Abstract

Improving the quality of primary schools requires principals to optimally use data in planning, implementing, evaluating, and following up school improvement programs. The Educational Report Card (Rapor Pendidikan) developed by the Ministry of Education provides a comprehensive picture of students’ learning outcomes, learning processes, school climate, and school management, and therefore has the potential to become the basis for data-based planning at the school level. However, preliminary findings at SDN Malabenghar indicated that the principal had not yet fully utilized the Educational Report Card as an instrument for diagnosis and decision making, so that quality improvement programs were not always directed at the identified root problems. This study aims to analyze principal leadership in utilizing the Educational Report Card to improve the quality of primary schools at SDN Malabenghar, focusing on four aspects: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation study of planning documents, reports, and the school’s Educational Report Card. Data were analyzed descriptively by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from emerging patterns within the case context. The findings show that the principal has begun to develop more systematic planning based on the Educational Report Card by analyzing priority indicators, determining improvement focus, formulating goals, and integrating programs into medium- and annual-term school plans. In the implementation stage, the principal acts as an instructional and transformational leader by communicating the importance of data, mobilizing teachers in literacy and numeracy programs, and conducting supervision based on Report Card findings. Evaluation is carried out through regular monitoring, joint reflection with teachers, and re-using data to review progress, although documentation remains inconsistent. Follow-up is evident in program adjustment, teacher capacity building, and integration of evaluation results into subsequent planning. Overall, the use of the Educational Report Card at SDN Malabenghar shows a positive trend but still requires strengthening of data literacy, documentation culture, and consistency in implementing continuous improvement cycles. BSTRAK Peningkatan mutu sekolah dasar menuntut kepala sekolah mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan data mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga tindak lanjut. Rapor Pendidikan yang dikembangkan Kemendikbudristek menyajikan gambaran komprehensif capaian hasil belajar, proses pembelajaran, iklim belajar, dan tata kelola sekolah, sehingga berpotensi menjadi dasar perencanaan berbasis data. Namun, temuan awal di SDN Malabenghar menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan oleh kepala sekolah belum optimal sebagai instrumen diagnosis dan pengambilan keputusan, sehingga program peningkatan mutu belum sepenuhnya menyasar akar masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memanfaatkan Rapor Pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah dasar di SDN Malabenghar, dengan fokus pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, serta telaah dokumen perencanaan, pelaporan, dan Rapor Pendidikan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah mulai menerapkan perencanaan berbasis Rapor Pendidikan secara sistematis melalui analisis indikator prioritas dan integrasi program ke dalam RKJM, RKS, dan RKAS. Pelaksanaan ditunjukkan melalui peran kepemimpinan instruksional dan transformasional, evaluasi melalui monitoring dan refleksi, serta tindak lanjut berupa penyesuaian program. Secara umum, pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan menunjukkan tren positif, namun masih memerlukan penguatan literasi data, dokumentasi, dan konsistensi perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of vocational education through the Link-and-Match 2.0 policy and the effectiveness of curriculum synchronization in Vocational High Schools (SMK) with the needs of the national economic industry in the digital era. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using literature review and document analysis of government regulations, previous studies, and labor market statistics. The analysis is conducted from philosophical, sociological, and pedagogical perspectives to identify structural problems in Indonesia’s vocational education system. The findings indicate that although regulations such as Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2016 and Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2022 provide a strong legal framework, the unemployment rate of SMK graduates remains the highest, reaching 8.63% in 2025. This condition is mainly caused by skills mismatch, limited educator capacity, and slow curriculum adaptation to digital technological developments. The implementation of the 8+i concept has proven to be a key strategy in strengthening substantive collaboration between schools and industry. Adaptive curriculum synchronization, enhancement of teachers’ competencies in artificial intelligence and programming, and the strengthening of ICT infrastructure are essential factors in developing relevant and competitive vocational education toward Indonesia Emas 2045. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pendidikan vokasi melalui kebijakan Link-and-Match 2.0 serta efektivitas sinkronisasi kurikulum Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dengan kebutuhan industri ekonomi nasional di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis dokumen terhadap regulasi pemerintah, hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta data statistik ketenagakerjaan. Analisis dilakukan dari perspektif filosofis, sosiologis, dan pedagogis untuk mengidentifikasi problem struktural pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi seperti Inpres No. 9 Tahun 2016 dan Perpres No. 68 Tahun 2022 telah memberikan landasan hukum yang kuat, tingkat pengangguran lulusan SMK masih menjadi yang tertinggi, yaitu 8,63% pada tahun 2025. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh skill mismatch, keterbatasan kapasitas pendidik, serta lambatnya adaptasi kurikulum terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Implementasi konsep 8+i terbukti menjadi strategi kunci dalam memperkuat kolaborasi substantif antara sekolah dan industri. Sinkronisasi kurikulum yang bersifat adaptif, peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam bidang kecerdasan artifisial dan pemrograman, serta penguatan infrastruktur TIK menjadi faktor utama dalam mewujudkan pendidikan vokasi yang relevan dan berdaya saing menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic stress is one of the psychological problems frequently experienced by students at the junior high school level due to learning demands, pressure to achieve high grades, and expectations from both the school environment and family. If not properly addressed, this condition may lead to decreased learning motivation and students’ psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the effect of the reeducation technique on the level of academic stress among eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Sumbawa Besar in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of eight students selected through purposive sampling from a total population of 63 students based on the results of the initial academic stress assessment. The treatment was provided through group counseling services using the reeducation technique conducted in three sessions. Data were collected using an academic stress questionnaire based on a Likert scale, while data analysis was carried out using a t-test to compare scores before and after the treatment. The results of the analysis showed that the calculated t value was 7.84, which was higher than the t table value of 2.365 at a 5% significance level with 7 degrees of freedom. These findings indicate that the application of the reeducation technique has a significant effect in reducing students’ academic stress. Therefore, the reeducation technique can be considered an alternative intervention strategy in group counseling services to help students manage academic pressure more adaptively. ABSTRAK Stres akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang sering dialami siswa pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama akibat tuntutan belajar, tekanan nilai, serta ekspektasi dari lingkungan sekolah maupun keluarga. Kondisi tersebut apabila tidak ditangani secara tepat dapat berdampak pada menurunnya motivasi belajar dan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan teknik reedukasi terhadap tingkat stres akademik siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Sumbawa Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen berupa One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dari total populasi 63 siswa berdasarkan hasil pengukuran awal tingkat stres akademik. Perlakuan diberikan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik reedukasi yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga sesi pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket stres akademik berbasis skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji t untuk membandingkan skor sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,84 lebih besar dibandingkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,365 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan derajat kebebasan 7. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik reedukasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menurunkan tingkat stres akademik siswa. Dengan demikian, teknik reedukasi dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satu strategi intervensi dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk membantu siswa mengelola tekanan akademik secara lebih adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conflict of authority in the management of secondary education in Indonesia following the enactment of Law Number 23 of 2014 on Regional Government. This research employs a socio-legal approach with a qualitative method based on normative-empirical analysis through literature review and policy document analysis. The focus of the study lies in the dynamics of the transfer of authority from district/city governments to provincial governments and its implications for educational governance and service quality. The findings indicate that juridically, this policy is intended to enhance efficiency and standardization of education quality; however, in practice, it generates various sociological issues such as administrative distance, regional ego, and the unpreparedness of local bureaucracies. From a pedagogical perspective, the centralization of authority risks limiting local innovation if not accompanied by strong school-level autonomy. Furthermore, strategic issues such as the abolition of honorary teachers and the discourse on re-centralizing teacher management further complicate governance dynamics. Therefore, this study recommends regulatory harmonization and strengthened intergovernmental collaboration to establish an effective, adaptive, and equitable education system. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konflik kewenangan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan menengah di Indonesia pasca pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis dengan metode kualitatif berbasis normatif-empiris melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Fokus penelitian terletak pada dinamika peralihan kewenangan dari pemerintah kabupaten/kota ke pemerintah provinsi serta implikasinya terhadap tata kelola pendidikan dan kualitas layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara yuridis kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan standardisasi mutu pendidikan, namun dalam praktiknya menimbulkan berbagai persoalan sosiologis seperti kejauhan pelayanan, ego kedaerahan, serta ketidaksiapan birokrasi daerah. Selain itu, secara pedagogis, sentralisasi kewenangan berpotensi menghambat inovasi berbasis kearifan lokal apabila tidak diimbangi dengan penguatan otonomi satuan pendidikan. Isu strategis terkait penghapusan guru honorer dan wacana sentralisasi pengelolaan tenaga pendidik semakin memperumit dinamika tata kelola pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya harmonisasi regulasi serta penguatan kolaborasi antar level pemerintahan guna menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang efektif, adaptif, dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

The economic independence of Islamic boarding schools has become an important issue amidst the demands of globalization and limited external funding. Cooperatives within these schools serve as one instrument for empowering students, yet in practice their management remains less than optimal and their contribution to students' economic independence is still limited. This study seeks to identify the models of Islamic boarding school cooperatives that have developed in Indonesia and to analyze how each model contributes to students' economic independence. A qualitative approach was employed using library research. Data were drawn from scientific journal articles, books, proceedings, and relevant official documents. Data collection was carried out through documentation study, while data analysis used content analysis with the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal three models of Islamic boarding school cooperatives: the traditional model in the form of a general store, the productive business diversification model, and the integrated sharia cooperative model. The contribution of cooperatives to students' economic independence includes meeting basic needs at affordable prices, entrepreneurship education, improving managerial skills, and internalizing Islamic economic values. Among the three models, the integrated sharia cooperative contributes the most, followed by the diversification model, and finally the traditional model. The success of cooperative development is strongly determined by the quality of visionary, transformational, and ecotheology-based leadership. From these findings, it can be concluded that transforming from a traditional model toward a more modern and integrated model is an essential prerequisite for Islamic boarding school cooperatives to truly function as a pillar of students' economic independence.

Abstract

A crucial phenomenon among middle-adult teachers indicates that 77.9% of participants exhibit a high level of digital hoarding behaviour. Digital hoarding is the tendency to collect and retain digital files excessively, often accompanied by emotional attachment and difficulty in deleting data that are no longer in use. Mindfulness, defined as full awareness of present-moment experience without judgement, functions as a protective factor in managing impulsive behaviours, including digital hoarding. This study aims to identify the correlational relationship between digital hoarding behaviour and mindfulness among middle-adult teachers in Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 149 teachers aged 40–50 years, selected through purposive sampling and assessed using the Indonesian versions of the Digital Hoarding Questionnaire (DHQ) and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ). Statistical analysis showed that the majority of respondents had high digital-hoarding scores (77.9%) and moderate mindfulness (79.2%), while only 3.4% achieved a high level of mindfulness. The correlation analysis yielded a significant negative relationship, with a Spearman’s rho value of –0.449 (p<0.001), indicating that the higher the mindfulness, the lower the digital hoarding behaviour. Further analysis found significant differences based on age and school level, though not by gender or the number of digital devices. These findings emphasise the importance of practical interventions such as mindfulness training and digital-data management workshops to reduce digital hoarding behaviour and improve teachers’ psychological well-being. It is suggested that educational institutions develop mentoring, coaching, and monitoring programmes to help teachers manage digital data and work-related stress. Future research is recommended to explore more deeply the influence of psychological and organisational factors. Mindfulness, yang didefinisikan sebagai kesadaran penuh terhadap pengalaman saat ini tanpa menghakimi, berperan sebagai, faktor protektif dalam mengelola perilaku impulsif termasuk digital hoarding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, hubungan korelasi antara digital hoarding behavior dan mindfulness pada guru dewasa madya di, Jakarta. Sampel penelitian adalah 149 guru berusia 40-50 tahun, dipilih melalui, purposive, sampling dan diukur menggunakan Digital Hoarding Questionnaire, versi Indonesia (DHQ) serta Five, Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, versi Indonesia (FFMQ). Analisis statistik menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki, skor digital hoarding tinggi (77,9%) dan mindfulness sedang (79,2%), sedangkan hanya 3,4% yang mencapai mindfulness tinggi..
