Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Development, namely growth or evolution and decline or involution, occurs simultaneously in human life. However, these two processes never stop throughout human life. During adolescence, physical growth becomes the prima donna of growth compared to other parts, but in old age, physical decline and changes in the mind change more than others. Adolescence is an important period in the life span, a transitional period, a period of change, a problematic age, a period where individuals search for self-identity, a scary age (dreaded), a period of unrealism, and the threshold towards maturity. During adolescence, cognitive development has reached the peak stage, namely the formal operations stage (11 years - adulthood) (Gunarsa, 1982); a capacity for abstract thinking, where adolescent reasoning is more similar to the way scientists seek solutions to problems in the laboratory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Data tentang kegiatan dikelas diperoleh dari pengamatan guru dalam mengolah pembelajara, dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik analisis data mengunakan tes dan lemar observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan mengunakan teknik analisis dengn kriteria ketuntasan belajar yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data guna mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, apakah sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan belajar atau tidak. Penelitian mengunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Peneliti dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS kelas IV SDN BINTAU. Subjek pada penelitian ini siswa kelas IV SDN Bintau yang berjumlah 13 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan model pembeajaran problrm base learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di peroleh hasil capaian pada siklus I 63, 07 % dan capaian pada siklus II 86,92 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data capaian pada siklus I dan II ternyata mengalami peningkatan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning ) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Bintau.

Abstract

Acquisition of land rights can only be obtained through registration of land rights with the BPN, as the state institution authorized to issue land rights certificates. Then based on the provisions in the UUPA, for foreign companies that have representatives in Indonesia can only have the Right of Use as a form of ownership of land rights. Thus, the research objectives of this Researcher's thesis are first how the status of land rights along Jalan Gatot Subroto Dumai City and second how the settlement of land rights disputes between the government and the community along Jalan Gatot Subroto Dumai City. The type of legal research used is sociological juridical legal research, with research locations in Bangsal Aceh Village and Mekar Sari Village. The population and samples in this study are the parties related to the problem under study. This research uses primary data sources and secondary data and data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and studies. From the results of the research, the status of the land/land concession of PT. CPI is still unclear because the maintenance of land registration data cannot be carried out. Therefore, whatever dispute resolution efforts the parties choose in resolving land disputes, in this case mediation, the mediator must be neutral to be able to produce fair agreements for the parties.

Abstract

Areas set aside by the government for the purpose of permanent forestation are known as forest areas. In addition, the state decides who has jurisdiction over forest regions, which might be either forested or unforested. The forestry sector in Indonesia has decided, or will determine based on the requirements and interests of the Indonesian people, the use of all lands that are considered forest areas in land use planning. A normative juridical legal research approach was used in this investigation. Research in the field of normative law often makes use of secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources, to investigate issues with the law and its guiding principles. Here, nevertheless, the author is interested in learning more about the function of legislation in NRM. Tree Service Forestry Law evaluated the case.

Abstract

This journal explores efforts to combine modern flat design styles with Islamic concepts in the visual implementation of the Selamat Generation Festival. The flat design style, known for its minimalist tendencies and simplicity of visual elements, is integrated with Islamic values ​​to create an experience that blends contemporary aesthetics and religious spirituality. This research involved an in-depth analysis of the design process and implementation of the festival's visual elements including typography, color and layout. A participatory approach was used to evaluate participants' responses to the combination of modern flat design and Islamic concepts. Through interviews and observations, this research aims to explore how the combination of these elements can create a harmonious atmosphere and have a positive impact on participants' understanding of Islamic values ​​at the Generasi Winners Festival. The research results show that combining modern flat design with Islamic concepts is able to create a visual experience that enriches the meaning of religious festivals. These findings provide insight for festival organizers, designers and researchers to understand the potential for integrating modern aesthetics with religious values ​​within the scope of festivals. The practical implications of this research can be a guide for the development of more in-depth and contextual visual designs in the context of festivals that have high spiritual aspects such as the Generasi Juara Festival.

Abstract

This research is intended to determine the effect of knowledge and awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Kecamatan Tamansari kabupaten bogor. The sample in this research is the existing taxpayer District Kecamatan Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor as many as 100 respondents. The techniquesampling in this research is using simple random sampling. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of scores or scores on answers given by respondents to the questions that exist in the questionnaire. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct observation, interview, questionnaire and observation while secondary data obtained by researcher in the form of data report of result of tax payment from research object. Methods of data analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between taxpayer knowledge and taxpayer awareness of taxpayer compliance in paying taxes of the earth and buildings on Kecamatan Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the home environment on emotional development in children aged 0-5 years. This research uses a literature view which is carried out by looking at several pieces of literature from other articles. The results obtained in this article are that the influence of a child's emotional development on the home environment is that initially the baby develops a sense of empathy (if he sees a friend crying, the baby will cry too), he can also feel jealous/jelusous towards other children or towards younger siblings if they already have younger siblings, Apart from that, babies can already show shyness. Several factors influence children's emotional development in their home environment, namely, the level of social activity, the child's attitude and temperament, role models from those around them.

Abstract

Case Study: North Sumatra GRDP (2008-2022). Purpose of the study is to show the impact of labor costs, goods and services costs, and capital costs on the GDP growth rate of North Sumatra province in 2008-2022. The variables used in this study are gross domestic product (GDP) as the dependent variable and labor costs, expenditure on goods and services and capital expenditure as independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official websites of DPJK and North Sumatra Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis technique used in this study is a multiple regression analysis model processed with evews version 9. Based on the obtained evaluation results, personnel costs, goods, services and capital investments affect the gross national product of North Sumatra.

Abstract

The chosen research approach involves the description method, utilizing secondary data (time series) gathered from the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency. To gather information, a documentation and literature study is conducted, adopting a quantitative approach. The analysis employs a multiple linear regression model, executed through the eviews program, to assess the influence of General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Regional Original Income on poverty in North Sumatra. This implies that an increase in general allocation funds is associated with a substantial decrease in the poverty level. On the other hand, Special Allocation Funds demonstrate a positive but insignificant effect on poverty. In essence, an augmentation in special location funds is linked to an increase in the poverty level, albeit not to a significant extent.It is crucial to emphasize that the positive influence of Original Regional Income on poverty underscores a potential challenge in economic development efforts. While an increase in local income may be anticipated, the simultaneous rise in poverty levels necessitates a closer examination of the dynamics at play. This could involve exploring factors such as income distribution, employment opportunities, and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation programs. The inverse relationship observed between General Allocation Funds and poverty suggests that allocating resources through this channel has a tangible impact on reducing poverty. Policymakers and stakeholders could benefit from this insight by considering strategies that optimize the allocation of general funds to address poverty-related issues more effectively. Additionally, the insignificant effect of Special Allocation Funds on poverty warrants a nuanced approach. While their positive influence is acknowledged, the lack of statistical significance necessitates a careful evaluation of the factors contributing to this phenomenon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini pada SMP Negeri 4 Pasir Putih Fakfak. Subjek penelitian yaitu Guru Bimbingan konseling, kepala sekolah, Wali Kelas, dan beberapa peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara menyusun data, menghubungkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Kesulitan belajar yang sering dihadapi oleh sebagian peserta didik, ditandai dengan prestasi belajar rendah. Mereka memperole layanan bimbingan belajar. Juga diberilakan layanan secara kelompok dan individual dengan materi peningkatan tanggung jawab diri, motivasi berprestasi serta disiplin diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membantu peserta didik mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi sudah terlaksana. Sebagian besar peserta didik telah mampu mengatasi kesulitan dalam belajar artinya sudah mengalami peningkatan prestasi. Masalah ekonomi dan kurangnya komunikasi dengan orang tua, hal tersebut, diupayakan agar peserta didik juga dapat menyampaikan apa yang mereka perlukan kepada orang tua, termasuk menjelaskan kewajiban orang tua untuk memvasilitasi anak (peserta didik) untuk termotivasi untuk berprestasi. Masalah ekonomi diminimalir melalui penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar dimana para peserta didik didorong berkreatif menjawab masalah yang mereka hadapi, selanjutnya bimbingan lintas budaya juga turut mewarnai layanan sehingga masalah ekonomi bisa terjawab walaupun belum sebagaimana diharapkan tapi sedikit membantu.
