Abstract

This study aims to obtain the form of project work network in the Probolinggo City Hospital Development Project, to determine the effect of accelerating the duration of Probolinggo City Hospital Development work on network planning and to find out the amount of costs incurred before and after the acceleration of the duration of project work. The method used is the acceleration method with modification of the scheduling of the CPM model. CPM method planning is a recommendation in choosing from many existing methods, because there is a calculation of the earliest time the project starts, the last time the project starts as well as the earliest time to finish and the last time to finish so that it can be known the time lag of all activities. Data Used are primary and secondary data related to the sequence and relationship of activities, implementation time and cost budget plan (RAB). In this thesis, the author takes scheduling data from the Probolinggo City Hospital Development Project which will be used as the basis for writing this thesis in conducting CPM analysis and accelerating the duration of work with additional overtime working hours and calculating the total cost of the acceleration to be used as comparison material in the writing results. Based on the analysis that has been carried out using the Microsoft Project 2016 application, the normal duration of structural work is 81 working days and has 18 critical units of 31 work items. After the acceleration was carried out, there was a decrease in the duration of the work of the structure to 74 working days. The difference in duration decrease was 7 days or 9.45%. The total initial cost with the normal duration for structural work is IDR 28,563,131,560, while after acceleration, the project cost for structural work becomes IDR 28,635,083,793

Abstract

The construction of UGM Educator Flats in Sleman Regency has a total area of 7,035.5 m2 consisting of 6 floors in the form of rooms and management rooms for flats and 1 rooftop floor. The problem in implementing the construction of the UGM Educator Flats in Sleman Regency is that the available funds are limited, so value engineering needs to be carried out so that the construction can be completed as expected. Value Engineering aims to obtain the best value for a project or process by defining the functions required to achieve the value objectives and providing these functions at the lowest cost, consistent with the required quality and performance. The results of the study were (1) The work items for the UGM Sleman Educator House building that have the potential to be efficient are floor slab work t=12 cm, roof slab work t=15 cm, stair slab work t=15 cm and beam work. (2) The replacement design alternatives are: a. For beam work items, an alternative is to change formwork purchases to formwork leases, b. For floor slab work items, roof slab work items, stair slab work items, there are 2 alternatives chosen, namely replacing reinforcement with M10 wiremesh and changing formwork purchases to formwork rentals. (3) Cost savings achieved after Value Engineering was carried out by 11.47%, with details of work items as follows: a. Beam work, savings of 3.66%, b. Floor slab work t = 12 cm, savings of 5.55%, c. Roof slab work, t=15 cm, savings of 1.00 %, d. Ladder slab work, t=15 cm, savings of 1.26%. Compared to the Initial Design Budget Plan (RAB) of the project as a whole, the Alternative Design Budget Plan can save costs of 2.843%.

Abstract

The need for housing continues to increase as the number of inhabitants increases. Housing development as one of the efforts to meet the needs of the community for residential houses. The Andalusian Griya Giri housing estate in Gresik Regency was built with a type. However, with the vast area in Gresik Regency and the fierce competition of housing developers who offer housing in a higher segment and at prices that do not differ much, it can be concluded that this housing is a waste of costs in development. Therefore, a way is needed to overcome this problem, namely by applying Value Engineering. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the calculation of the cost budget plan without reducing the quality and function of the building with the Value Engineering method. The analysis technique in Value Engineering of this study uses a comparative method with cost analysis. This method compares the profit price of the landcape design before it is redesigned with the design that has been redesigned, namely changing the house plan, appearance and number of house compositions / site plans so that maximum profit is obtained. This analysis uses the stages of the Value Engineering plan, namely the information stage, stage, creative, analysis stage, recommendation stage and presentation stage. Based on the results of the Value Engineering analysis at the Griya Giri Andalusian Housing Project in Gresik district, the most profitable design alternative was to use Design C with the change of type 38/72 housing units to 36 units. The profit price after redesigning from the original design, the production price of the type 38 house is Rp. 122.2 40. 00,000 becomes Rp. 9 0.728.514. The amount of profit increased generated after the redesign of the original design and the change in the number of house compositions / site plans was carried out amounting to Rp 7,864.960. 000 becomes Rp. 9,981,773,496.

Abstract

Worldwide educational institutions whose systemsare independent, do not follow the example of experts butall systems move and work independently, without involving or there is dependence and attachment to outside parties. Until now, the Islamic educational institution Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) is in the independence of the system, on the one hand experts are always looking for the best educational institution system so that it continues to develop not lagging behind the times, and on the other hand many local islamic boarding schools have fallen because they were crushed by the times, Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor still exists in the same system without changes,  forming the personality of students who are ready to appear as national and even international figures. Against the backdrop of this situation, it was studied how the interpretation and hadith views of tarbawi on the independence of the Darussalam Gontor Modern Lodge system. The independence of the system born of experience is not the theory and reference of educational experts. The method used to discuss this study is with literature studies and interviews. The independence system created by Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is: 1) Leadership; 2) Parenting; 3) Teaching; 4) Regeneration; and 5) Funding, which is transformed to students, teachers, families, guardians of students, the community, community leaders and the government. This plays a very important role  in shaping personality in the form of work character and work competence for the glory of Indonesian national civilization. It was concluded that the independence of the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor system according to the interpretation and hadith of tarbawi is muhasabah as TQC (Total Quality Control) which becomes the basic system of independence, the foundation of the entire system and  forms the quality of the existing systems. This TQC is easily adopted by other Islamic Educational Institutions

Abstract

The tax revenue target from 2018-2020 continues to increase as well as the realization of tax revenue from year to year has increased even though tax revenue continues to increase, but this revenue has not reached the predetermined target, in achieving the tax target requires awareness from taxpayers and compliance taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations in paying taxes in accordance with applicable regulations. One of the causes of not achieving the tax revenue target is the low compliance of the taxpayers themselves. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the service for making taxpayer identification numbers through the e-registration system at the Sukabumi Pratama Tax Service Office. In this study the research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The inhibiting factor for submitting an NPWP through the e-registration application in the field is the lack of public awareness to apply for an NPWP, besides that there is a lack of public understanding of the use of the e-registration system in registering NPWP and also there are still network disturbances when accessing the e-registration application.
