Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This study examines the impact of online promotion through social media on the promotion of Unstore, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) in Karawang City, Indonesia. Unstore currently lacks a presence on social media platforms and faces challenges in revenue generation, intense competition, and promotional difficulties, leading to a lack of public awareness. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social media promotion in supporting Unstore's marketing efforts. Using a qualitative approach, data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal the significant role of social media in enhancing Unstore's sales performance, with revenue increasing from 20% to 80% through social media promotion.

Abstract

The research aims to see how the role of product price and sunscreen product quality influences consumer preferences. This research is quantitative. The simple random sampling method was used to collect samples, namely 100 respondents in this study. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis was used along with the t- and f test. Test results show that price does not influence consumer preferences for sunscreen products, while quality influences consumer preferences for sunscreen products. The calculation process was carried out using SPSS 25.

Abstract

Education is a crucial element in improving the quality of human resources, especially for building Indonesia's golden generation. Based on data from the Global Human Capital Report, the quality of education in Indonesia is relatively low, mostly due to a lack of interest in learning and low interest in literacy. This research aims to evaluate the effect of using game-based learning media on the literacy and numeracy abilities of class V students at SDN 1 Kudu. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with an experimental design. The research results showed a significant increase in students' literacy and numeracy skills after using game-based learning media. The results of the pretest and posttest analysis show that the posttest score is higher than the pretest. Data normality and homogeneity tests show that the data is normally and homogeneously distributed. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant influence of the use of game-based learning media on students' literacy and numeracy skills. This research supports previous literature which states that game-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning and activeness in learning.

Abstract

This research delves into the identity and community life within the Polca fandom through an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through online surveys, interviews with Polca community members, and participatory observation in community activities. The results of the study indicate that members of the Polca community have a strong identity based on their love for Tay and New, as well as shared values and norms. Reciprocal support, creativity, and a sense of belonging are also key elements in creating meaning within the Polca community. Survey data show that the majority of respondents recommend joining the Polca community, citing reasons such as a positive atmosphere and support for Tay and New. Additionally, the survey also reveals that members of the Polca community take pride in their identity and find meaning in the community through reciprocal support and creativity. Interviews with Polca community members provide deeper insights into how they experience satisfaction and happiness in their participation. Emotional and social support among fellow fans, as well as creativity in expressing their love for Tay and New, are integral parts of their experience in this community. Participatory observation also highlights the importance of a sense of togetherness in strengthening social bonds among members of the Polca community. These members feel that their participation in the community is not just about being fans, but also about being part of a group that feels connected and accepted by each other. Thus, this research provides a deeper understanding of the Polca fandom phenomenon and significant contributions to the literature on popular culture, identity, and social media.

Abstract

This study presents a phenomenological exploration aimed at delving into the experiences of members within the Polca community, a fandom centered around enthusiasts of on-screen couples from dramas or films. Employing a qualitative approach with open-ended interviews, data were analyzed to identify the motivations, experiences, and perceptions of members regarding their affiliation with this community. The findings reveal that membership in the Polca community entails multifaceted impacts on its members, including heightened social connections and increased awareness of social issues such as sexuality. However, members also encounter stigma and discrimination from the broader society, particularly those originating from less supportive environments. The discussion highlights the significance of support and inclusivity within the Polca community in fostering a safe and supportive environment for its members, as well as exploring challenges and opportunities for social change through membership in this community. Recommendations are put forth to enhance member experiences and community contributions to society, including strengthening support and inclusivity, advocating for equality, raising public awareness, developing resources and support systems, and collaborating with external entities. This study provides valuable insights into the dynamics of membership within the Polca community and its broader social implications.

Abstract

Kinerja menjadi salah satu faktor krusial bagi kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Organisasi yang memiliki kinerja tinggi cenderung lebih mampu bertahan dan berkembang dinamis. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penempatan kerja dan disiplin di tempat kerja terhadap Kinerja Personel X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu personel Xdengan jumlah anggota populasi sejumlah 296 personel dan sampel yang akan diambil oleh peneliti berjumlah 170,11 kemudian dibulatkan menjadi 170 responden. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metoda, yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi ganda. koefisiensi determinasi, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penempatan kerja dan disiplin terhadap Kinerja Personel X..

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 was first discovered in the city of Wuhan in China. COVID-19 has caused a lot of impact on human life. For exposed individuals are required to carry out isolation and receive intensive treatment without visits from anyone. Therefore, family social support and positive thinking are needed. When individuals get family social support and are able to think positively, it is hoped that they can increase their resilience abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of family social support and positive thinking on resilience in survivors of Covid-19 at Perum Griya Wiharta Asri. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the multiple linear regression test show the sig. 0.000 <0.5 means that there is a simultaneous effect of family social support and positive thinking on resilience in survivors of Covid-19 at Perum Griya Wiharta Asri. Family social support and positive thinking variables contributed 58.6% to the resilience variable. Future researchers are expected to be able to examine using other variables that might affect resilience and also expand the criteria and broader subject.

Abstract

Keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) No. 32/PUU-XIX/2021 memperjelas status tindak lanjut Putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) sebagai objek tata usaha negara, sekaligus membuka babak baru dalam sistem penegakan etika penyelenggara Pemilu. MK menilai bahwa tindak lanjut dari Putusan DKPP merupakan keputusan pejabat tata usaha negara yang bersifat konkret, individual, dan final, sehingga dapat digugat di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kewenangan PTUN dalam menguji putusan DKPP serta implikasinya terhadap integritas dan independensi lembaga penyelenggara pemilu. Dengan pendekatan normatif-empiris, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara teori, putusan DKPP lebih bersifat rekomendasi karena konteks final dan mengikatnya berbeda dengan putusan pengadilan. Namun, karena putusan DKPP merupakan keputusan pejabat tata usaha negara, maka dapat dijadikan objek sengketa di PTUN.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of life, and issues in the education system need to be addressed, such as teaching efficiency and teacher welfare. The Freedom to Learn Program is the government’s effort to improve the quality of education by prioritizing freedom in learning. Teachers have a key role in creating an effective learning environment, especially in abstract subjects such as mathematics. This research aims to increase students’ motivation and mathematics learning outcomes through a constructivist approach using the “BARETRIKA” teaching aids. The research method used is experimentation with a quantitative approach. The research results showed a significant increase in student motivation and learning outcomes after implementing the constructivism approach. Therefore, this approach can make a positive contribution to mathematics learning at SMK Negeri 2 Kediri City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in mathematics learning in class VIII even semester. The independent learning curriculum approach in Indonesia emphasizes freedom in the learning process, with the hope of producing a generation that is intellectually strong and has the enthusiasm to be a lifelong learner. The research method used was descriptive-action research, which was carried out at SNP Negeri 1 Grogol with three meetings. The research result show that the activities og teachers and students in implementing the PBL model are in accordance with the steps set out. The teacher succeeded in implementing all stages of the PBL model well, while students showed increased activity during the learning process, especially in asking questions and being avtive in group discussions. Thus, it can be concluded that the PBL learning model can be applied optimally in the context of the independent learning curriculum in Indonesia, although there are still several aspects that need to be improved, especially in student evaluation activities
