The data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, by analyzing the data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the condition of children born from marriages that are not registered means that there is no authentic evidence that the child was born from a valid marriage. Based on the results of interviews with Barru Regency Capil employees, unregistered marriages result in difficulties in the process of obtaining certificates for children. Therefore, every marriage must be registered in order to provide full legal certainty and justice in the fulfillment of children's rights.

Abstract

This article discusses the considerations of the Depok religious court judge in granting permission for polygamy in case No. 3728/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Dpk. In this case, the applicant asked for permission to marry his partner, whom he married in an unregistered marriage in 2014. Previously, in 2003, this couple had been blessed with a child. they face legal problems to obtain their children's birth certificates; and this is one of the reasons the applicant applied for a polygamy permit. Even though this application does not meet the provisions of marriage law in Indonesia regarding the requirements for polygamy (Article 4 paragraph (2) Marriage Law No. 1/1974), the panel of judges in this case still granted permission for polygamy to the applicant. The consideration of the panel of judges was that the permission granted was of greater benefit than complying with the provisions of marriage law: legalizing unregistered marriages and the welfare of the child. This case once again shows that religious court judges are not only fixated on the provisions of positive law in Indonesia but also explore the laws that exist in society, including here the principles of sharia and fiqh.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing power point-based learning media using Google Slides on thaharah material. The learning media developed is used to make it easier for educators to deliver learning material in a more interesting way. This research was conducted by adopting the ADDIE development model which includes stages (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) including: (1) analysis, (2) product design, (3) development, (4) product implementation, (5) evaluation . Learning media was developed based on Power Point using Google Slides. The media that had been developed and passed expert and material validation tests were then tested on a limited basis with 5 people and on a large scale with 28 randomly selected class VII students at MTs DDI Takkalasi. The results of this research are in the form of power point-based learning media using Google Slides on thaharah material. The validity test was carried out twice, namely the media validity test with the results obtained an average of 3.2 which was categorized as very feasible in the appearance aspect and in the usage aspect, so an average of 2.6 was obtained which was categorized as feasible. At the material validation test stage, an average score of 3.33 was obtained, which was categorized as very feasible. Meanwhile, in the "content" aspect, an average score of 3.33 was obtained, which qualitatively falls into the very appropriate category. This shows that the "material" aspect of the PowerPoint-based learning media development product using Google Slides in the thaharah material is in accordance with the existing material content. The product practicality test showed that the average implementation results given by the two observers were 1.80:1.58 = 1.69 or (1.5 ? M ? 2.0) and the power point-based learning media using Google Slides on the thaharah material met the practical criteria for used in learning. The product effectiveness test was in the form of a learning outcomes test with results showing 0.52 which was included in the medium category 0.7 (N-gain) ? 0.3. From these results, it can be concluded that power point-based learning media products using Google Slides on thaharah material are effective for use in Islamic religious education learning. Then the results of observing student activity were 3.64 which is included in the category 3.5 ? Ps < 4.0, namely very active. Then the results of observing teacher activities showed that the average percentage of teacher activity from two meetings was 93.75%. This shows that learning using power point-based learning media products using Google Slides on thaharah material is going very well. And the results of the student response questionnaire showed an average result of 94.41%. Furthermore, regarding the criteria for student response questionnaires, it can be seen that the average of the analysis results is in the 81%-100% category with the criteria "very active".

Abstract

Production activities in each industrial environment have risks of occupational hazards. Reports of work accident cases in Indonesia in the manufacturing industry sector over the last two years have increased from 114,000 cases in 2019 to 177,000 cases in 2020. Work accident investigation at PT. Barata Indonesia in 2022-2023 of the 626 workers, there were 6% of work accident cases. The loss causation model theory is a development of work accident theory at management factors to human factors or workers who are directly involved with materials. The research aims to analyze the dominant factors that most influence work accidents at PT. Barata Indonesia. Type of quantitative research with analytical observational research methods (crosssectional). The research sample was 308 workers at PT Barata Indonesia. The data analysis used was chi-square and logistic regression. The result of this study is that the dominant factor that has the most influence on work accidents at PT Barata Indonesia is the immediate cause factor, namely compliance with work instructions with a significance of 0.002 < 0,05, and a coefficient value of 2,124, and a CI: 1,304-3,460, meaning that there is a influence between compliance with work instructions on work accidents and a chance of getting a work accident 2 times higher when not complying with work instructions. Therefore, some preventive efforts are needed to prevent work accidents, especially in the manufacturing industry
