This study aims to describe students' mathematical problem solving abilities in terms of number sense abilities. In this study, students were first given a number sense ability test and then given a problem solving ability test. Based on the results of the number sense ability test, it was found that 3 students had high number sense ability, 20 students had moderate number sense ability and 7 students had low number sense ability. After categorizing students into 3 categories of high, medium and low, then 2 students were selected in the high category, 2 students in the medium category, and 2 students in the low category. After selecting 6 subjects, an analysis was carried out on students' problem-solving abilities in terms of students' number sense abilities. Students with high number sense ability have high problem solving abilities. This is shown at the stage of understanding the problem, thinking of plans and implementing plans that have done well but are lacking in the stage of looking back. students with moderate number sense ability have high problem solving abilities. This is shown at the stage of understanding the problem, and carrying out the plan that has been done well but lacking in the stage of thinking about the plan and looking back. students with low number sense abilities have low number sense abilities. This is shown at the stage of thinking of plans, carrying out plans and when checking back on the results of students' work that they have not been able to do well.

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a learning approach that emphasizes problem-solving through a real context. This study aims to examine perceptions of PBL implementation in the educational context and gain an understanding of its benefits and effectiveness. The research method used is descriptive quantitative which involves analyzing various studies that have been conducted previously. The research findings show that students' perceptions of PBL implementation are that PBL provides significant benefits for students, including increased concept understanding, learning motivation, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and active engagement in the learning process. PBL also contributes to the development of collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills in a real-life context. The results of this study provide a strong view that PBL implementation can be an effective alternative in enriching students' learning experiences and improving their learning outcomes. However, it requires a good approach to planning and implementing PBL, as well as adequate support from teachers, students, and educational institutions. In the context of modern education which is oriented towards skills and knowledge application, PBL is a relevant and important approach to prepare students to face real-world challenges. Further research is needed to better understand the implementation of PBL in various settings.

Seiring dengan perubahan iklim dalam dunia Pendidikan, tantangan beserta berbagai hambatan akan dialami dalam proses belajar. Peserta didik harus mampu menghadapi tantagan ini agar tetap dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disposisi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X SMKN 51 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden yang diambil dengan simple random sampling. Data disposisi diperoleh dengan memberikan angket dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika diperoleh dengan memberikan tes essay sebanyak 10 soal, kedua instrumen diberikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi googleform. Data yang diperoleh diuji prasyarat yaitu uji normaitas dan linearitas. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh disposisi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah Matematika.

Abstract This research aims to determine students' interest and learning outcomes in mathematics before and after using the trade a problem type cooperative learning model. This type of research is Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results showed that before being treated the average score of the pretest interest in learning was in the sufficient category while the pretest learning outcomes were in the very low category, and after being given treatment the average score of the posttest interest in learning was in the very high category while the posttest learning outcomes were in the high category. Students' interest and learning outcomes in mathematics after being taught using the trade a problem type cooperative learning model were higher than students' interest and mathematics learning outcomes before being taught using the trade a problem type cooperative learning model. Keywords: trade a problem learning model, interest in learning, mathematics learning outcomes Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa sebelum dan setelah digunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe trade a problem. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Design berbentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberi perlakuan nilai rata-rata dari pretest minat belajar berada pada kategori cukup sedangkan pretest hasil belajar berada pada kategori sangat rendah, dan setelah diberi perlakuan nilai rata-rata posttest minat belajar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan posttest hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. Minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa setelah diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe trade a problem lebih tinggi dibandingkan minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa sebelum diajar menggunkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe trade a problem.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran trade a problem, minat belajar, hasil belajar matematika

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana peranan model pembelajaran NHT dalam perbaikan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII5 SMPN 3 Lembang. Adapun yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII5 SMP Negeri 3 Lembang pada semester Genap 2021/2022, yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data pada penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data tentang peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik diambil dari tes setiap siklus sedangkan data tentang situasi dan kondisi pembelajaran pada saat pelaksanaan tindakan diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data hasil belajar dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan data tentang proses belajar mengajar di kelas dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian, nilai rata-rata pada tes akhir siklus I ialah 48,08 dengan simpangan baku 19,78 dan skor rata-rata pada siklus kedua 75,55 dengan simpangan baku 14,96. Meningkatnya prestasi belajar matematika peserta didik dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Number Head Together dapat dilihat dari semakin meningkatnya persentase kelulusan peserta didik yang sebelumnya berada pada kategori rendah pada siklus I menjadi kategori tinggi pada siklus II.

The purpose of this research is to find out what mistakes students make in proving a triangle. The research subjects were students in the Analytical Geometry class at the Mathematics Education Study Program at UIN KHAS Jember. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and interviews. Based on the research results, it was found that the types of errors made by students were (1) errors in the representation of mathematical symbols, (2) errors in the contradiction of triangle inequalities, and (3) errors in writing answers and errors in the proof process

This research aims to analyze students' errors using the Newman procedure in working on LKPD-based Guided Inquiry in class X Trigonometry material. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were class X high school students. The data collection technique used was through the results of work on LKPD based on guided inquiry on Trigonometry material, observations, and interviews with class X students. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the errors experienced by high school students when working on LKPD-based guided inquiry on trigonometry material using the Newman procedure are errors in reading the problem (reading), understanding the problem (comprehension), transformation of the problem (transformation), process skills (process skills) and coding/drawing conclusions (encoding). From the results of the analysis above, it can be used as material for developing problems or difficulties faced by students in learning mathematics, especially in Trigonometry material in the future. Apart from that, there is a need for learning strategies that can embed concepts and understanding of previously studied material.

Written mathematical communication skills are students' ability to express ideas in writing, as well as using images, symbols, and written vocabulary with the aim of conveying correct information according to mathematical rules. This research aims to analyze the written mathematical communication skills of class VII SMP/MTs students on geometric geometric material in terms of gender. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data analysis technique in this research is data triangulation from observation results, mathematical communication ability test results, and interview results. The results of this research show that male students focus more on the final result, but understand the drawings that are made well and have high accuracy in the problem-solving process. Meanwhile, female students provide complete and detailed information about the questions, although they often make mistakes in understanding the questions.

Students’ difficulties in solving students' integral questions are caused by students enable to visualize abstract transformations. The lack of media used causes students to have difficulties in solving transformation. One of the alternatives to overcome this problem is by using GeoGebra-assisted learning media Therefore, the purpose of this study was to apply the media and to determine the effect of GeoGebra-assisted media on solving the problem of transformation. This Research engages 27 students. The design used in this study was the One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The data is obtained from the results of the pretest, treatment, and post-test. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical data analysis technique and statistical inference. From the descriptive statistical analysis technique, the average pretest value was 29.44 and the posttest average was 91.67. From this average, there was an overall increase of 96.30%. The results of the inference analysis using the t-test obtained = 16.39 and = 1.684. this media also received a positive response from students. This can be seen from the student response questionnaire which got a total score of 93.09%. We can conclude that the GeoGebra media is very effectively used to solve the problem of transformation.

In the current curriculum in Indonesia, students are the center of learning and teachers are only facilitators. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the right learning strategies and media so that learning activities can take place effectively and efficiently. The choice of learning strategies and media must pay attention to human cognitive structure. Apart from that, improving the quality of mathematics learning also requires technological assistance that is appropriate to current developments. With the help of technology, students will more easily visualize shapes and understand concepts in the material being taught. One media that can answer this is Geogebra. This article is a literature study that aims to discuss learning based on human cognitive structure. Further examples of the application of geogebra-assisted learning based on human cognitive structures are also discussed in this article.
