Abstract

The quality of education is an important component that needs to be considered in order to achieve educational goals, there are several things that affect the quality of education in Indonesia, one of the factors is education financing which is also an important issue throughout the world. This study aims to determine the effect of education financing on the quality of education in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and literature studies. The research data were then analyzed using the SPSS program. The results showed that education financing had an effect on the quality of education with a significance value of 0.000 and a proportion of 91%. Education funding affects the quality of education because it is very necessary for school programs, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, employee salaries, the need to support the achievement of the school's vision and mission and create quality human resources

Abstract

A vegetarian consumption pattern or reducing consumption of animal meat will become a lifestyle for many people around the world during and after successfully passing the Global Covid19 Pandemic. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, although there has been no research on vegetarian food consumption patterns for the prevention of Covid-19, the impact on body stamina and the immune system has proven to be very significant. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the skills of Maitreya Buddhists at the Pekanbaru Holy Earth Education and Training Center in making vegetarian meat. Activities are carried out using the training method, which includes discussion, education, practice, and mentoring. This type of artificial vegetarian meat produced is made from gluten. The resulting vegetarian-made meat products have aroma, texture, and tastes very true to the original, and free of cholesterol and germs that are usually carried in animal flesh. This community service activity is very beneficial for the target audience because it can open up vegetarian culinary business opportunities, including during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Business competition that continues to increase requires business actors to continue to provide satisfaction to customers, the organization's efforts to provide satisfaction are carried out through the quality of service and the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and literature studies. The research data were then analyzed by testing reliability, validity and reliability using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that service quality and employee performance partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Slaughterhouse is a facility where farmed animals are butchered, primarily for food and this facility already have permission letter to operate from the local government because it has meet criteria of animal health standards, as well as a place for monitoring and surveillance of animal diseases and zoonoses. Attempt to develop beef cattle can be potentially improved. Yet, due to poor beef cattle rearing methods, such as poor pen sanitation, accumulation of cow dung in the pen and leftover cow feed in the pen, it will affect the condition of cow pen. The cows will not feel comfortable in dirty pen and dirty pen will cause disease by parasites. This study aims to detect the presence of Helminth class parasites in beef cattle at slaughterhouses. This research is an observational study with a purposive sampling method. The samples used were dung of Balinese and local beef cattle, with a total of 70 samples. Examination of the samples was carried out using a microscope and applying the kato-katz method to see the type of worm eggs/parasites inside the dungs. The results showed that of the 70 dung samples that had been examined, there were 61 positive samples (87.14%) infected with worm eggs from the helminth group, and 9 samples (12.84%) tested negative because there were no worm eggs visible on microscopy. Worm infections obtained from nematodes were sorted from highest to lowest respectively, namely Ascaris by 31 (44.28%), Bunostonum trigonocephalum 7 (15.71%), Haemonchus contortus 8 (11.42%), and Moniezia bendeni 11 (10). %), then worm infection from trematodes namely Fasciola hepatica by 4 (5.71%).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and examine the socioeconomic variables that affect happiness in Indonesia. Secondary data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) batch 5 survey, which included 16,698 respondents, was the source of the information used in this study. The probit model is used in the data analysis technique using a multilevel category as the dependent variable. According to the study's findings, age, gender, social capital, including religious observance and a sense of security, variable consumer spending, and willingness to help variables have no bearing on the likelihood of happiness in Indonesia. Abstract

The rapid development of the times accompanied by the currents of globalization has caused a process of change in culture in Indonesia. One of the changes felt by the community is the change in Hindu religious life. The changes that occurred in Hindu religious life along with the development and pace of globalization caused a cultural shift. This cultural shift certainly has an influence on the pattern of Hindu life in people's lives. Cultural shifts in Hindu religious life such as dress codes, lack of participation of the younger generation in religious activities such as ngayah, furniture, mekidung and the fading of traditions that develop in society. Abstract

Local wisdom is the noble values that apply in the living system of the community, including protecting and managing the environment sustainably, so local wisdom is a view of life and science as well as various life strategies in the form of activities carried out by local communities in answering various problems in meeting their needs (Law No. 32/2009). Activities or habits that are inherited and owned by a certain member of society, affect many aspects of life, including religion, customs, politics, language, clothing, buildings, to works of art. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the Differentiation Strategy that has been implemented by the Melati Ш Hotel industry around Danau Toba and Competitive Advantage. The researcher proposes a conceptual framework in which the sources of Differentiation consisting of Price, Service, Size Promotion and Location are linked to Competitive Advantage. The Competitive Advantage gained by the Budget Hotel industry Ш Around Danau Toba is measured based on the occupancy rate. The empirical test uses the Multiple Regression Analysis method which is supported by an analysis of the competitive environment. The results of the study show that the variables of price, service, promotion and location have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. While the size variable has no significant effect. Based on the analysis of Partial Determination, the results show that the factor that most influences competitive advantage is price with a coefficient of determination of 0.922. By understanding the importance of a Differentiation Strategy, Hotel Melati Ш can create a difference with its competitors, so that it is able to compete in a more competitive market. The results of the analysis show that in the Budget Hotel industry Ш there are several hotels that apply the Differentiation strategy. With this research, Hotel Melati Ш, which has differentiated itself from competitors, can further emphasize and communicate its differences

Abstract

The characteristics of the management accounting information system become one of the important factors in helping to improve managerial performance in an enterprise. This study aims to analyze the influence of the characteristics of management accounting information systems in terms of broad scope, timeliness, aggregate, and integration aspects on managerial performance. The object used in this study is PT POS Indonesia (Persero) in Lombok with a population of 145 employees. The sampling technique uses pusposive sampling which is selected by 110 employees as respondents based on specified criteria. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that of the four characteristics of the management accounting information system, only from the aspect of timeliness which has a positive influence on managerial performance while from the broad scope, aggregate, and integration aspects, it has no influence on managerial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to assess the elements that influence the quality of non-profit financial statements and the moderation of voluntary disclosures on the Internet Financial Report. " Human Resource Competence, Implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Non-Profit Organizations, Internal Control Systems, and Accounting Information Technology Use on the Quality of Financial Reports of Non-Profit Organizations with Voluntary Disclosure of Internet Financial Reports as Moderating Variables,". The population in this research is all non-profit organizations in the form of NGOs or NGOs in Indonesia. The research sample is focused on NGOs and NGOs registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until 2021, as well as partners from donor agencies USAID and AUSAID. The primary data sampling technique was convenience sampling, where respondents who were willing to fill out the questionnaire were sampled. Distribution of online questionnaires and surveys through private domains obtained 90 respondents from the financial staff of non-profit organizations that were willing to participate in this research. The data was processed using a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the influence of human resource competence, the implementation of financial accounting systems for non-profit organizations, the implementation of internal control systems, and the utilization of accounting information technology affect the quality of financial reports of non-profit organizations, while voluntary disclosure of internet financial reports strengthens the relationship between the utilization of accounting information technology and report quality.
