Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning media used by inclusive educators at the little friend therapy & learning center in Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The main informants consisted of inclusion tutors and school principals. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis from the results of this study was carried out by descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) learning media in inclusive education at Kawan Kecil Therapy & Learning Centers in Medan used several therapeutic tools or learning tools, namely alphabet boards, puzzles, and sandboxes in training children's creativity, very important to facilitate learning. 2) the implementation of learning at the little friend therapy & learning center in Medan where the implementation was carried out there were two sessions to facilitate the learning process. 3) Obstacles encountered during the learning of inclusive children at the little friend therapy & learning center in Medan, one of which is the existence of hyperactive children, uncontrolled emotions in learning and even a disconnection between the teacher and parents of students, solutions that need to be made to maximize inclusion programs in schools, including activating school evaluation programs, participating in training or BIMTEK related to inclusion services, and supervisory relationships or networks to monitor teacher work programs so that they are better and planned. Abstract

This study discusses the Importance of Mastering English for Prospective Indonesian Librarians in Improving and Maintaining a Profession in the Digital Era. This study aims to find out that prospective librarians must prioritize the importance of English in their profession in today's digital era. The research method used is the literature study method to find out more deeply about a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading, recording, and managing research materials (Zed, 2008: 3). In general, literature study is a way to solve problems by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before. The data needed in this study can be obtained from library sources or documents, such as from textbooks, journals, scientific articles, as well as review literature containing the concepts to be researched. Research with the study of literature does not have to go down to the field and meet with respondents. Abstract

The research aims to determine the impact of Inflation and Gross Domestik Product (GDP) on the health level of Islamic Banks in Indonesia from 2014-2020 with Size as the differentiator. The population in this study is 14 Banking Companies from 2014-2020 registered with the Finansial Services Authority (OJK), and using purposive sampling technique, 14 banks were selected as the research sample. The analysis method used is panel data analysis method using Eviews 12. The health level of Islamic Commercial Bank sis calculated using the RGEC method which is measured using Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Rasio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Capital Adequacy Rasio (CAR). The result of this study show that inflation and GDP do not have a significant effect on NPF, FDR and ROA. Meanwhile, inflation and GDP have a significant effect on the CAR Small Size. This essay outlines the factors that should be taken into account when students employ standard language in their scientific writing. Abstract

Responses to the Ragam Bahasa idea over time have included both advantages and disadvantages. Ragam Bahasa programs' rapid expansion in early education facilities raises questions about their potential effects on the children's cognitive and linguistic development. The opposing party claimed that the youngster would talk slowly, however several research produced different findings. Abstract

School as an educational institution and is a means in the context of these educational goals. In the school environment students are required to comply with the rules and regulations that exist in school. The purpose of this study was to determine individual counseling services in problem check lists and anecdotal notes at Tembung Mandiri Vocational School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this study by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were counseling teachers and class X students of Light Vehicle Engineering. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of individual counseling services in problem check lists and anecdotal notes at Mandiri Tembung Vocational High School indicates that the counseling teacher has provided individual counseling services to students who experience individual problems. Abstract

Group guidance and counseling is one of the important services provided in schools. However, at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, the implementation of group guidance and counseling faces several obstacles. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that there are several inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, including lack of support from the school, lack of knowledge and skills of the BK teachers, and lack of student participation and motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of Instagram accounts in meeting the information needs of library science students and to find out the obstacles experienced by library science students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that uses interviews to describe the data obtained by researchers directly, to obtain a clear and detailed picture of how the use of the @melektechnology.id Instagram account is to fulfill the information needs of 2018 Stambuk Library Science students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the researchers conducted interviews with informants who follow the @melektechnology.id Instagram account. The results of this study indicate that the informants who have been interviewed all follow the @melektechnology.id instagram account and they take advantage of the information contained in the account according to the needs they want. Constraints experienced by informants when searching for information on the account, namely an unstable network, cellular data and information on the account drowned. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the leadership of the principal at MTS AL-JIHAD MEDAN, the method used in this research is descriptive research using qualitative. Data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. These results find that leadership and education are two different things. Leadership itself means a main object that has influence on other objects, while education is an effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students are able to absorb or get something new, whether in the form of knowledge and experience. On this occasion we will discuss leadership in integrated Islamic school education institutions. In an Islamic educational institution at Mts Al Jihad Medan. Leadership plays an important role and has a great responsibility, because it is the prime mover and also a motivator for the organization they lead. In the leadership system, it must have its own role in order to facilitate the pace of movement of its leadership and also to facilitate the achievement of the vision and mission of the leadership. Leadership will be said to be successful if the rate of leadership is directed according to the initial goals of the organization. So these two things between leadership and education are important and interesting things for us to discuss thoroughly, so that we can also have attitudes and knowledge like a leader, especially in the world of education.
