Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, location and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Victory Kalabahi store in Alor Regency. This type of research is associative with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all consumers who shop at Victory Mart during the study period. The population in this study were all consumers who came to shop at the Victory Kalabahi store in Alor Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The accidental sampling method is a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely anyone who happens to meet the researcher at the location during the study period and is considered suitable to be a respondent. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression by looking at the significant value of the t test and the significant value of the F test as a benchmark in testing the hypothesis and the results of data processing using the assistance of the IBM SPSS 22 For Windows program. The results of the study prove that: 1). Product diversity has a partial effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000% <0.05%, so that the results of this study accept H1. 2). Location has a partial effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001% <0.05%, so the results of this study accept H2. 3). Service quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a significance value of 0.005 <0.05%, so the results of this study accept H3. 4). Product diversity, location and service quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05%, so the results of this study accept H4.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on net operating income at Citra Hidup Tribuana Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District. This is a quantitative study that employs interview, documentary study, and literature review as data collection techniques. Secondary data was used in this research. The population and sample are the financial statements of Citra Hidup Tribuana Credit Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique. Multiple linear regression was employed as the statistical method, with the significance value of the t-test and F-test used as benchmarks for hypothesis testing. Data processing was conducted using IBM SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, the variable of cash turnover has a significant impact on net operating income, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.016, which is less than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. Therefore, the research accepts H1, which states that the variable of cash turnover partially influences the net operating income of Citra Hidup Tribuana Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District. (2) Partially, the variable of accounts receivable turnover has a significant impact on net operating income, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.045, which is less than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. Therefore, the research accepts H2, which states that the variable of accounts receivable turnover partially influences the net operating income of Citra Hidup Tribuana Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District. (3) Simultaneously, the variables of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant impact on the net operating income of Citra Hidup Tribuana Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.005, which is less than 0.05 or 5%. Therefore, the research accepts H3, which states that the variables of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover simultaneously influence the net operating income of Citra Hidup Tribuana Cooperative in Kalabahi, Alor District.

Abstract

Welfare is a condition where a person is safe, prosperous, and safe from various kinds of disturbances, problems difficulties, and so on. This study aims to determine the impact of village fund allocation and village development programs on the welfare of village communities in Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency with a population of village officials and the Mataru Selatan village community and a sample of 56 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire while data analysis used a research instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using the t-test and F test. The results of the study showed that partially the allocation of village funds affected the Welfare of the Mataru Selatan Village Community, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000. Partially, the village development program affects the welfare of the people of Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, and simultaneously, the allocation of village funds and the village development program affect the welfare of the village community in Mataru Selatan Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of the Preview, Questions, Read, Summarize, Test (PQRST) reading method and reading literacy skills on student learning outcomes in the learning curriculum course. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach that is used to find out the causal relationship. The design used in this study uses a dual paradigm with two independent variables X1 and X2 and one dependent vaiabel Y. The population in this study is students of the Teacher Education Study Program, Elementary School, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tribuana Kalabahi University. The sample used in this study uses a simple random sampling type probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are tests, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics with a double linear regression formula. The results showed that the influence of PQRST techniques was greater by 87.16% and literacy ability by 67.4% on student learning outcomes by 81.7%. This means that the PQRST method has a greater influence on student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the PQRST method in learning accompanied by reading literacy skills from students can improve reading literacy skills and student learning outcomes in learning curriculum courses.

Abstract

Local Original Income (PAD) is all local regional revenues sourced from regional taxes, regional levies, results of management of separated regional assets, and other legitimate PAD. This study aims to determine the effect of hotel tax (PH), restaurant tax (PR), advertising tax (PRl), and street lighting tax (PPJ) on the local original income (PAD) of Alor Regency in 2019-2023. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of the study indicate that partial hotel tax has a positive and significant effect on local original income as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.039; restaurant tax has a positive and significant effect on local original income as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.000; advertising tax has a positive and significant effect on local original income as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.048; street lighting tax has a positive and significant effect on local revenue as indicated by the significant value of the t-test of 0.031, and simultaneously hotel tax, restaurant tax, advertising tax, and street lighting tax have a positive and significant effect on local revenue as indicated by the significant value of the F-test of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of teacher skills to strengthen the learning process in elementary schools. The skill of holding variations and providing reinforcement are two important aspects in improving the quality of learning, which can affect students' motivation and learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the application of the skill of holding variations, such as changes in learning methods, media, and resources, is able to create a more interesting and interactive learning atmosphere. In addition, the strengthening skills carried out by teachers, both in the form of positive and negative reinforcement, can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and strengthen their understanding of the material. This study shows that 71.7% of students rated the variation of the teacher's voice style very well, while 84.9% of students rated the variety of learning strategies as also very good. Verbal reinforcement was rated positive by 78.2% of students, and non-verbal reinforcement received a good rating with a percentage between 47.3% to 70.9%. These findings show the importance of teachers continuing to develop variations in teaching and reinforcement techniques to increase student motivation and engagement. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the skill of strengthening teachers in the form of positive and negative values increases students' interest in learning in the learning process at school.

Abstract

School-Based Management (SBM) is a decentralized approach to education management that gives schools greater authority to manage resources and make decisions to improve the quality of education. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the role of SBM in improving the quality of education through research that includes concepts, implementation, and the resulting impacts. This study uses a literature study method by reviewing various sources of literature, including academic journals, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM has a positive impact on improving the quality of education through various mechanisms, such as increasing stakeholder participation, efficient resource management, and increasing accountability and transparency in decision making. The main factors that support the effectiveness of SBM include strong principal leadership, active involvement of teachers and parents, and consistent government policy support. However, several challenges were also found in the implementation of SBM, such as limited managerial capacity of principals, resource disparities between schools, and resistance to change in the educational environment. The implications of this study confirm that SBM can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of education if implemented with a systematic approach and based on the context of each school. Therefore, the policy recommendations provided include increasing the managerial capacity of school principals, optimizing the role of school committees, and strengthening the monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of MBS implementation. Thus, MBS can contribute significantly to improving the quality of sustainable and equitable education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how (1) the contribution of the tourism sector to the local revenue of Tidore Island City. (2) To find out whether the income from the tourism sector has been effective and efficient. The data collection technique in this research uses several ways of interviewing, observing, documenting, and studying literacy about the problem under study. , the method of analysis in this study includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis carried out in the period 2018 to 2021, it can be seen that the level of effectiveness of the parawista retribution with an average value of 1.57% with the criteria of the achievement level being ineffective, while the average is 0.63% with very efficient criteria.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Communication Strategy at Kaze Hairstudio Karawang. The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Communication Strategy of Kaze Hairstudio Karawang in increasing sales. This research uses the 4P Marketing Mix theory. The object of this research is Kaze Hairstudio which is located on Jl. HS. Ronggowauyo No. 88, East Teluk Jambe, Karawang Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the most effective marketing communication carried out by Kaze Hairstudio is promotion, namely providing discounts and vouchers that aim to attract customers. In addition to the most effective promotion, namely advertising (advertising) and also endorsement have an effect on Kaze Hairstudio's marketing communication strategy, namely by publishing content on Instagram social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and straight kick speed of pencak silat students at SMP Negeri 1 South Halmahera. This study is a correlational research design. The subjects of the study were students of SMP Negeri 1 South Halmahera. The data sources came from tests and measurements. The results of the study showed that leg muscle explosive power with straight kick speed obtained an r-count value of 0.984 and a sig. value of 0.000. Because the r-count value = 0.984 and the sig. value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, then there is a relationship between leg muscle explosive power and straight kick speed of pencak silat students at SMP Negeri 1 South Halmahera. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between leg muscle explosive power and straight kick speed of pencak silat students at SMP Negeri 1 South Halmahera.
