Abstract

Inequality in tax payments is a complex issue that has a significant impact on income distribution and social justice in Indonesia. In the context of this case study qualitative research, secondary data from official sources such as the Directorate General of Taxes, the Central Statistics Agency, and government reports are used to analyze the impact of unequal tax payments. This study shows that unequal tax payments can trigger increasing social and political inequality in society. The impact extends to the development and public services sectors, with a lack of funding available to support welfare programs and necessary infrastructure. Apart from that, unequal tax payments also contribute to greater income inequality in society. However, the Indonesian government has responded to this issue with various policies, including the Economic Equalization Policy (KPE), healthy fiscal policies through the Budget, and the Tax Amnesty program. Taxes are considered a tool for income redistribution, with progressive taxation on individuals with higher incomes. Awareness of the importance of paying taxes fairly and tax policies that support a more equal distribution of income are important steps towards a more just and sustainable society in Indonesia. Collaboration between government, the private sector and society is needed to overcome this problem and achieve better social welfare and maintain social and political stability.

Abstract

Terhambatnya kemampuan membaca pada seseorang dapat menjadi masalah yang kompleks dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan khususnya bagi anak berkesulitan belajar spesifik. Kasus di lapangan memberikan gambaran bahwa kesulitan tersebut perlu ditangani sedini mungkin yang dapat dilakukan dengan menyusun layanan pembelajaran secara terprogram berdasarkan hasil asesmen guna mengoptimalkan kemampuan anak sesuai dengan perkembangan usia semestinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan program yang ditujukan untuk salah satu siswa SMP Islam Al-amanah Cileunyi kelas XI yang mengalami disleksia ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan membaca pada tahap membaca permulaan sehingga peneliti merumuskan program yang berfokus pada aspek membaca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, assessment dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data komprehensif sebagai bahan perumusan program agar relevan dengan kondisi lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa program tertulis (hipotetik) yang memuat rumusan pemikiran, tujuan, materi, strategi, dan evaluasi yang telah divalidasi bersama dosen ahli dan guru pendidik di sekolah sehingga program yang telah dibuat dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai panduan dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran membaca permulaan kepada subjek.

Abstract

Gout is a non-communicable disease caused by several factors, such as excessive intake of high purine, obesity and kidney disorders. Pre elderly age has a risk of gout, especially in women due to menopause. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of food consumption frequency high in purine, physical activity and nutritional status with levels of uric acid on pre elderly. Materials and Methods : Analytical observational research with cross sectional design and purposive sampling technique. Tools and materials use the Easy Touch GCU Meter Device to check uric acid levels, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) forms, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) forms, as well as direct measurements with digital body scales and height to determine the nutritional status of pre elderly. The subjects in this study were pre elderly aged 45-59 years, number 74 subjects, male and female, who resided in the West Cikarang Region. Result : The results of the statistical test between consumption of food with high purin and nutritional status were obtained ρ values 0,009 and 0,000 <0,05. Then the results of the analysis of moderate food consumption and physical activity are obtained ρ values 0,125 and 0,063 > 0,05. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between high purine food consumption and nutritional status with uric acid levels and there is no meaningful relationship between moderate consumption of purine foods and physical activity with uric acid levels. Advice that can be taken is the importance of early health checks by checking uric acid levels, maintaining a diet and controlling nutritional status. For the next research, education can be involve stakeholders to improve the high purine intake and nutritional status of pre elderly or older people.

Abstract

In this writing, we critically examine the juridical basis of criminal liability for the Director of PT. Jambi Tulo Pratama regarding his tax evasion. Where by deliberately using a tax invoice. So, from this there is a violation of a tax obligation carried out by the taxpayer (Article 38 of the KUP Law). In the crime of embezzlement there are objective elements and subjective elements. And also the concepts of 3 (three) types of concepts in criminal liability, namely, Criminal Without Fault, Strict Liability (strict liability or absolute responsibility) and Vicarious Liability (vicarious liability). The judge's consideration is also important in a case or problem. The judge's consideration is an important stage in the criminal justice process where the judge examines the facts revealed during the trial. These considerations play an important role in determining whether the defendant is guilty or not and in determining the appropriate punishment. The judge's considerations will be included in a decision, where a good decision will fulfill the 3 aspects in a balanced manner.

Abstract

The right to clean and healthy air is the basic right of every individual to live in an environment that does not pollute their health and maintains adequate air quality. The government has a leading role in regulating, monitoring, and protecting air quality through strict environmental regulations, strict law enforcement against violations, and the promotion of clean energy and sustainable transportation. International collaboration is needed to address the problem of transboundary air pollution, and careful monitoring of air quality is the basis for measuring progress and the effectiveness of actions taken. The impact of clean and healthy air is the country's solution to protect the welfare of society today and be sustainable for future generations. Human Rights are a set of rights that are inherent in the nature of humans as creatures of the Almighty God and are His gifts that must be respected, upheld and protected by the legal state, government and every person, for the sake of honor and protection of human dignity. A clean and healthy environment is a condition where all environmental elements, such as air, water, land and biodiversity, are free from pollution, contamination and damage that can endanger human health, ecosystem sustainability and ecological balance.

Abstract

Behind these new developments, there are different legitimate issues associated with information infringement and electronic trades in banks which, while perhaps not fittingly expected, will unquestionably hurt the bank, general society and clients. The bad behavior of taking client cash by skimming method is one of the advanced infringement (Computerized Bad behavior). In view of the skimming framework, the development is unjustly duplicating the information contained in the alluring stripe contained on Mastercards or ATM/charge cards. This suggests, it will in general be contemplated that skimming is a development associated with the offender's undertaking to unlawfully take data from the ATM/really look at card alluring tape to have control over the loss' record. This study intends to get information about monetary infringement that usage the skimming methodology and about real security for clients who are overcomers of skimming bad behavior. The investigation procedure is juridical regularizing, specifically getting and uniting and inspecting data gained from books, articles and journals and related guideline. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dua komponen spasial yaitu kemampuan representasi dan konstruksi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal geometri bangun datar segiempat berdsarkan pengembangan indikator. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Terungkulon, Krian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 orang dari 25 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Terungkulon, subjek ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan yang digunakan adalah uji kredibilitas dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua siswa memiliki kemampuan representasi dan kontruksi kategori tinggi, karena mampu memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan representasi dan konstruksi dengan perbedaan cara berpikir dan menyampaikan gagasan.

Abstract

The village financial system (SISKEUDES) provides space for village government agencies to obtain wider information and encourages them to play a role in conveying information. This system will make it easier for village governments to prepare village programs. With the increasingly difficult and complex tasks of village governments occurring in villages, information and communication systems support villages in implementing governance that produces transparent and accountable financial reports. The aim of this research is to find out the results of the analysis of the implementation of the village financial system (SISKEUDES) on the quality of financial reports in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency using primary data. The data analysis technique is qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that accountability and transparency in the management of village financial reports in Tales Village used stages in accordance with the regulations of PERMENDAGRI no. 20 of 2018 starting from planning and budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability so that Tales Village can produce good quality financial reports and in accordance with applicable regulatory standards

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect that customer satisfaction gained from interaction with a chatbot can have on improving and empowering the overall quality of brand relationships. Therefore, this study will discuss about "The effects of chatbots attributes on customer relationships with brands: PLS-SEM and importance-performance map analysis of E-Commerce in Indonesia". This study uses hypothesis testing because it consists of 5 variables namely Information quality, System quality, Experience with chatbot, Customer satisfaction, and Brand relationship-quality. This research provides a deeper understanding of how the attributes of chatbots affect customer relationships with brands. It can be seen that customers are very happy to use chatbots and find the use of chatbots interesting.

Abstract

Kota Bandar Grissee adalah sebuah kawasan wisata kota tua di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Kawasan ini memiliki keunikan dan keragaman bangunan yang mencerminkan sejarah dan budaya yang beragam, terdapat berbagai macam bangunan dengan gaya arsitektur yang berbeda mulai dari kolonial, cina, dan arab. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan teknologi Augmented Reality dalam pengembangan aplikasi tata letak dan informasi bangunan cagar budaya di Kota Bandar Grissee. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk platform android menggunakan perangkat lunak Blender dan Unity dengan memanfaatkan library EasyAR dan Mapbox sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman interaktif kepada pengguna dalam mengeksplorasi dan mempelajari bangunan cagar budaya di kawasan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality, aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan tata letak dan informasi bangunan secara real-time dan interaktif langsung pada layar perangkat pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam memberikan informasi dan navigasi bangunan cagar budaya, serta memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap warisan budaya di Kota Bandar Grissee.
