Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of member loans, member deposits, and capital on the Remaining Operating Results (SHU) in PT Socfin Indonesia's employee cooperative. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The data obtained in this study are secondary data. The number of samples used was 60 samples. The sampling technique is carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, which is the determination of samples with certain considerations. The data analysis test uses multiple linear regression analysis test using the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study show that simultaneously member loans, member deposits and capital have a significant effect on the remaining operating results of PT Socfin Indonesia's employee cooperative. Persial, variable member loans negatively affect the remaining operating results, and member deposits and capital have a positive effect on the remaining operating results of PT Socfin Indonesia's employee cooperative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the auditor's competence is able to moderate the auditor's experience and auditor's independence on audit quality at KAP Medan. The type of research used is quantitative using primary data. The population in this study was auditors from KAP Drs. Katio &; Rekan, KAP Drs Syamsul Bahri, MM, Ak &; Rekan, KAP Fachrudin & Mahyuddin, and KAP Johannes Juara &; Rekan as many as 30 people. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population will be used as samples. F test results show that work experience and auditor independence have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. The results showed that audit experience had a positive and significant effect on audit quality. This means that the more experience and knowledge the auditor has, the more relevant and reliable audit quality will result. Audit independence has a positive and insignificant effect on audit quality. This means that the auditor has a weak independent mental attitude and loss of auditor independence because the auditor has a tendency to satisfy his clients and is afraid of losing his clients as well as financial interests and business relationships with clients. The study also found that auditor competence was unable to moderate work experience and auditor independence on audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan upah minimum (UMP), kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di P.T Diva grup di Kota Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Informan penelitian sepuluh orang karyawan P.T, Diva grup. Hasil penelitian menemukan dari sepuluh orang informan menjelaskan karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan gaji yang diterima karena dibawah standard upah minim Provinsi. Karyawan masih bertahan di P.T. Diva grup dan berkinerja dengan baik karena susah mendapatkan pekerjaan ditempat lain dan pendidikan mereka hanya lulusan SLTA. Namun karyawan merasa puas dengan supervisor karena jika ada karyawan yang terlambat supervisor menegur dengan bahasa yang dan mengarahkan karyawan dengan baik. Selain itu tidak ada promosi di P.T Diva grup karena hanya cafe tempat bernyanyi.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri keuangan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah mengalami transformasi pesat, salah satu fenomena baru yang muncul sebagai dampak perkembangan teknologi finansial atau financial technology (Fintech) sebagai hasil dari kemajuan teknologi dan informasi keuangan di industri jasa keuangan. Fintech telah memberikan inovasi baru dalam layanan keuangan, seperti pembayaran digital, pinjaman peer-to-peer, teknologi blockchain, dan kecerdasan buatan, yang mengubah cara orang berinteraksi dengan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peluang dan tantangan Transformasi Industri Keuangan melalui Perkembangan teknologi finansial (Fintech) yang terdiri dari: peraturan dan kepatuhan, keamanan data dan privasi, kepercayaan masyarakat serta persaingan dengan industri keuangan tradisional.

Abstract

: PT Blue Bird Tbk. adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa transportasi yang telah lama merajai dunia transportasi taksi di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Di tahun 2014, sebelum muncul banyaknya transportasi berbasis online, PT Blue Bird Tbk. sudah mempunyai aplikasi Taxi Mobile Reservation yang dapat di akses pada masa itu. PT Blue Bird Tbk. merupakan perusahaan transportasi merajai dunia taxi selain PT Express Transindo Tbk. (TAXI). Transportasi basis online yang telah berhasil merajai pasar pada tahun 2016 hingga kini, maka PT Blue Bird Tbk. memutar strategi dengan mencoba keberuntungan dengan cara berkolaborasi dengan taksi online dan menjalankan strategi yang baru, PT Blue Bird Tbk. mencoba untuk menaikkan pasar dengan lebih baik agar mendapatkan profit dari tahun sebelumnya. Dalam menghadapi persaingan, perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu membuat keputusan keuangan yang efektif. Keputusan keuangan yang efektif diperlukan didalam sebuah perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui efesiensi perusahaan maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja keuangan. Untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja keuangan maka dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara diantaranya dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan. Oleh itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa tingkat profitabilitas yang diperoleh PT Blue Bird Tbk. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Du Pont System. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi fluktuasi Return On Investment pada PT Blue Bird Tbk. Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode du pont system menunjukkan penurunan pada Return On Investmen selama tiga tahun, yang dikarenakan terjadinya penurunan pada laba bersih dan terjadi fluktuasi terhadap total aset. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Return On Investmen pada tahun 2020 dikarenakan terjadinya peningkatan pada laba bersih dan penurunan pada total aset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Achievement Motivation on Work Productivity through Organizational Communication and Organizational Culture of the State Civil Apparatus in Jeneponto Regency. This research was conducted in Jeneponto Regency. The population in this study were all state civil servants in Jeneponto Regency with ASN samples in Bontoramba, Bangkala, Binamu and Tamalatea Districts totaling 114 State Civil Apparatuses. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis with path analysis. The results of the research findings are that achievement motivation is able to boost the work productivity of civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. The role of intervening variables is very urgent, effective organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and determine the agility of human resources associated with work-life balance factors and work stress at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was the snowball sampling technique so that 6 informants were obtained. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with case study data types. Data analysis used the help of the Nvivo application. The results of this study indicate that the concept of HR agility can be observed in various aspects of individual work attitudes and behaviors. First, there is a positive impact on work-life balance if someone is agile at work. Work-life balance which is described as a balance of work that can be completed well but still maintains balance with personal life is achieved in the organization because HR is able to adapt to change and focus on their tasks. Second, work stress has a negative impact on HR agility. High work demands and pressures cause HR to experience work stress, causing them to not be agile at work.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze various aspects related to the preparation for the expansion of Tunan Taka Village in Petung Village, Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the preparation strategy for the expansion of Tunan Taka Village in Petung Village, Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to assess strategic steps, obstacles faced, feasibility assessment, expected impacts, and the role of relevant agencies and government policies in supporting village expansion. The research results indicate that the preparation for the expansion of Tunan Taka Village involves strategic steps such as proposal submission, feasibility surveys, coordination with relevant agencies, and community involvement. Major obstacles in the expansion process include administrative issues, infrastructure, and inter-party coordination. Tunan Taka Village is considered feasible for expansion based on existing economic, social, and infrastructure potential. The expansion of Tunan Taka Village is expected to improve community welfare and accelerate regional development by increasing government attention to public services and economic development. The role of relevant agencies and government policies is crucial in supporting the expansion process, where coordination and policy support can ensure that the expansion process complies with regulations and is effective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media on customer loyalty through brand image and brand awareness. The analytical tool used in this research is data analysis using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was all followers of social media accounts with a total of 14,039 followers. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 100 followers of social media accounts from PT. A B C. The research results show that: (1) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; (2) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image; (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; (4) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness; (5) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; (6) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Brand Image; (7) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Brand Awareness.
