Abstract

Technological developments cause very significant changes in how goods and services are produced. This then causes changes in the ability needs of the community in the world of work. Higher education, as one of the educational institutions before plunging into the world of work, has an essential role in preparing this workforce. This study aims to see how the industrial revolution 4.0 affects the preparation of the workforce in Indonesia by universities. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of previous research and studies which still have relevance to the content of this research. This research finds that there is a debate some experts think that the total number of workers in the world will decrease, while others believe the number will remain the same. However, there is agreement that this will affect the education system, where the type of learning must change according to the needs of skills and knowledge that exist in the future so that people in the future can work according to the needs of the industry at that time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance at B2N Digital Copy. The research method used is to use qualitative methods to explore and understand the meaning that a number of individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian issues. The population in this study came from all B2N Digital Copy employees, totaling 20 employees. Collecting data in this study using the interview method. In data processing, this study uses data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance. While leadership style can influence employee performance, work motivation does not influence employee performance improvement.

Abstract

The community economic empowerment program at the oyster mushroom cultivation center in Village X which is run by the UM Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) is intended to improve the economy of the target community. In the process, an economic empowerment program requires an analysis of the organization and its environment so that future program strategies can be identified. Aims to describe and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a community economic empowerment program, this study uses qualitative methods, with a descriptive research type. Information regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of program management was taken through literature studies related to LAZ, economic empowerment, and swot analysis; the observation was carried out at the oyster mushroom cultivation center; as well as in-depth interviews involving members, administrators, center managers, LAZ UM, residents around the center and local government. The results of the study indicate that there are several strengths, including the large quantity of human resources, support from stakeholders and members. The weaknesses of this program are communication problems between the institution and the community, and the lack of a 'sense of belonging' to center members. In fact, there are various opportunities such as oyster mushroom product diversification, opportunities to establish new partners, and the creation of other activities that can be developed through oyster mushroom cultivation centers. In addition, the existence of this program is inseparable from threats from outside the center, namely the existence of a group of people who are considered to want to destroy the center's business and reduce consumers.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the largest contributor to state revenues in Indonesia. However, along with the development of information technology, SMEs are forced to follow the use of information technology-based accounting information systems as a competitive strategy. The limited quality of SME human resources is the main factor hindering the use of accounting information systems to improve performance and competitive strategies to compete with other SMEs. Research journal research methodology is the choice of researchers to reduce the concept of novelty as an alternative strategy for improving the performance of SMEs. The concept of the novelty model is Subjective Planning Innovation, which is a plan that is owned, designed, stored, used and updated (innovation) that uses an indirect accounting recording system by SME entrepreneurs based on previous work experience (subjective). Furthermore, the model concept, dimensions and limitations of the study are explained in detail in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of capital structure, ownership structure and dividend policy on company values. This is a causal associative-research. The population of this study consisted of 63 companies engaged in the property, real estate and building construction sectors and listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The samples were selected using non-probability purposive sampling since the selection required certain considerations. The data were analyzed using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) panel data regression of EViews 9. The results of the study revealed that the capital structure variable has positive and significant effects on the company values. This is shown by the regression coefficient value on the t test of 2.358820 and the significance level of 0.0200 > 0.05. Similarly, the ownership structure variable has positive and significant effect on the company values with regression coefficient value of the t test of 4.610279 and the significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the dividend policy variable has no significant effect on the company values since the regression coefficient on the t count is 1.475912 and at a significance level of 0.1427 > 0.05.

Abstract

Accounting is based on the capacity to describe in numbers the numerous financial activities of a firm, which has to be taken into consideration whenever decisions are being made about that company. The administration of taxes is an essential component in the growth of Indonesia. Because of the advent of new financial products that help improve taxpayer declarations and, as a consequence, the economy of the nation, this sort of accounting has had a significant expansion in recent years. This is a digital version of a traditional financial product. The overarching objective of this research is to investigate tax accounting methods that are based on electronic financial instruments. This research takes both a qualitative and a descriptive approach to data collection and analysis. Our results are predicated on the utilization of electronic financial products as well as the reality of tax accounting that is based on electronic financial product data. It was determined that these electronic documents, such as electronic invoices, contribute to the promotion and development of a new tax culture that facilitates the growth of countries by making their accounting and declarations much simpler and more accessible. This new tax culture is beneficial to the growth of countries because it allows countries to more easily keep track of their financial transactions.

Abstract

Education has principles on which it stands in material, interaction, innovation and its ideals. So it's like medicine, engineering or agriculture, for example. Each cannot stand alone, but is an arena where a number of sciences are practiced which are closely related to each other and intertwine. Efforts in educational practice always make comparisons of educational philosophies or educational history of nations that influence a nation's outlook on life. Thus, the concept of education can change according to the development of society and the development of human culture. In other words, the concept of education cannot be separated from educational practices that must be in accordance with the demands of educational needs at that time, until now. Philosophy has a close relationship with education, both in the theoretical and practical sense. Every educational theory is always based on a certain philosophical system on which it is based. Likewise, all educational practices that are pursued in earnest are actually based on a philosophical thought which is the driving ideology. The paradigms of philosophical schools with the establishment of vision and mission and educational programs have a fairly close relationship. The paradigm of philosophical schools is the principle used by an institution to formulate and define a vision, for example, and an educational program.

Abstract

High quality of work life is essential for an organization to continuously attract and retain its employees. So the objective of this research was to find out information about the influence of organizational climate, and job stress on the quality of work life. The primary data for this survey research were collected by using questionnaires that were distributed to 100 employees of United Tractors Ltd in Jakarta. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis. The result of hypothesis testing showed that all hypotheses were acceptable, it was concluded that organizational climate has a positive and significant direct effect on the quality of work life, job stress has a negative and significant direct effect on the quality of work life, and organizational climate has a negative and significant direct effect on job stress.

Abstract

A company needs employees with good performance. Through this good performance, the company can compete and develop into a bigger company. There are various strategies to improve employee performance, one of which is human resource management. This study aims to see the role of human resource management in enhancing employee performance in private companies. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies, which still have relevance to the contents of this research. This study then found a positive influence of human resource management on improving employee performance in private companies. This is due to the fact that human resource management requires three essential roles: the administrative role, the operational role, and the strategic role. Humans are the source of all the company's problems, hence these three positions are vital to its management.

Abstract

Technological developments, including online transactions, can no longer be avoided. But unfortunately, in carrying out online transactions themselves, the consumer is often on the very weak side. Therefore, it is necessary to have a regulation for the implementation of online business in Indonesia. This study aims to see how the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) is present in business development in Indonesia, especially for consumers. This research will be carried out using a normative juridical approach. The data used in this research comes from various previous research results and several legal sources in Indonesia, especially the ITE Law. The results of this study then found that article 4 in the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) explains various rights owned by consumers. Then specifically, the ITE Law explains how to protect consumers that occur in the realm of online transactions. The presence of the ITE Law, despite its controversy in Indonesian society, can save consumers from conducting online business in Indonesia.
