<![CDATA[Berdasarkan Analisis Observasi di SMP N 7 Metro, peserta didik masih merasa kesulitan dalam memahami materi pembelajaran matematika. Media pembelajaran matematika kurang memadai dan kemampuan serta keahlian pendidik dalam membuat media pembelajaran belum maksimal. Maka peneiti menetapkan, Tujuan pada penelitan ini adalah menghasilkan produk E-Comic materi aritmatika sosial berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Berbantuan Flip PDF Professional disertai nilai-nilai islam yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan lembar validasi dan kepraktisan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari kedua ahli materi dan bahasa mendapat persentase 95,3% dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi kedua ahli media mendapat persentase 82% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli nilai-nilai islam mendapat persentase 82,5% dengan kategori sangat valid dan hasil uji kepraktisan dari 13 peserta didik mendapat persentase 91,5% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Maka pengembangan E-Comic materi aritmatika sosial berbasis Contextual Teaching And Learning berbantuan Flip Pdf Professional disertai nilai-nilai islam sangat valid dan sangat praktis.]]>

<![CDATA[This aim of the research to determine the effectiveness of the scaffolding learning strategy on mathematical problem solving abilities at UPTD SMPN 1 Sekampung Udik. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique used cluster sampling involving 7 classes so that class VIII C was obtained as an experimental class using scaffolding learning with a number of students, namely 30 and class VIII D as a control class using expository learning with a number of students, namely 29. This research instrument used ability test questions. mathematical problem solving, observation sheets, and interview guide sheets, as well as all instruments have been validated. Data collection techniques use tests, observations, and interviews as well as using data analysis techniques in the form of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing using the t-test, the results showed that tcount = 3.02 > ttable = 2.00247, meaning that the mathematical problem solving abilities of those who received scaffolding learning were higher than those who received expository learning. Thus it is concluded that the scaffolding learning strategy is effective on mathematical problem solving abilities at UPTD SMPN 1 Sekampung Udik.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to solve mathematical problems at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang is still relatively low, this is proven by test data show that 61.76% of students were able to understand the problem, 35.29% planned problem solving, 26.47% carried out problem solving, 0% checked again. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the PBL model with the scaffolding method on the ability to solve mathematics problems in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with Post-TestOnly Control Design. This research was carried out at SMPN 1 Kibang with a population of 7 classes of class VIII students and the sample in this research was two classes taken using cluster random sampling. Before the instrument is used, its validity and reliability are first tested. The data collection method in this research uses a test method with test questions in the form of 5 essay questions. The data analysis used is a t-test where before carrying out the t-test it is necessary to carry out a prerequisite test analysis, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was obtained that the value tcount > ttable or 4.90>2.003, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the PBL learning model with the scaffolding method on students' mathematical problem solving abilities at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang for the 2022/2023 academic year.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of advances in science and technology has a significant impact on the world of education, especially learning media. With the development of existing technology, we should be able to use it well to overcome various problems, especially in the field of education. One form of utilizing technology in the field of education is the use of video media as a learning aid in the classroom. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the quality of Open Ended-based learning videos to improve students' ability to understand mathematical concepts based on valid, practical and effective criteria. The research method used is Reseacrh and Develompent with 4D Model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The results obtained in this study are (1) the learning videos developed are valid with an assessment by material experts is 88.75% (very valid) and design experts are 72.30% (valid); (2) the learning videos developed are very practical with an assessment from the teacher of 96% and by students of 91.45; (3) The learning video developed effectively with the percentage of student response questionnaire assessment is 80% and based on the results of the ability test to understand mathematical concepts, 33 students have increased their abilities with medium or high criteria and have an average n-gain of 0.64 with moderate criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to analyze the level of metacognitive ability in mathematical problem solving in terms of Honey-Mumford learning style in class XI students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results obtained in this study through test data, Think aloud, and interviews that have been conducted by the eight subjects are found that the eight subjects are able to determine the information contained in the problem given. The eight subjects were also able to develop a solution plan, even making conclusions from the given solution steps. However, all eight subjects had weaknesses in re-examining the answers, and only some of the subjects were able to correct the mistakes made. Therefore, the conclusion that can be given in this study related to the level of metacognitive abilities in mathematical problem solving in terms of Honey-Mumford's learning style is that and subjects are at the Strategic use metacognitive ability level. While and subjects are at the Reflective use metacognitive ability level.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to develop and produce Android-based learning materials on algebraic elements. This research includes development research using the ADDIE model which includes analyze, design, development, implement, and evaluation. The instruments used in the research were material expert validation questionnaires, media expert validation, and student response questionnaires. The research results show: (1) The media expert validation results obtained an average score of 95% with a very valid classification, while the material expert validation results obtained an average score of 92% with a very valid classification; (2) Media practicality results in a small-scale trial with research subjects consisting of 10 respondents with an average score of 87% in the very practical category. Thus, Android-based UNBAR learning media tends to be considered to meet the requirements as valid and practical media.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this study is to ascertain the differences, also how much influence the TAI learning model has on students' mathematical creative thinking skills on pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang. The study is quantitative in nature and utilizes a posttest-only control group design, which is a true experimental design. The population of this study was all students of class V of SDN 86 Singkawang totaling 46 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sample in this study were students of class VB as the experimental class, also VA as the control class. The data collection technique was a measurement technique with a post-test question sheet for mathematical creative thinking skills. The data analysis technique was the T-Test & Effect Size. The outcomes of the study were: 1) there was a difference in mathematical creative thinking skills between students who received the TAI learning model and students who applied the direct learning model to the pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang. 2) the TAI learning model had a high impacy on students' mathematical creative thinking skills on the pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang with a value of 0.91. From the research outcomes, it was inferred that the TAI learning model has a significant impact on the mathematical creative thinking abilities of class V students at SDN 86 Singkawang.]]>

<![CDATA[EEducation is a planned and conscious process aimed at guiding students to optimally develop their physical and spiritual potentials. In this context, mathematics education plays a crucial role in shaping students' critical and creative thinking abilities. However, many students struggle with and dislike mathematics, as observed at SMP Negeri 2 Salatiga. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes by applying the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach supported by the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model on the topic of lines and angles. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) utilized the Kemmis and Taggart model, consisting of two action cycles. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The results showed a significant increase in the average mathematics scores from 55.85 in the pre-cycle to 70.42 in the first cycle, and 80.78 in the second cycle. Student activities also improved from "poor" in the first cycle to "good" in the second cycle. The application of CRT with the STAD cooperative learning model effectively enhanced students' understanding and mathematics learning outcomes. This approach integrates local culture into the learning process, making the material more relevant and easier for students to comprehend. This research provides valuable insights into the development of creative and innovative teaching methods to improve the quality of mathematics education in schools]]>

<![CDATA[Students claim to be quite difficult to understand the concept of faroidh fractional numbers, therefore it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research related to the ability to understand the concepts of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the understanding of students' concepts based on metacognition abilities on faroidh fractional number material carried out at MA Al Muhsin Metro. This type of research is qualitative research. In this study, subjects were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The subjects used were 6 students. The instruments used are questionnaires, questions and interviews. The results of this study showed that subjects with high metacognition abilities were able to meet all indicators of concept understanding. Subjects with moderate metacognition abilities did not meet all indicators of concept understanding on some questions. Subjects with low metacognition abilities are unable to meet the indicators of concept understanding, namely developing necessary conditions and applying problem-solving concepts.]]>

<![CDATA[Several previous studies have stated that the ability of students in Indonesia is still relatively low in solving real mathematical problems, therefore learning mathematics needs to be related to the environment around students. This study aims to explore and analyze some mathematical concepts contained in the object of the Kudus Tower building in Kudus Regency. The research method used is an explorative-descriptive method with an ethnographic approach with the aim of exploring and analyzing some of the mathematical concepts contained in the ornaments or buildings of the Holy Tower. The data collection technique used an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. Triangulation was also carried out by researchers to check the validity of the data. The results showed that on the object of the Kudus Tower building in Kudus Regency there are ethnomathematics concepts consisting of (a) Circle concept; (b) rhombus; (c) square; (d) rectangle; (e) equilateral triangle; (f) isosceles triangle; (g) trapezoid; (h) cube; (i) beam, (j) trapezoidal prism, and (k) quadrilateral pyramid. Some of these ethnomathematics concepts have relevance to mathematics learning at the primary and junior secondary education levels in geometry material.]]>
