Abstract

National economic development can be realized, one of which is economic independence by encouraging the number of entrepreneurs, increasing business activities in the form of businesses and businesses on a small, medium or large scale. One of the potentials to become independent entrepreneurs is young people who of course must first have the provision of education. The reality is that there are still school-age teenagers who do not have the opportunity to get the right to education due to several things, one of which is economic limitations that prevent them from continuing their education. The consequences that arise from situations that are not good, namely teenagers who cannot continue their schooling will cause a new problem for both the child himself and his environment. The form of community service activities carried out is holding written batik training activities targeting marginal groups in Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency with a total of 30 participants. The purpose of this activity is to provide training participants with the opportunity to develop themselves and get alternative business ideas. The results obtained from this activity are an increase in insight and skills in making batik, increasing motivation for training participants to develop themselves, participants getting alternative business ideas that can be chosen as professions that have the potential to generate income and obtain business network information

Abstract

Goals of service. The Community Service Program (PKM) on Drug Addicts Anxiety Rehabilitation Therapy Program with the Sujok Method at Ponpes Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Malang aims to optimize the role of Islamic boarding school caregivers in an effort to socialize the movement of drug-free street children by providing counseling on tips for eliminating the anxiety of drug addicts who are addicted to drug undergoing therapy at the boarding school to stop drug use. Methods The PKM implementation team conducted counseling on how to overcome anxiety using therapeutic tools, namely massage rings, providing counseling materials, giving questionnaires about massage ring therapy, donating medicine boxes, providing digital weights, providing digital blood pressure checkers used when providing health services to patients. the caregivers of the Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Results and implications. After being given counseling about the use of ring therapy, they understand how to deal with anxiety by doing self-therapy every day for 5 minutes or 3 times or more and are able to teach other friends who feel anxious.

Abstract

The focus of this PKM are efforts to improve business management and home industry production quality in Demak Regency. Partners are home industry business actors with various market snacks products. Based on the situation analysis, partners have problems in production aspects and business management. Problems in production are limited tools, partners use manually production. The problem in marketing is the limited marketing reach, the product is only sold in one traditional market. The problem in financial aspect are that partners do not have financial books and records so that profits or losses cannot be detected properly. The solutions offered for problems in the production aspect are Machine facilitation and workshops for Mixing Dough and Making Frozen Food Products. Solutions for marketing aspects, namely training and workshops on making product variations and packaging. Solutions for financial aspects include training in simple bookkeeping and business financial management. All of the target solutions offered have been fulfilled by the PKM team to partners. The benefits that partners get from this community service program include: (1) Increased turnover, (2) Improved Machine Use Skills, (3) Improved Partner Understanding and Skills in Doing Simple Bookkeeping and separating family and business finances and (4) Expanding Marketing Reach

Abstract

One of the characteristics of small industries is that they still face many obstacles, both in terms of production and business management. The production aspect includes technology/equipment, production continuity, quality uniformity, packing, labeling, etc., while in the business management aspect there is not much support for promotions, marketing development strategies, and limited distribution and bookkeeping of business results. The same thing happened to Bakmi Pak Gembong who was in Rejosari Village, East Semarang District. Where Pak Gembong's Bakmi Business is still a small-scale industry that also has problems in terms of management, especially in terms of recording the results of its business. To overcome these problems, Community Service activities were carried out by providing counseling about the importance of recording all matters relating to the operation of a business. The expected outcome of this Community Service activity is that SME actors have an understanding of the importance of recording their business on a regular basis and the benefits derived from recording business operations on a regular basis.

Abstract

The people of Sumbersuko village in Wagir sub-district, Malang district, on average, already have an Android-based smartphone. The medication reminder application found on the smartphone is not yet known and used. The training program for 12 health cadres is expected that they understand and are able to use the medication reminder application well. Training is given to health cadres so that they can disseminate information to the community. The methods used in the training were lectures, discussions and trials with smartphones by health cadres. Beginning with the introduction of medication reminder applications, techniques for downloading applications and filling in drug data. The medication reminder application is important for people who are undergoing treatment for chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, hypertension and other diseases who must take medication uninterruptedly. Medication reminder applications can improve adherence. Compliance with taking medication is one of the factors that affect the success of treatment, so the presence of this application is appropriate when applied. The alarm in the medication reminder application will help especially the elderly in Sumbersuko village. The presence of a medication reminder application is expected to improve people's quality of life and reduce mortality and morbidity

Abstract

The problems faced by UKM in the Gendongan Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga City include the financial aspect that the financial management system applied is still manual, making it less effective and efficient. Manual bookkeeping there is no separation between personal finance and business finance. The solution offered is to provide training in preparing financial reports using Microsoft Excel. The approach method used in this activity is training. The training activities carried out included training in making simple bookkeeping in theory and training in making financial reports using Microsoft Excel applications. The solution to solving problems related to the problems faced by partners is to provide training and assistance by conveying material on computer-based financial reporting techniques using the Excel application.

Abstract

UMKM convection is a business that must be strengthened in relation to the implementation of the MEA. Srawung Convection UMKM which are partners for the Community Partnership Program have existed in Kebonagung Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency since 2014. The existence of Srawung Convection UMKM is very much felt by Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the City and District of Malang as an internship place to train clothing making skills t-shirts/t-shirts. Thus indirectly the existence of Srawung Convection UMKM helps overcome unemployment in the City and Regency of Malang through the creation of new t-shirt convection business actors. The problems that were agreed with Srawung Convection UMKM were: 1) Production aspects and 2) Economic aspects. Based on the results of the meeting and joint coordination with the Srawung Convection UMKM, it was agreed that the above problems were resolved by the following methods: 1) Convection UMKM Productivity Improvement Program which included: procurement and training of single needle sewing machines, procurement and training of chain sewing machines, and cloth cutting machines and 2) Convection UMKM Management Aspect Improvement Program which includes: business management training, production management training, marketing training, production planning training, financial management training, inventory training, marketing training, and HR management training. The results of the implementation of the PKM program: 1) The productivity of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%, 2) The ability of the management aspects of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has killed many businesses and incomes for the Slorok village community. The problem faced is the lack of capital. As a partner, the Slorok village community wishes to take advantage of the facilities they have in the form of a fish pond that can be used for betta fish breeding. The solution is to create a Betta Fish Cultivation Business. This situation requires all to keep their distance so that the hobby and activity that is highly recommended is betta fish cultivation. This hobby is growing and has many enthusiasts, and the price is increasing, so it can become one of the sources of income that can be initiated by the people of Slorok Village, Kromengan, Malang Regency. The method that will be used is a social and practical approach. The result of the implementation of this betta fish cultivation service program is that the training and practice have been carried out well by the service team and also partners. the Slorok village community as partners already have the knowledge and expertise to cultivate betta fish with star fruit. The provision of knowledge and skills in the application of betta fish cultivation is very helpful in efforts to produce quality betta fish products, so that it will improve the welfare of the local community. To be able to realize the things mentioned above, socialization and assistance are needed that can support the needs of betta fish farming.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has not only affected people's freedom to gather, but also affected the people's economic life. Many community members lost their jobs so that the community's economic level declined, this also happened in Tamanharjo Village, Singosari, Malang Regency. The problems faced by the community in Tamanharjo Village, Singosari, Malang Regency as partners of this service program are the desire to develop the creativity of mothers in making jumputans, but they are not supported by capital and there is no adequate knowledge and expertise about making jumputans. Partners need knowledge, techniques and skills to make jumputans based on cloth, which will be very helpful in efforts to produce quality jumputan fabric products, so that they will improve the welfare of the local community. To be able to realize the things mentioned above, assistance and training are needed in making jumputans from cloth. The method that will be used in its implementation is by conducting training on the basics of making jumputan fabrics, introducing equipment and also the practice of making jumputans. The implementation of the jumputan skill making program was carried out well with the results in accordance with the output target of this service, namely partners were able to make and produce jumputan batik fabrics with various patterns and colors, so this can be used as capital to develop jumputan businesses. Abstract

The Independent Learning Campus Program (MBKM) is part of a policy to implement independent learning from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK RI). One form of this MBKM is to provide assistance to rural communities to realize the digital economy. In building a digital village, the important thing is a commitment between the government and village officials, SMEs and SMEs in the village and the village community to make the village a village that has a digital economy. Based on the results of the study of the potential development of Druju Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, it is still necessary to increase knowledge of human resources, so the role of academics is needed to provide economic digital literacy in rural communities. This service explains about community service programs through the development of fostered villages based on digital entrepreneurs in Druju Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District in the form of e-commerce training. The method used is the initial survey, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The initial survey conducted focused on the potential of villages engaged in the SMEs and MSMEs, understanding the digital economy in the community, as well as problems that exist in the community related to the marketing of SME and MSME products. The initial survey was reviewed to provide training and assistance according to the needs of the community in managing the e-commerce web. With this method, it is hoped that it can help develop the digital economy of the village and solve problems that exist in the community in increasing the distribution of their product marketing, besides that this service also explains the importance of digital literacy for the village economy for the community as an important role holder in developing the village economy of Druju, Sumbermanjing Wetan District. Malang Regency
