Abstract

General elections are a system of election of leaders held in Indonesia every 5 years. In addition, Indonesia is the country with the most Muslim majority in the world. This has led scholars to argue whether elections should be held, and how the Qur'an and Hadith review are valid about elections. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. While the data collection technique used by researchers is a literature method by looking for data and information from various sources such as books, journals, and articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that there was no specific argument explaining elections, whereas during the caliph time it used deliberative means or was appointed by previous leaders. The argument contained in the Qur'an and hadith is how to criterion a good leader in Islam. Indonesian clerics argue that elections are permissible in Indonesia and not forbidden because they reduce harm and Muslims can elect leaders who are considered the least harmful.

Abstract

Masjid adalah salah satu media dakwah yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap rutinitas masyarakat pada umumnya. Masjid megah belum tentu diimbangi semangat memakmurkan masjid. Hal ini berbeda dengan Masjid Jami’ Darussalam di Perumahan Cikeas Gardenia Kabupaten Bogor, selain untuk salat berjamaah juga menjadi pusat kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi dakwah DKM dalam upaya memakmurkan Masjid Darussalam di Perumahan Cikeas Gardenia Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi yang dilakukan DKM dengan melibatkan semua jamaah, remaja masjid, maupun masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan keagamaan seperti agenda tahunan PHBI acara maulid dikhususkan untuk remaja masjid menjadi panitia, acara isra’ mi’raj dikhususkan untuk ibu-ibu majlis ta’lim sebagai panitia, acara kegiatan idul adha dikhususkan untuk bapak-bapak di lingkungan setempat menjadi panitia, dan acara Ramadhan atau Idul Fitri dikhususkan untuk remaja masjid kembali supaya gairah generasi pemuda sekarang lebih mengedepankan iman dan taqwa.

Abstract

The principal is the most important role in the realization of the quality of education, therefore the purpose of this study 1) to find out how the description of the conditions of the implementation of the principal's leadership in carrying out the function to improve school quality, 2) to find out how school achievement can be achieved, 3) to find out the role leadership of the principal to face obstacles in carrying out their duties. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was obtained from information, places and activities of the principal's leadership activities, as well as documents. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and recording documents. The results of the study are in the form of main findings, namely: 1) improving the quality of learning at MA Yaspia Cibogo is determined how the principal can manage school management and the ability to set the vision, mission, educational goals of MA Yaspia Cibogo, strategies, and targets appropriately according to the situation and conditions school. 2) improving the quality of the principal's leadership competence in carrying out his duties and functions is largely determined by the principal's self-motivation and how to manage learning inputs, organize learning processes, and produce learning outputs. 3) the overall condition of the principal of MA Yaspia Cibogo in carrying out his duties and functions as an educator (educator), as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader (leader), as an innovator, as a very good multifactor so that the principal can be an example in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the efforts made by the principal in improving the multicultural learning approach at Pasirsari 01 Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to reveal the efforts of the Principal of Pasirsari 01 Elementary School, Mr. Wanto, S.Pd, in improving the multicultural approach at school. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the main data source coming from the words and actions of the respondents who were observed. The analysis technique involves collecting, reducing, presenting, and concluding relevant data from the field. The results of this work are The implementation of multicultural education at Pasirsari 01 Elementary School has succeeded in creating an inclusive learning environment and respecting cultural differences among students. With strategies that involve integrating cultural values ​​into the curriculum and daily activities, as well as good communication and cooperation between the principal and teachers, multicultural education has increased students' awareness of the importance of respecting differences and forming a strong attitude of tolerance.

Abstract

Problem kerusakan moral atau karakter menjadi pusat penelitian ini. Di tengah perkembangan globalisasi dan tantangan zaman kontemporer, madrasah harus memperkuat identitas Islam melalui manajemen boarding school yang efektif. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk menyelidiki berbagai strategi dan praktik manajemen yang digunakan untuk mendukung perkembangan karakter religius siswa dan menjawab kegelisahan orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya yang ingin belajar agama dengan cara yang modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peran manajemen boarding school dalam pembentukan karakter religious siswa di MAS Miftahul Huda. Sumber datanya berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Mulai dari perencanaan dengan menggunakan kurikulum bebas yang dipadukan dengan kebijakan kepala sekolah yang sesuai dengan budaya pesantren, pengorganisasian melibatkan penetapan struktur organisasi. Ini termasuk membagi tanggung jawab dan tugas jobdesk antara pengajar dan non-pengajar, membuat deskripsi pekerjaan yang jelas untuk setiap posisi, dan membuat jadwal untuk menghindari pembentrokan tugas. Pelaksanaan termasuk dalam kegiatan siswa baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Siswa aktif mengikuti program, yang diawasi dengan ketat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor memengaruhi keberhasilan pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Ini termasuk penerapan kurikulum yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai agama, partisipasi aktif guru dalam memberikan contoh yang baik, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang membantu pengembangan spiritual siswa. Lingkungan asrama yang ramah dan pengawasan yang ketat juga sangat penting untuk membangun karakter religius. Oleh karena itu, boarding school yang diatur dengan baik dan berfokus pada prinsip-prinsip religius dapat secara signifikan membentuk karakter religius siswa.

Abstract

School based management is an alternative in the management of education that emphasizes the independence and creativity of schools in order to improve the quality of education. School Based Management is carried out in order to provide convenience in achieving the vision, mission and goals of the institution, so as to improve the quality of education and provide good and quality final results, as well as to obtain productive education and quality graduates. The purpose of this study was to analyze: Implementation of School Based Management, Role of the Principal in Implementing School Based Management, Obstacles in Implementing School Based Management, Effects of School Based Management on Student Achievement, Key Factors for the Success of School Based Management. This research method is qualitative with a case study design, data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The data source is the Principal of SDS Al-Hikmah, Cikampek. The results of the study show that: 1. The implementation of MBS SDS Al-hikmah has been carried out through teacher competency education and training, improving infrastructure, improving the quality of education management, to school and community relations, 2. There are seven roles of school principals in implementing School Based Management, 3. Obstacles that occur are the placement of tasks and authorities that are not appropriate, the assignment of school employee performance that is not satisfactory, 4. The influence of MBS on student achievement makes the learning process more creative, optimistic, and confident, 5. The success factor of MBS is The Right man on the right place which means occupying the tendon in the right position

Abstract

Student management is an effort to organize and manage everything related to students, from the time they enter school until they graduate. This is done with various activities that have been determined by the school. This activity is important to help develop the potential of each student. Learning services to students are activities for teachers and schools to work together in a planned and sustainable manner in helping students to achieve their best potential in learning. This is done through various activities, such as designing appropriate learning, implementing interesting and effective learning, assessing learning progress, and providing necessary support services. This research aims to (1) find out student management planning at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang, (2) find out how student management planning works appropriate, (3) Knowing the organization carried out within the school coaching students to create good graduates, (4) Knowing what solutions to take if implementation is not in accordance with planning, (5) Knowing the parties involved in supervising the coaching, (6) Knowing the evaluation of student management at school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In this case, the school carries out various service activity programs such as those related to planning the admission of new students, graduation, activities related to student development, and assessment of final results. Based on the results of interviews at SMAN 2 Karawang, researchers found problems related to self-development, placement of students, programmed activities both co-curricular and extra-curricular, as well as achievements achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of Student Worksheets (LKS) with student learning achievement in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class VII MTS Nurul Falah Batujaya Karawang. Education has an important role in the development of individuals and nations. An effective learning process can trigger transformation in students, and one of the important elements in learning is the use of learning media such as LKS. LKS can facilitate the teaching and learning process, encourage student independence, and improve their engagement and learning outcomes. However, this study found that the utilization of LKS at MTS Nurul Falah is still less than optimal, which has an impact on students' low learning achievement. Using the ex post facto method and data collection techniques through interviews, literature study, and documentation, this study reveals that there is a positive relationship between the use of LKS and student learning achievement. Better implementation of the LKS is expected to improve the quality of learning and student achievement.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Halaqah Method in the Tahfidz Program at Al-Ikhwan Mosque, Tebet Barat, South Jakarta, using a qualitative research approach. The Halaqah Method, as a group learning approach in the Islamic tradition, was adopted to deepen understanding of the Qur'an and build participants' spiritual character. The research involved an analysis of relevant literature describing how the Halaqah Method is applied in the context of Tahfidz education, its effectiveness in achieving learning objectives, and its impact on participants' spiritual and social development. The findings from this literature study are expected to provide insights into the success of the Halaqah Method in improving the quality of learning in mosques and Islamic educational institutions, particularly in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan baca tulis Alqur’an (BTQ) kepada narapidana di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman, Lapas II A Klari Karawang. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pembinaan ini adalah tingkat literasi yang rendah dan keterbatasan pengetahuan agama di kalangan narapidana. Oleh karena itu, metode Abahata Al-Jabari dipilih sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi narapidana dalam mempelajari Alqur’an secara sistematis dan bertahap. Program pengabdian ini berlangsung selama enam bulan, dengan dua kali sesi pertemuan setiap minggu. Kegiatan pembinaan melibatkan pengenalan huruf hijaiyah, pengucapan, serta pengajaran membaca Alqur’an secara bertahap. Metode Abahata Al-Jabari yang digunakan dalam program ini dirancang agar sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta, memungkinkan narapidana yang belum pernah belajar Alqur’an sekalipun untuk dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik. Narapidana diberikan bimbingan intensif dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama proses pembinaan. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala untuk mengukur perkembangan kemampuan membaca Alqur’an para peserta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 80% dari narapidana mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca Alqur’an, serta ada perubahan positif dalam sikap spiritual dan moral mereka. Narapidana merasa lebih tenang dan mendapatkan dukungan emosional melalui pembinaan ini. Program pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif, tidak hanya dalam hal kemampuan baca tulis Alqur’an, tetapi juga dalam pembinaan mental dan spiritual narapidana. Metode Abahata Al-Jabari terbukti efektif dan cocok untuk diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran di Lapas. Diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi model yang berkelanjutan dan diterapkan di lembaga pemasyarakatan lainnya untuk pembinaan narapidana.
