Abstract

There are many cases of pregnancy outside of marriage in adolescents due to lack of parental supervision, lack of knowledge about sex, and the consequences of unhealthy dating styles. This is also related to the stages of adolescent development, which is why there is a need for sex education from an early age. Furthermore, the need for exposure to knowledge about love adolescents to avoid the increasing number of pregnancies at an early age. This service activity aims to educate adolescents about romance, sexuality, and dating styles involving 187 students at SMA Charitas, namely 61 class X participants, 63 class XI participants, and 63 class XII participants. This service uses a psychoeducational approach. The result of this activity is a discussion about the development of adolescents, who are often trapped in free sex or free marriage. This is due to the existence of two influencing factors, external and internal. Internal factors are factors that originate within the teenager himself, such as knowledge, attitude toward sexuality, self-control, lifestyle, social activity, age, and religion/spirituality. External factors originate from outside the adolescent, such as family relationships, social media exposure, values, social culture, and norms that serve as social support for adolescent behavior. Thus, through this activity, participants are expected to acquire knowledge and avoid behaviors that could ruin their lives in the future

Abstract

It is felt that the solution to digital or online marketing communication problems at the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI) still faces obstacle. The obstacle currently encountered is due to a gap in strategic concept even though the mastery and purchasing power of technology implementation has been carried out, one of which is in terms of implementing the use of communication via social media platforms. Currently there is little academic research and theory that discusses the use of social media for non-profit humanitarian organizations, such as the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI). LAI is a member of the United Bible Societies, an organization that oversees hundreds of national Bible Societies which are active in translation, production and distribution of the Bible throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Currently the LAI social media team has several social media, such as: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Therefore, there is a need for a more integrated strategy using the concept of integrated marketing communications. One of the uses of social media in non-profit organizations or services based on religious beliefs is that apart from being a medium for disseminating information, it is also used to raise funds or distribute donations. Apart from the marketing communications aspect, it is recommended that LAI be able to plan marketing communications for innovative products and services based on digital media, even though traditional print media is still needed to serve Christians in remote areas.

A shoe distributor company is a company engaged in the distribution of shoes to consumers. In its daily practice, shoe distributor companies have not implemented the IT Security Policy properly. Then the Community Service program is carried out with the aim of enforcing the established information security policy. The method is in the form of exposing material to shoe distributor companies regarding the importance of having and implementing an IT Security Policy, especially an IT Security Policy on Hardware. The implementation of the program was carried out in two major stages, namely the pre-implementation stage where the research team received data on company problems, conducted an analysis of these problems, prepared presentation materials/materials and the implementation stage where the PKM implementing team coordinated and executed the PKM material presentation activities. The presentation of the material was carried out face to face at the Head Office of the shoe distributor company. The activity began with an opening & introductory session, followed by presentation of material, which was divided into five major topics, namely explanation of system security, explanation of Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Sample Template Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Hardware security, and explanation of company Case Study. Then, the activity continued in the question-and-answer session and after that continued with the evaluation activities carried out by filling out the Google feedback link in the program implementation form for the participants. The results obtained in the PKM activities were that the implementation was carried out well and was beneficial for the shoe distributor company with several suggestions for improvement, namely the delivery of material that could be slower, examples that were more specific and appropriate.

Abstract

Pancakes are a popular food and are often consumed throughout the world. To increase the variety and nutritional value of pancakes, this research aims to develop a recipe using honey sweet potato as the basic ingredient. Honey sweet potatoes were chosen because of their high nutritional content and as a substitute for flour with better carbohydrate content, namely the complex carbohydrate content found in sweet potatoes, as well as their natural sweet taste. This research method includes processing the ingredients, and the recipe used, and testing the resulting pancakes. The research results show that pancakes made from honey sweet potatoes have a soft texture and an attractive aroma. The test consists of testing the taste and texture of these pancakes. These findings show the potential for using honey sweet potato as an alternative basic ingredient in making healthy and nutritious pancakes.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of market orientation, technological orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the success of coffee shop enterprises. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a sample size of 135 coffee shop owners in Tangerang. The sample approach employed was purposive sampling. Analysed data was processed with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The findings of the hypothesis testing demonstrate that market orientation has a significant impact on business performance. Market orientation promotes a shift in entrepreneurs' mindset, encouraging them to adopt the consumer's point of view. This enables entrepreneurs to gain insights into consumer demands by studying information gathered from consumers and the market on products that are favored by consumers. This notion will enhance the reception of items among consumers, leading to beneficial outcomes for the corporation in terms of improved business performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is another factor that has a major impact on business performance, and it can potentially account for similar findings. Entrepreneurial orientation fosters a mindset among business individuals that promotes the implementation of daring and aggressive business tactics, as well as innovation. This mindset enhances the business owner's confidence in achieving their goals and ultimately leads to improved business performance. Business professionals can implement market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, both of which have demonstrated their effectiveness. Enhance operational efficiency and optimize business outcomes. Entrepreneurs participate in specialized training programs to enhance the sophistication and competitive edge of their coffee shop business units. Further investigation might be carried out in alternative industries outside from the coffee shop industry to obtain a wider range of outcomes.

Abstract

Global warming is one of the most pressing environmental issues of the 21st century, with far-reaching impacts ranging from extreme climate change to threats to biodiversity and human life. The increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere and oceans, driven by human activities, particularly greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, exacerbates this situation. Negative effects such as polar ice melting, rising sea levels, and ecosystem disruptions threaten the survival of many species. Growing global awareness of the importance of understanding and addressing global warming has led to various initiatives, including scientific competitions focused on global warming. These activities aim to educate the public and promote innovation in finding sustainable solutions to this environmental problem. In these competitions, the role of judges is crucial in evaluating the quality and relevance of the scientific works submitted by participants. Through community engagement carried out by the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia in collaboration with SMA Kristen Tunas Bangsa Sunter Jakarta Utara, this competition successfully inspired and nurtured young generations in facing the challenges of global warming. The event included presentations, discussions, and Q&A sessions aimed at developing creative ideas and making a real contribution to global efforts in combating global warming.
