Abstract

This study aims to gather information on the decline in the quality of teachers and students as a result of the Free Curriculum policy, using Max Horkheimer's critical social theory approach. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, which will elaborate on data through descriptive statements. Data is obtained through a literature review of previous studies and informants who have implemented this Free Curriculum policy. The findings of this research indicate that the Free Curriculum is part of modernity in the educational aspect. Modernity is a state where all traditionally oriented societal systems are released into an order that implies rationality. The essence of modernization fundamentally encourages embracing change towards improvement in line with the capacity of the surrounding community conditions. Differentiated learning poses new problems and burdens for teachers due to time constraints. The standards to be achieved become biased and unclear. The impact of this policy is that students experience a decline in the quality of understanding the material because it is challenging to meet achievement standards maximally due to diversity in potential and interests. Teachers are not maximally able to provide standardized teaching but are more focused on organizing and designing strategies for this diversity. The role of teachers as facilitators allows limited room to maximize the inculcation of values. Discrimination against teachers through the "teacher mover" program resulting from the Free Curriculum policy has an impact on the opportunities provided, creating discrimination and generating barriers and comparisons between participating and non-participating teachers.

Forest and land fires in West Kalimantan are environmental problems that often occur every year, especially during the dry season, and have an impact on various aspects of life in the community. Although the laws and regulations have regulated the imposition of sanctions on forest and land-burning perpetrators, as stipulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management in Article 69 paragraph (1) letter h, in reality, there are still various interpretations. in its application. The problems revealed in this study are what factors influence the optimization of environmental law enforcement against the act of clearing land by burning. Through the normative juridical research method, it was revealed that the results of the study were still finding various interpretations of the prohibition on setting land clearing by burning, which is a factor that affects the non-optimal enforcement of environmental law due to land clearing by burning, especially perceptions of exceptions to the prohibition on setting up land clearing by burning, paying close attention to really local wisdom in their respective areas

Abstract

This research aims to determine student performance at the very difficult basic education level. Education in the modern era requires a lot of evaluation that focuses on research targets and objects. One of them can be viewed from the aspects in Bloom’s Taxonomy. Bloom’s Taxonomy is a technique developed by Benjamin Bloom in 1956. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that student assessment is an important part of education and is carried out through the examination process and that test question paper readiness has reliably involved schemes. Bloom’s Taxonomy consists of three progressive models that are used to group instructive learning objectives into dimensions of multifaceted and explicit nature. Lists of cognitive domains have been the primary focus of much of traditional education and are often used to structure curriculum learning objectives, assessments and activities. Bloom’s Taxonomy is a tool that can help human services educators broaden the depth of their students’ learning. There are four classifications of learning worth noting: verifiable, applied, procedural, and meta cognitive.

Abstract

The scarcity of subsidized fertilizer supplies in South Tapanuli Regency makes the economy increasingly difficult for farmers. The aim of this research is to find out the causes of the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer, the impact felt by farmers, and the efforts or strategies of farmers amidst the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data from observations, interviews and literature studies. The research results show that most farmers know that the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer is not caused by a lack of stock from the government. However, there were several unscrupulous employees and distributors who diverted the subsidized fertilizer to be resold to other farmers at different prices. The impact felt by farmers due to the scarcity of fertilizer is a decrease in the quality of the harvest, low selling prices for grain, and a decrease in income that is not balanced with high expenditure. The strategy or effort made by farmers is to buy non-subsidized fertilizer, although in limited quantities. Farmers hope that the government can curb these 'naughty' employees and distributors so that stocks and prices return to normal so they can help ease the farmers' economy.

Abstract

In general, in online loans, when a default occurs, the creditor will contact all of the debtor's contacts via telephone, SMS, or via the Whatsapp application by spreading the debtor's data. This may be valid if it refers to the legal terms of an agreement as set forth in POJK number 77/POJK.01/2016 because the debtor is considered to have violated the agreement or contract. However, Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (abbreviated as the ITE Law) prohibits anyone who intentionally and without rights distributes electronic information and/or documents containing threats of violence or intimidation. This is in accordance with the mandate of Article 28G paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that: "everyone has the right to personal, family, honor, dignity and property protection under his authority and has the right to feel safe and is entitled to protection from the threat of fear to do or not do something.
