Abstract

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana penerapan sistem aplikasi E-Retribusi dalam pemungutan retribusi dipasar Pemda Dinas Koperasi, Umkm Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang diteliti digunakan untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan dalam kinerja organisasi pemerintah dan observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk peraturan-peraturan dan pengolahan data. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja bidang pengelolaan pasar dalam pemungutan retribusi pasar Dinas Koperasi, Umkm, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang secara umum masih belum optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan unsur ketepatan kebijakan, ketepatan pelaksanaan, ketepatan waktu, ketepatan lingkungan menurut Matland efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja yaitu target yang diharapkan tidak tercapai sepenuhnya. Efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja masih manual dan terdapat petugas retribusi yang kurang memiliki keterampilan dan kemampuan di lapangan terutama dalam hal teknologi. Ketepatan waktu masih ada petugas pengelolaan retribusi pasar yang terlambat menyetorkan pendapatan retribusinya ke bendahara di dinas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komparasi hasil investasi asuransi syariah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak signifikan pada perushaaan sektor non bank termasuk asuransi syariah, hasil investasi sangat ditentukan oleh kondisi pereokonomian. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif komparatif, yakni membandingkan hasil investasi asuransi syariah periode sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 dengan sumber data sekunder dari laporan kinerja industri keuangan non bank syariah yang diunduh dari web resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil investasi asuransi syariah, pada periode sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan paired-sample t-test yang sebelumnya di uji noramlitas terlebih dahulu sebagai prasyarat sebelum melakukan paired-sample t-test ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil investasi sebelum dan sesudah terkonfirmasi Covid-19 dengan nilai 11,282 sig. 0,000.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS) on stock prices in cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2021 period. This research was motivated by several increases in ROA, ROE, and EPS, but was not followed by rising stock prices, as well as research gaps. This research method is in the form of a quantitative method. The research population is cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2021 period totaling 31 company financial statements. This study used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method. As a result, ROA, ROE, and EPS simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the stock price, while partially ROA, and ROE, also do not affect the stock price. In contrast to EPS, it has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. This condition became a novelty for the author to put forward, even though advertisements for the dangers of cigarettes were published in almost every media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at PT. Honda Muara Bungo shoots partially and simultaneously. The total population is 1,084 people and the sample is 92 people with the sampling method using purposive sampling. Based on the results of data processing, the results of the multiple linear regression equation are obtained as follows: Y = 8.171 + 0.029X1 + 0.038X2 + e from the t-test shows that the promotion variable with purchasing decisions shows that t count = 9.995 is greater than t table = 1.987 at the significance level 0.05 then the decision is H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the price variable with purchasing decisions shows that t count = 10.778 is greater than t table = 1.987 at a significance level of 0.05 then the decision is H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous simultaneous test, the F count value is 207.819 and the F table is 3.10. This indicates that the promotion and price variables have a significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Based on the results of R2 = 0.824, this means that the contribution of X1, X2 to Y is 82.4% and the remaining 17.6% can be explained by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

One of the non-timber forest product spice groups that have economic value is nutmeg. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a nutmeg processing business developed by the Ake Guraci Forest Farmers Group, Marikurubu Village. The research will take place in 2021. The research data is in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques using interviews with informants and observation; Meanwhile, this secondary data is in the form of information related to the market price of materials supporting the processing of nutmeg flesh, permits, and other related documents. The data collected will be analyzed using business feasibility analysis. The results of the feasibility analysis show that the non-financial processing of nutmeg meat based on the criteria of legal aspects is feasible. While the results of the financial feasibility analysis are based on acceptance criteria for the types of products that are feasible to develop, namely the types of crackers, paltar, crackers, candy, and jam product’s. While based on the criteria for the benefits of a feasible type of product except for candy products. So that the selling price and production riots are factors that influence the development of the nutmeg meat food production business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of infographics as a media to convey the message of Media Group Network policy in inhibiting the spread of Covid-19. As well as exploring the types of infographic posters used, such as How-to Infographic, Explanatory Infographic, Comparison Infographic, to List Infographic. In this qualitative research approach, the method used is ethnography where the author participates in the research problem, the approach used is semiotics approach. This approach was chosen so that researchers are more-free to explore the symbols in the infographic poster produced by the Media Group Network secretarial entity. The Media Group Network strategy of using infographics as a medium to convey corporate policy messages turned out to be quite effective in conveying information within the coverage of the Media Group Network, but in the case of a pandemic, this strategy does not function as the main internal media in the Media Group Network, but as a supporting media and reminder because the pandemic is a global event that must have been anticipated by the highest state authorities nationally. in addition, this study also concluded that a proper and simple design system is needed in order to attract the public's desire to read and understand the message.

Abstract

Tourism development on Maitara Island is based on several approaches, including increasing competitiveness, community involvement, environmental conservation, and improving the local economy. All of this is an effort to develop tourism to be able to increase the income of the surrounding community and at the same time increase regional income from the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the number of tourists visiting Maitara Island amid the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it is hoped that it will be useful for the local government to maintain and even further improve services in the tourism sector. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to explore findings in the field. The results showed that when the Covid-19 epidemic occurred in 2020 the number of tourists visiting the Maitara Island tourist attraction increased from the previous year, where in the previous year or 2019 when there was no Covid-19 epidemic the number of tourists was only 2,104 whereas when the covid-19 epidemic occurred 19 there was an increase in the number of tourists to 5,600. This increase in the number of tourists is dominated by local tourists, this is influenced by the strict enforcement implemented by the government not to travel outside the area.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has harmed many companies. But apart from the company, employees as human entities also experience various problems, such as stress. Industrial psychology is then present to help understand the impacts that occur in society. This study then aims to see the role of industrial psychology in the era of Society 5.0. This research will use a qualitative approach. The research data comes from the results of previous research and studies which still have relevance to the contents of this study. The results of this study then found that the market will always continue to grow to remain efficient and effective. The emergence of a pandemic that has destroyed many industrial sectors requires a new strategy. Industrial psychology is present and actively plays a role in developing human resource management in the Society 5.0 era. Through the presence of industrial psychology, it is hoped that human resources will survive well even though the dynamics of the industrial world continue to change.

Abstract

This research refers to the development of nuget banana marketing methods through online media. The purpose of this research is to see how far online marketing methods can be used in the marketing process. The method used is a qualitative research method in order to get as much information as possible. This research was conducted in Tulungagung Regency because in several areas in Tulungagung there are lots of bananas and this is one of the products that can be processed into nuggets so that they have added value to the original product. The results of this study, the marketing of processed bananas into nuggets, has received a positive response from the community with many small entrepreneurs in Tulungagung Regency making processed banana products using online marketing methods through grab food and other (local) delivery services, and market places. From the development of this marketing method, it was able to boost the income of banana farmers because the selling value of these bananas experienced an increase in price.
