Abstract

Orin's Himawari Craft is one of the creative industry MSMEs that was established in 2017 where during this pandemic, the negative impact was also felt by Orins Himawari MSMEs with decreased sales and forced to temporarily lay off all employees. Based on the existing problems, the PKM team from the Faculty of Economics tried to provide solutions through counseling and application workshops regarding three aspects of marketing management which included material on products, promotions and distribution that could be applied to MSMEs Orins himawari. From the product aspect, it is the achievement of an understanding of adding to the diversification of product variations, while from the promotional aspect, MSMEs are motivated to learn about digital marketing where this can expand the reach of promotions and distribution aspects, MSMEs gain knowledge and understanding about distribution channels that can accelerate their products to hand. The results of this activity to the community have also been published in online media and have IPR in the form of videos of PKM activities.

Abstract

Sonok cattle are a culture that still exists on the island of Madura, this culture competes for a pair of female cows to walk with a compact step. Sonok cattle breeders are spread over four districts. The problems faced by Sonok cattle breeders in Waru Barat Village are related to genealogies and profiles that have never been documented, this causes detailed information related to pedigrees and profiles to be unclear. In addition, the marketing process is still carried out with limited media so that a lot of information is not conveyed, such as genealogical details and profiles. One of the villages that is a partner and the majority of its residents are sonok cattle breeders is Waru Barat Village, Waru District, Pamekasan Regency. The service method is a survey that takes samples from a certain time from a population and uses basic data interview techniques. After that, a trial was carried out and some analysis of the application of pedigree, profile, and market applications on Sonok cattle activists, it can be seen that sonok cattle culture activists are greatly facilitated by all the features in the application, pedigree and profile data can be seen through the application so that during sales transactions they can be assured. buyer. From the results of the calculation of the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire filled in by the sonok cow culture activists, the average value is 82. The age of the breeder is 51-60 years (40%) with livestock experience 21-30 years (30%) and the number of maintenance is 2 tail (40%) and ST level 2.25-3 (60%). The results of the analysis show a very good assessment of SUS for Sonok cattle breeders

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country in the world. The development of a coffee shop business is very urgent to implement because the role of MSMEs is very large in supporting the national economy as well as playing a major role in overcoming unemployment in the community. Until 2018, MSMEs still controlled the market share in Indonesia of 99.99% with the number of business units amounting to 56,534,592 units is inversely proportional to large businesses which only control 0.01% market share with a total of 4,968 business units. This also shows that the unemployment rate in Indonesia can be absorbed more in the MSME sector. The problems agreed upon with Mbak Iin's Mbak Coffee Shop SMEs are: (1) the production aspect and (2) the economic aspect. Based on the results of the meeting and coordination with Mbak Iin's Mbak Iin Coffee Shop, it was agreed that the problem would be resolved by the following methods: (1) Coffee Entrepreneur Productivity and Welfare Improvement Program which includes: cup sealer design, espresso and capuccino machine design, coffee grinder machine design , lay out and repair coffee drink production facilities, lay out and repair coffee shops for consumers, lay out and repair fried food production facilities and (2) MSME Development Program which includes: business management training, production management training, marketing training, planning training production, financial management training, inventory training, marketing training, and HR management training.

Abstract

Family financial planning is a strategy to achieve family financial goals in the short and long term. Good financial planning certainly cannot be separated from good financial management, because good financial management attitudes start from the implementation of good financial attitudes. Partners in this Community Service Program are women in the Mojolangu village, Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city. The method of implementing this service is the interview, presentation and discussion method. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the problems that occurred, namely: (1) lack of public knowledge in managing family finances and also good financial planning. (2) The community has not recorded their results (3) there are still many mothers who lack knowledge about the importance of saving as a priority. The solutions offered in this service are as follows: (1) provide education/knowledge about the importance of how to manage family finances smartly and carefully, (2) the service team provides education/knowledge about the importance of recording and household financial income from business results, (3) the proposing team will provide education / insight related to the importance of knowledge about saving and investment activities.

Abstract

Empowerment of women entrepreneurs by opening access to business, encouraging increased digital capabilities and creating a fair and safe work environment is a global issue in order to reduce inequality in women's equality in the economic field. As part of the global community, this community service program aims to provide solutions to the problems faced by Ceria entrepreneurs, namely problems in product, marketing, and financial aspects. The short-term solution offered to overcome the problems above is the first to create product innovation. Second, optimize online marketing. And third, increasing knowledge and application of simple accounting for MSME businesses. Transfer of knowledge and skills is carried out using training and mentoring methods. And the results of this community service activity are the creation of innovative products in the form of Sushi Krawu, the use of social media Tik Tok, Instagram and the Go-food and Grab-food delivery order applications and the preparation of balance sheet and income statement. The implications of the implementation of this community service program are an increase in the variety of culinary products offered through the interaction of business actors with customers on social media and the integration of online sales applications into levers to increase sales, increase financial accountability, and professionalism so as to create economic independence and increase empowerment for entrepreneurs woman.

Abstract

Macaroni Cap Ikan, is the most widely known macaroni snack in the Malang market. Many UMKM market macaroni in various regions and have opened branches everywhere. It is often found in the market that macaroni packaging is less attractive and is only labeled in the form of photocopied paper, there is no particular brand that characterizes it. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture macaroni packaging that is labeled attractively and becomes the hallmark of the brand. with the existence of a quality brand of macaroni, it is hoped that the macaroni will be easily recognized by the wider community. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of product packaging and expand marketing. The methods offered are: 1) Packaging: (a) training and mentoring as well as improving the quality of Fried Macaroni packaging IkanCap Ikan with labels made from Bontaq stickers so that the packaging is more attractive and quality (b) Training and mentoring as well as procurement of electric sealer tools for Fried Macaroni packaging Ikan Cap Ikan Cap so that the packaging doesn't leak easily. 2) marketing: training and marketing assistance through online media by creating websites, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp groups to increase sales turnover of fried macaroni Cap Ikan.

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic disease of the respiratory tract characterized by inflammation, causing clinical symptoms in the form of episodic wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath in the chest. Research proves that asthma in pregnancy has a negative impact during the pregnancy process. Pregnancy with asthma is a health problem whose prevalence is estimated to increase. The prevalence of asthma in 1997-2001 ranged from 3.7-8.4% in pregnant women in the United States and respiratory disorders are very common in pregnant women. The importance of up-to-date information on pregnant women is very necessary so that the mortality rate decreases due to asthma during pregnancy, so it is necessary to carry out this community service with the aim of providing information about asthma education and knowledge during pregnancy, its prevention and pharmacological therapy. The targets of this community service are pregnant women and cadres of the Sidotopo Wetan Health Center Surabaya. The results showed that from the participants who attended the counseling, providing data that had been carried out descriptive analysis that knowledge increased well (76%-100%) as many as 28 participants (100%), meaning that participants' knowledge increased after being given counseling with a significance of = 0.00 ( < 0.05). Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in Bukek village is an alarming condition considering that Bukek village is a strategic area for the distribution of livestock between regions in Tlanakan district. The need for treatment from this point in the prevention of the spread and treatment of sick livestock. The output of this service is expected to increase the knowledge of breeders, control FMD, and the formation of an independent PMK task force in Bukek village. The methods used in service activities include; cattle breeding counseling, supplementary feeding (UMB), vitamin injection and livestock stimulation and the establishment of a FMD task force. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to measure the success of activities. As a result of the service activities, the people of Bukek village were very enthusiastic about participating in counseling activities and understanding the pattern of cattle breeding, prevention and treatment of FMD. The provision of UMB and herbal booster FMD is given to farmers as many livestock as they have between 1-2ltr / livestock. The provision of vitamins and vaccination of livestock was carried out with relevant officials covering the ernak population in Bukek village. Vaccination data recording was submitted to the relevant service, assisted by a veterinarian from Madura University. The establishment of the PMK task force in the village was ratified by a decree of the village head for each hamlet there is representation, who has the task and obligation to record and report livestock indicated to be affected by FMD. Babinsa and Bhabinkantibmas also help in sanitary spraying of the pen using disinfectants periodically.

Abstract

Small and medium business groups have a very strategic role in improving the economy and people's welfare. The role of SMEs is very important in marketing activities to support household income. Until now, the development of the chip business has been mostly carried out by the people of Kendalpayak Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency. Along with the intense competition in the business world, only a few people have been able to survive until now. Only people who have motivation and tenacity in business can come out victorious. In Kendalpayak village, there are two chips business group partners that still exist today. Among them are: (1) Partners of the “Cassava Chips Key Cap” business group, whose owner is Mr. Misbachul Munir, 37 years old. He has been starting this cassava chip business for 2 years, and is assisted by 4 employees. Keycap cassava chips only produce 1 original flavor, and have not produced any flavored chips yet. In business activities, marketing becomes the spearhead. Marketing will determine whether the business being run can survive and generate profits or suffer losses. Production and marketing have a very close relationship. Production will not increase if it is not supported by a good marketing system. In the face of economic uncertainty and home-based businesses, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to develop the business. The methods offered are: (a) training and mentoring as well as providing a special room for opening chips (b) training and mentoring as well as procuring proper plastic packaging equipment (c) training and marketing assistance through online media, (d) financial management training and assistance through a computerized system.
