Abstract

Graphic design is a rapidly growing field with plenty of career opportunities for those who have an interest and talent in this area. However, vocational high school students often face difficulties in developing graphic design skills and using graphic design software like Corel Draw. Therefore, this community engagement activity aims to provide solutions to the challenges faced by vocational high school students in learning graphic design. This community engagement activity consists of several stages, including observation, socialization with partners, creating a module for Corel Draw usage, content creation training, training evaluation, and overall engagement results evaluation. Through this initiative, it is hoped that vocational high school students will gain access and opportunities to attend graphic design training, receive clear guidance on applying graphic design software, stimulate their interest and enthusiasm for learning graphic design, and provide motivation and support for them to pursue a career as professional graphic designers. The results of this activity will enable participants to observe the improvement in graphic design skills among vocational high school students and help them prepare for entering the workforce or continuing their studies in graphic design. Therefore, this activity is expected to provide significant benefits for vocational high school students in developing graphic design skills and pursuing a career as skilled graphic designers.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be in the form of imaginative and inventive capacities, keen to see gaps and remain open to any input and positive changes that can bring trade to continue to grow and have self-respect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity, innovation that is beneficial to the entrepreneurship of UMKM Sukla Satyagraha. One of the pioneers of MSME development in Bali is the Satyagraha Movement. The Satyagraha Movement is a culinary business movement as well as traders with micro and medium enterprises which is a form of culinary or business preservation in Bali that uses the concept of Hinduism as well as synergizes between ancestral concepts and the concept of modern generations that have undergone various forms of change. Being an innovator was carried out by respondents, although currently many sell klepon, Yadnya decorations and clothing and fiber trays with a similar concept, the Klepon Legend Gianyar brand has already been known to the market as a Klepon seller whose taste makes customers addicted. Ibu Dayu's Klepon is known as the most delicious Klepon in the world by using basic ingredients from glutinous rice flour and Mr. Wayan's decoration shop which has a variety of decorations and clothing compared to other fashion shop owners. In addition, in this case, businesses that offer goods that follow this comparison concept cannot be considered progress, because they are considered to be imitating or adapting existing goods to the same storefront. Trade owners also arrange creative strategies to overcome the problem of changing culinary patterns. Culinary patterns alone can lead to switching clients and spoiled item offerings.

Abstract

The learning process through formal channels is often age-limited, while the independent learning process ("lifelong learning") takes place independently with the support of many sources of information available in the library. Learning and the library are two things that support each other and are related, which is in accordance with one of the functions of the library as a place for learning and the library as a means to optimize continuous learning. Habituation patterns that help the learning process are reading and looking for reference sources that are useful in pursuing intellectual interests. The mission of the library as a place for lifelong learning is not only waiting for users, but also playing an active role in stimulating users, creating service innovations, and making users feel at home in the library and have a special preference for the library.

Abstract

The basic cause of death is used as an evaluation of a health service, knowing the general health status, reporting mortality and prevention of deadly diseases and preparing for medical needs in the future. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the accuracy of the coding accuracy of the cause of death on the perinatal case death certificate at RSIA Tiara. The research method used in this research is a descriptive mix method where a mix of quantitative and qualitative is by describing and explaining the accuracy of the UCoD coding on medical certificates causing death in perinatal cases. The population in this study were all medical records of babies who died in 2020, 2021 and 2022, totaling 32 medical records. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample where all populations were sampled, namely 32 medical records. The results of the presentation of the accuracy of the coding on the medical certification cause of death were as much as 69% while those that were not correct were as many as 31%. It is preferable to code all diagnoses in the prenatal case death certificate using the guideline and rules P1,P2,P3,P4 to give the correct code. Factors causing inaccuracy in codification of the underlying cause of death on the death certificate, the doctor's writing on the infant's medical resume in the final diagnosis section using cursive letters creates obstacles for the coding officer in determining the correct code. There is no special SPO for coding prenatal cases. Lack of human resources with a background in medical records.

Abstract

Character is the behavioral values expressed by humans based on religious norms, laws, manners, culture and customs related to God Almighty, oneself, fellow human beings, the environment and the nation, which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings , words and deeds. The purpose of this research is to find out how to build the character of the younger generation through education and character building in the family, school and community. The research method uses a literature review. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that to build the character of the nation's young generation, education and character building are needed. Education and character building not only come from formal education (school), but also from informal education (family) and non-formal education (community). Character education must be designed and implemented systematically and simultaneously to help students understand the values of human behavior that relate to themselves, fellow human beings, the environment and God. As cultured beings, humans must have a commitment to character or morality that is upheld. In character education, behavior, character or morality must not only be inherited but must also be applied in everyday human life. In this regard, character education is needed for the younger generation.
