Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 – 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive-sampling, terdapat 12 dari total 30 populasi dengan jumlah data 72 data. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs resmi perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Selain itu secara simultan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV)

Abstract

EGA PERMANA. 2023. “Dampak Game Free Fire Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Kelas IV Sdn Sindangheula 01”. Tesis. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi Brbes. Pembimbing 1 : Muamar, M.Pd, I. Pembimbing 2 : Rila Melyana Fitri, M.Pd.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak game Free Fire terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas IV SDN Sindangheula 01 yaitu dampak hal itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas siswa di rumah dan di sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa terlalu asyik dengan dunia game free fire sehingga berdampak pada pembentukan karakter. Siswa sendiri yang akan mengalami permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan studi survei menggunakan kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sindangheula 01. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Peneliti mengambil 6 responden yang terdiri dari guru, siswa dan orang tua. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) Dampak kekerasan yang timbul dari game Free Fire terhadap karakter siswa yang menampilkan tayangan kekerasan adalah tayangan yang menampilkan adegan kekerasan dari tingkat yang ringan seperti kata-kata kasar, makian, hingga yang berat seperti sebagai adegan pemukulan. , menabrak, menembak, atau membunuh. Game free fire merupakan game yang mengharuskan pemainnya untuk bertahan hidup hingga akhir dan menahan serangan lawan dengan menggunakan aksi kekerasan yang sama seperti yang dilakukan oleh lawan. Jadi secara tidak langsung tersirat pesan bahwa kekerasan harus dibalas dengan kekerasan pula. 2) Cara Meningkatkan Karakter Pada Siswa menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal ini cara untuk meningkatkan karakter pada siswa adalah dengan memberikan contoh sikap keteladanan terhadap siswa, dan juga memberikan penghargaan dan penghargaan kepada siswa guna meningkatkan karakter siswa, 3) Pengaruh yang timbul dari menurunnya level karakter siswa akibat Game Free Fire. Pelajar yang bermain game online masih beranggapan bahwa dengan bermain game online dapat memperoleh kesenangan, banyak cara untuk mendapatkan kesenangan, salah satunya dengan bermain game online.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan inovasi dalam sektor publik untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat. Inovasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan bagi para pengguna layanan tersebut. Sebagai contoh, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang telah mengimplementasikan program pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) sebagai langkah pencegahan anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji inovasi sektor publik dalam pelaksanaan program TTD di Puskesmas Pasar Kemis. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Rogers (2003) dan mengadopsi metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan program TTD ini belum dilakukan secara teratur di sekolah. Dampak positif dari program TTD masih belum terlihat secara signifikan karena memerlukan jangka waktu yang panjang. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang dan Puskesmas Pasar Kemis dapat meningkatkan upaya sosialisasi dan ketegasan dalam mendorong siswi untuk mengonsumsi TTD, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak di masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to use the Project Based Learning Model to Improve the Reading Skills of Class III students at SD GMIM 24 Manembo-nembo. Researchers used a classroom action research design (PTK) according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart (Zainal Aqaib, 2006: 31) includes four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this research were class III students at SD GMIM 24 Manembo-nembo using the Project Based Learning learning model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and tests, namely by directly observing the implementation of learning actions and written tests to determine the extent to which students were able to understand the material from the two cycles. The data analysis technique uses the . formula. The results obtained in cycle I reached 37.03%, while in cycle II student learning outcomes reached 100%. Students understood and were able to achieve the expected learning objectives. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that teachers at GMIM 24 Manembo-nembo Elementary School are expected to apply the Project Based Learning learning model to improve students' reading skills in class III at GMIM 24 Manembo-nembo Elementary School.

Abstract

Satisfaction is an assessment of the characteristics or features of a product or service, or the product itself, which provides a level of consumer pleasure related to fulfilling consumer consumption needs. Consumer satisfaction can be created through quality, service and value. Consumer satisfaction is an important factor that contributes to indicators of creating consumer repurchases and consumer loyalty. The aim of this research is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction and cost efficiency of shallot farming in the Nusa Nipa University practice garden. The analytical method used is the descriptive method, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. The research results show that: 1). The CSI calculation for shallot consumers at the Nusa Nipa University Practice Garden was 0.812 (81.2%). If you pay attention to the CSI value obtained, it is in the satisfaction index range of 0.81 – 1.00, which means that the level of consumer satisfaction for shallot products is at the level of very satisfied with the performance of the attributes of shallot products in the Nusa Nipa University Practice Garden. 2). the percentage of production cost efficiency in 2023 is 83.33%. Realization of production costs can be said to be efficient because the amount of production costs that must be incurred is actually smaller than the budget.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the results of research findings during observations in class IV of SD Inpres Ranowangko. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of reading and writing literacy for students with an auditory learning style, problems with implementing reading and writing literacy for students with an auditory learning style, as well as efforts in overcoming barriers to reading and writing literacy in students who have an auditory learning style. To realize the research objectives, this research was designed using descriptive qualitative methods. The research methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research were that it was found that the implementation of reading and writing literacy for students with a learning style was not yet optimal, and there were several obstacles in implementing reading and writing literacy for students with an auditory learning style, if seen from the indicators and basic principles of developing and implementing reading and writing literacy. including: reading and writing literacy activities are not balanced with the situation and circumstances at school. low family participation, lack of updates to reading materials, minimal availability of school facilities, minimal mastery of literacy and numeracy teaching staff, low intensity of implementation of reading and writing literacy, no PISA, PIRLS and INAP assessments, lack of variety of reading materials, lack of literacy school activities, and there is no written work from both students and teachers, low levels of parental and community involvement, and no study groups at school.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a systematic approach to planning, controlling and managing the flow of goods, information and services from suppliers to end customers. It includes a number of interrelated stages in the journey of a product or service from production to consumption. The aim of this research is to determine the management of the shallot supply chain in the Unipa Practice Garden and the factors inhibiting the supply of shallots in the practice garden of the Faculty of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Technology. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using data in the form of words, schemes and images. The sample used in this research were employees at the Unipa practice garden who were represented by the head of the practice garden with the consideration that the head of the practice garden knew all the activities that were taking place. The research results showed that: 1). Supply chain management in shallot farming involves at least 4 main actors. From the supply chain flow design, shallots are distributed from farmers to suppliers then distributed to retailers in local markets and then to final consumers. 2). The main inhibiting factors in the supply of shallots in the FTP3 Practice Garden are the supply of shallots from outside the city, limited market information, distribution not yet running well.

Abstract

Marketing Performance is a parameter to assess the success or failure of a business, because the ultimate goal of the production process is sales in the hope of getting a profit. Shallot marketing is an activity of delivering shallot commodities from farmers to consumers with the aim of getting value for money in return for the results of the commodity. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of shallot marketing in the practice garden of the Faculty of Food Technology, Agriculture and Fisheries, Nusa Nipa University. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive, which is a method that knows and provides an overview of primary data and secondary data that have been collected. The results showed that: 1). Shallot marketing in the practice garden of the faculty of agricultural food technology and fisheries there are three marketing channels, namely: in Marketing channel I, producers sell their shallots to consumers, in marketing channel II, producers sell their shallots to retailers then from retailers sold to consumers and Marketing channel III, farmers sell to collecting traders then from collecting traders resell them to wholesalers Then wholesalers sell to retailers, after which they are marketed to consumers. 2). If you see that the most efficient onion marketing channel is in marketing channel II by 6.76%. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, cost efficiency.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the perceived result of using products and services that equals or exceeds desired expectations. To create customer satisfaction, companies must create and manage a system to obtain more customers with the ability to retain customers. The aim of this research is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of organic shallots in practice gardens, Faculty of Agricultural Food Technology and Fisheries, Nusa Nipa University. Sampling was taken using the Accidental Sampling method. Sampling technique based on chance. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. The collected data was analyzed using a descriptive method which was carried out to determine the existence of independent variables, either only on one variable or more without making comparisons or connecting them with other variables. Also uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis methods. The research results showed that the consumer satisfaction index value was 0.91 or 91%, where this value was in the range 0.81–1.00. According to testing rules, the overall level of satisfaction is obtained with a result of 0.51 – 1.00. then accept H1, which means consumers are satisfied with the level of performance on the attributes provided by the practice garden of the Faculty of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Technology as a whole.

Abstract

Shallots (Allium Ascalonicum L) is a horticultural crop commodity that has high economic value which has long been intensively cultivated by farmers and is generally widely consumed by the public as a spice vegetable or better known as a food seasoning. This research aims to identify internal and external factors and determine strategies for developing Shallot Farming in the UNIPA FTP3 Practice Gardens from August 2023 to December 2023. Determining 20 respondents using Purposive Sampling Technique. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to determine SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to look at the internal environment, namely strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external environment, namely opportunities and threats for shallot farming in the UNIPA Practice Farm. The results of this research show that the strategy analysis diagram of the Shallot Farming Business in the UNIPA Practice Garden is in quadrant I (Progressive), which means the Shallot Farming Business is in a profitable position and it is recommended to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress. S-O's alternative strategy for Shallot Farming is to utilize strategic locations to increase shallot production so that it is marketed on a wider scale. W-O's strategy is more about utilizing public awareness to form new online-based markets by having labels, packaging and permanent markets. The S-T strategy improves the quality of shallots so that they are better than shallots from other regions. W-T's strategy seeks promotion and has a permanent label, packaging and market so that it can increase consumer attractiveness for organic shallot products.
