Abstract

The issue at SDN 101883 Pasar XIII is that the selection of physical education teacher candidates relies on the opinions of the school leadership based on pre-established criteria. This practice is reflected in the performance of previous physical education teachers, who were less attentive to students. The objectives of this thesis are to facilitate the process of selecting physical education teacher candidates, enhance the innovative and creative aspects of this process, and to develop the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method and ROC weighting to address issues in the decision support system for selecting physical education teachers. This aims to create a system that is not only efficient and effective but also innovative in its approach, utilizing methods and techniques that can improve overall decision-making. The proposed solution is to use the MAUT method with ROC weighting in the Decision Support System, by identifying the highest to lowest rating values. The research results for determining physical education teacher candidates at SDN 101883 Pasar XIII identified alternative A1, Budi Harahap S.Pd.Kor, with a value of 1.533, as the winning candidate for the position.

Abstract

The issue encountered in determining outstanding teachers often arises from the ineffectiveness of the results obtained, as well as errors in the scoring of teachers and potential manipulation of scores due to bribery from candidates. To address this problem, solutions involve using the MAUT and OCRA methods with ROC weighting in a Decision Support System. By ranking from the highest to the lowest values, it was found that the MAUT method (0.00610) yields a higher score compared to the OCRA method (0.00243). In this context, a lower value generally indicates a more optimal or better result according to the criteria used. Overall, the OCRA method shows a lower value compared to MAUT, suggesting that OCRA may provide a more optimal solution in the measured context. However, selecting the best method should also consider specific contexts and relevant evaluation criteria.

Abstract

meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui evaluasi kemampuan dasar siswa.

Abstract

The important position of problem solving in mathematics learning requires teachers to provide opportunities for learners to solve problems. The process of solving problems based on John Dewey's steps is certainly not all students can solve them appropriately. This is due to the differences in behavior / personality of each individual in solving problems. This study aims to describe the process of solving students' mathematical problems based on personality type. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study were taken from class X TKJ 1 SMKN Gudo. Data collection was carried out by the method of problem-solving tests and interviews. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by triangulation of time. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi dan penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. The results of this study reveal the process of solving mathematical problems with John Dewey's steps, including: recognizing problems, defining problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting and grouping data as material for proving hypotheses, and choosing the best hypotheses with personality types according to David Keirsey, namely guardian, artisan, rational, and idealist. At the stage of recognizing the problem the type of personality that retells a given problem is rational even though the subject re-reads the given problem. The stage of defining the problem of personality types that meet the indicators is guardian, rational and idealist that is to write down what is known and what is asked. The stage of formulating a hypothesis there is no personality type that meets the indicators, all subjects do not make plans but make problem-solving measures. The stage of collecting and grouping data as a material for proving the hypothesis of all personality types does the same thing that is to solve the problem according to the plan made. At the stage of choosing the best hypothesis with the indicator of retelling the step of its answer that meets the indicator is an idealist personality type, in addition to retelling the answer this subject also writes down other ways and proofs to know if the answer is true or false.

Abstract

The independent curriculum evaluation aims to determine the extent to which the curriculum is implemented well and to identify how the Independent Curriculum is implemented in schools, learning practices and supporting factors, as well as the obstacles and challenges faced. This research uses the CIPP implementation evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection methods are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation, with an approach mixed method. The interview subjects consisted of program heads, senior teachers, and students. The program head was chosen because he has strategic insight into program planning and objectives. Interview data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively, while observation data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The research results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is generally considered good in all aspects of CIPP, but still needs to be improved to reach the very good criteria. The practice of implementing the curriculum is also quite satisfactory, supported by the enthusiasm of teachers and school principals in building learning communities and developing innovation. Supporting factors, such as the readiness of teaching staff and infrastructure, also play an important role in successful implementation. Barriers to research are limited textbooks, lack of teacher competence in evaluating assessments, as well as obstacles faced by students. In conclusion, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools throughout Bima City is considered good, but needs further improvement, especially in the aspects of assessment and provision of learning resources so that the results are more optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials for psychological skills methods and exercises that can be used in sports psychology courses. In sports psychology courses, psychological training theories and techniques are well-known and familiar, but their implementation in the formal sports education curriculum is still minimal. Students often only get theory without being equipped with practical guidance that can help them apply these skills in real contexts. Therefore, developing teaching materials that not only focus on theory but also involve the practice of applicable psychological skills is very important. This study is development research that uses the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The population and sample in this study were 60 STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh sports education students. The results showed that students' psychological skills increased from the low category at the pretest to moderate at the posttest. The innovation of this study lies in integrating theory and practical exercises, which are expected to help students, coaches, and sports practitioners understand and train psychological skills effectively. This teaching material is expected to create an improvement in the quality of psychological skills training, which in turn will have an impact on the achievements of athletes in the future.

Abstract

The Merdeka curriculum was introduced in 2020 as an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools. In the Merdeka Curriculum, students are not only formed into intelligent people but also have good character in accordance with the noble values of Pancasila. Although it has been introduced since 2020, in junior high schools in Sungai Penuh City itself, the implementation of P5 was only carried out in 2022, but until now not all schools have implemented it optimally and effectively. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in Junior High Schools in Sungai Penuh City and its effect on student character. This research uses a qualitative descriptive assessment method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis in three schools namely SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh, SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh and SMP Negeri 9 Sungai Penuh. The results show that although teachers' understanding of P5 is still limited and there are still some obstacles faced by coordinators and facilitators in its implementation, the implementation of this project has had a positive impact on changes in student character, including increased cooperation, creativity, and self-confidence. This study recommends the need for training for teachers and parental support to optimize the implementation of P5.
