustainability accounting has a big impact, especially for the banking industry. This study aims to look for influences related to the implementation of sustainability accounting in the banking industry. Then, Bank Mandiri is an example of a banking industry that implements sustainability accounting. The method used in this study is a qualitative perspective or paradigm approach and a causality approach. The results of the study can be concluded that sustainability accounting influences the operational activities of Bank Mandiri, so it is suggested that Bank Mandiri continues to strive to improve the company's environmental performance.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of addressing extremism and fostering religious moderation in educational environments, particularly in schools. Religious extremism has become a growing concern in many countries, and schools play a crucial role in preventing and addressing this phenomenon. In this article, we analyze the best practices that can be implemented in schools to promote religious moderation and tackle extremism. Some of the best practices discussed include developing educational curricula that encompass understanding and appreciation of religious diversity, employing interreligious dialogue approaches, providing teacher training on recognizing and addressing extremism, and actively involving communities in religious education. By implementing these practices, schools can create inclusive, tolerant, and respectful environments.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengkaji mengenai fenomena penggunaaan bahasa Indonesia di ruang publik Gion Market, Marvell City Mall dan Grand City Mall. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi kualitatif. Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa resmi dan bahasa persatuan, memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan identitas nasional. Namun, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, telah terjadi pergeseran dalam penggunaan bahasa di tempat-tempat umum, di mana penggunaan bahasa asing semakin mendominasi, terutama di Mall maupun pusat kuliner. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, jurnal ini bertujuan memahami dan menganalisis fenomena penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di tempat umum serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa asing di ruang publik masih mendominasi terutama pada Grand City Mall. Namun dari ketiga tempat objek penelitian, Marvell City Mall penggunaan bahasa indonesianya mendominasi dan untuk Gion Market sebagai pusat kuliner penggunaan bahasa asing dan bahasa indonesianya seimbang.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, dari segi teknis, tenaga listrik dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu Pembangkitan, Transmisi dan Distribusi. Ketiga komponen besar tersebut merupakan hal utama dalam pemanfaatan energi listrik agar dapat dikonsumsi oleh seluruh masyarakat. Agar dapat dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, diperlukan penyaluran tenaga listrik dari pembangkit listrik ke gardu distribusi. Sistem jaringan ini terdiri dari saluran transmisi SUTET 500-275 KV, SUTT 150-70 KV dan jaringan distribusi. SUTT adalah saluran tenaga listrik yang menggunakan konduktor telanjang di udara dengan tegangan di atas 35 kV sampai dengan standar 245 kV di bidang ketenagalistrikan. SUTT adalah sistem distribusi tenaga listrik dari pembangkit listrik skala besar ke gardu induk (GI) langsung ke gardu konsumen. Saluran transmisi sering terganggu terutama sambaran petir (lonjakan) karena sifatnya yang terbuka. Jika saluran transmisi ini terganggu, saluran lain seperti gardu induk dan saluran distribusi akan terganggu dan rusak. Petir yang menyambar kabel tanah saluran transmisi menyebabkan tegangan lebih berupa gelombang berjalan yang menjalar dari titik sambaran ke menara transmisi. Diperlukan fondasi yang baik di kaki menara. Salah satunya dengan ground rod yang dapat mengurangi tahanan pentanahan pada kaki-kaki tower secara paralel. Dengan harapan dapat meminimalisir gangguan yang sering terjadi akibat petir.

Abstract

The use of plants as medicine in Indonesia has been known and used for thousands of years, but until now their use has not been properly recorded. The aim of this study was to identify secondary metabolites found in the stems of jamblang or juwet rice (Syzygium cumini L) bark. The research design used in this study is (LRA) literature review article. The results obtained from this jamblang plant (Syzygium Cumini (L) found Tannins, Carbonhydrates, Vitamin C, Polyphenols, β - Carotene, Flavanoids, Alkaloids, Terpenoids, Steroids, Beta Sitosterol Compounds, Betulinic Acid, Eugenin, Quercetin, Campherol and so on. which can be used as traditional medicine both from fruit, leaves, bark and others

Abstract

Leadership behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, will eventually grow results in the form of satisfactory work performance or OCB. The results of a survey of OCB employees of educational foundations, both in terms of quality and quantity, were still not satisfactory. The quantity of output (amount produced) and the quality of output (output quality) show results and quality that are not optimal in carrying out work related to their duties and functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable at the Islamic education foundation Ar-Rohman Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The total population in this study was 129 people with a saturated sampling method. In this study data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale data measurement method. The analytical technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 program. to calculate each variable. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership had no positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction had no positive and no effect significant to OCB, transformational leadership has no positive and insignificant effect on OCB which is mediated by organizational commitment, job satisfaction has no positive effect and not significant for OCB which is mediated by organizational commitment

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes through the NHT model in class X students at SMA Alkhairat Ternate. This type of research is a class action. The implementation of the research follows the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Collecting research data using observation, student learning outcomes tests, interviews, and documentation. Researchers used quantitative analysis to calculate student learning outcomes test data and qualitative to describe the learning process and the results obtained by students in each cycle. The results showed that in cycle I, there were 17 people with a percentage of 74%, while those who had not reached the KKM were 6 people with a presentation of 26%. The average value of the first cycle is 68.26. After carrying out corrective actions, cycle II increased to 22 students who completed or achieved mastery learning with a percentage of 96.% and the remaining 1 student (4%) had not yet achieved completeness but these students also experienced changes even though they had not yet achieved completeness. Based on the list of cycle II values, it can be seen that the average student learning outcome is 78.26. Thus that the use of the NHT cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes.
