Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan  kemampuan roll depan siswa  kelas IV melalui metode tutor sebaya di SDN 20 Biau Kab. Buol. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Rancangan penelitian mengikuti tahap penelitian yang mengacu pada modifikasi diagram Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu 1) Perencanaan tindakan, 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) Observasi, dan 4) Refleksi. Materi yang dibahas tentang roll depan, dengan melibatkan subyek penelitian sebanyak 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penilaian kemampuan roll depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan dari kegiatan pra tindakan ke siklus I, serta dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil penilaian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Tes awal: persentase tuntas klasikal adalah 17,4%, daya serap Klasikal  adalah  60,3%; 2) hasil  Siklus I: banyaknya siswa yang tuntas adalah 17 dari 23 siswa, diperoleh persentase klasikal adalah 69,6%, dan Daya Serap Klasikal adalah 70,3%; dan 3) Hasil Siklus II: banyaknya siswa yang tuntas adalah 21 siswa dari 23 siswa dengan persentase Tuntas  Klasikal  mencapai 90,3%, Daya Serap Klasikal adalah 88%. Selain dari hasil penilaian kemampuan roll depan, hasil observasi aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 77,8% pada siklus I menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Semua hasil penilaian telah mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa metode tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Roll depan siswa  kelas IV SDN 20 Biau Kab. Buol.

Abstract

This research examines the integration of religious moderation values in educational leadership in Samarinda, with the aim of encouraging student character development through Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Educational leaders play an important role in instilling the values of religious moderation in the school environment, which involves promoting tolerance, inclusivity and respect for diversity. This research uses a qualitative approach, using interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the strategies used by PAI school leaders and teachers to integrate these values into the curriculum and daily school activities. Research findings indicate that inclusive leadership practices significantly influence the acceptance of diverse beliefs among students, reduce the potential for extremism, and promote a balanced religious perspective. Furthermore, this research highlights specific pedagogical strategies that effectively integrate the values of religious moderation, emphasizing character-building values such as empathy, cooperation, and understanding. By integrating the values of moderation into religious education, school leaders not only support national unity and social cohesion, but also contribute to the holistic character development of students. This research emphasizes the importance of leadership in promoting cultural and ethical education and provides practical insights for policy makers, educational leaders, and PAI practitioners who aim to strengthen character education through religious moderation

Abstract

Public relations is a strategic aspect in strengthening the image of educational institutions, including MAN Insan Scholar Paser. However, public relations management often faces challenges related to the efficiency and effectiveness of information delivery. Information technology offers solutions to optimize this process through various applications and digital platforms. This research aims to analyze the use of information technology in public relations at MAN Insan Scholar Paser, with a focus on efficiency in the use of resources and effectiveness in reaching and satisfying stakeholders. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis, which were then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the application of information technology in the public relations sector has increased efficiency, especially in terms of time and operational costs. The effectiveness of communication has also increased, as shown by increased stakeholder satisfaction and the achievement of public relations goals, such as the rapid and transparent dissemination of information. However, several technical obstacles and training needs are still challenges that need to be considered. This research confirms that information technology has a significant role in supporting the public relations function in educational institutions, as long as it is supported by adequate infrastructure and human resource capacity development

Abstract

Samalona Island is an island located in the Makassar Strait which is one of the Spermonde archipelago in Makassar City. The Samalona Island Development Strategy involves tourism stakeholders and looks at the 4A aspects. This study aims to determine the aspects of attractions, accessibilities, amenities and ancillary), the role of stakeholders in the development of Samalona Island, and use SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that Samalona Island is an island that has marine potential that can be developed. The development of Samalona Island involves tourism stakeholders consisting of the government through the Makassar City Disparekraf, tourism business actors, and the local community of Samalona Island. The role of stakeholders in the development of Samalona Island is in the form of providing infrastructure, fostering human resources, empowering local communities, and promoting. A SWOT analysis was carried out to find out the opportunities and threats and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the island of Samalona.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of local community potential in enhancing tourism appeal through homestay management training in Balang Butung Tourism Village, Selayar Regency. The training, focusing on hygiene, sanitation, and homestay services, has shown positive results with improvements in local residents' knowledge and skills. Active participation in implementing hygiene standards and tourism services has significantly impacted the destination’s quality, potentially increasing tourist visits. Data collection methods included surveys, interviews, and direct observations, which were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings highlight that tourism infrastructure development and community involvement are crucial for sustainable tourism development. Therefore, continuous collaboration between the government, community, and private sector is needed to ensure the sustainability of this training program and the improvement of homestay quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kinerja karyawan dengan variabel komunikasi dan semangat kerja melalui organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kutai Kartanegara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 karyawan. Pengambilan data menggunakan data primer dari wawancara pada karyawan dan alat analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan teknik PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, semangat kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational cirizenship behavior, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational cirizenship behavior tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational cirizenship behavior, semangat kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational cirizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Satisfaction, Variety Seeking dan Alternative Attraction terhadap Switching Behavior melalui Switching Intentions. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 75 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dan alat analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap Switching Behavior (2) Variety Seeking tidak berpengaruh terhadap Switching Behavior (3) Alternative Attraction berpengaruh terhadap Swiching Behavior (4) Switching Intentions tidak berpengaruh terhadap Switching Behavior (5) Satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap Switching Behavior melalui Switching Intentions (6) Variety Seeking tidak berpengaruh Switching Behavior melalui Switching Intentions (7) Alternative Attraction tidak berpengaruh terhadap Switching Behavior melalui Switching Intentions.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita yang disebabkan karena kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak tumbuh lebih pendek dibandingkan anak seusianya. Dusun Krajan II yang terletak di Desa Lempeni, Kabupaten Lumajang, memiliki prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi. Selain itu, pedoman gizi seimbang juga masih belum diterapkan oleh seluruh masyarakat, termasuk pada balita di dusun Krajan II, Desa Lempeni. Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan menjadi kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA merupakan salah satu pencegahan dalam upaya mengatasi kekurangan gizi keluarga. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dan ibu balita dalam menanam dan memanfaatkan lahan di sekitar rumah menjadi kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA yang bermanfaat untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28-29 Agustus 2021, dengan sasaran kader posyandu pada hari pertama dan ibu balita pada hari kedua. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi terkait jenis tanaman, kandungan gizi, dan manfaatnya bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi serta peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas ASI. Selanjutnya, peserta (kader dan ibu balita) bersama-sama mempraktikkan cara menanam tanaman. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi kader dan ibu balita untuk mampu mengenali jenis tanaman dan manfaatnya, serta mampu menanam tanaman dengan baik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini juga mampu menciptakan kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA dengan jumlah tanaman yang lebih banyak. Kader posyandu dan ibu balita diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA secara optimal, dan menerapkannya di lahan pekarangan rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

This study examines strategies to enhance the excellence of Islamic boarding schools by integrating entrepreneurship within the Islamic Education Foundation. This study focuses on the role of Trubus Business Center (TSB) as the main driver in creating an independent, adaptive, and superior pesantren ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and institutional documentation. The results of the study show that three main strategies are carried out integratively, namely: (1) development planning based on local potential through the optimization of waqf land and productive business units; (2) improving the quality of teachers and education personnel through selective recruitment, continuous professional development, and empowerment in the management of pesantren businesses; and (3) the provision of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure, which is directly supported by the results of pesantren business units. These three strategies not only support the financial sustainability of the institution but also strengthen the academic, spiritual, and character dimensions of students holistically. These findings make a conceptual contribution to the development of a model of superior pesantren based on entrepreneurship and sustainable management that is contextual with local needs.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are growing rapidly, yet many still struggle to maintain competitiveness and community trust. This study examines the influence of service quality and work commitment on preferences in choosing pesantren, with patronage figures (kyai) as mediating variables. Using a quantitative explanatory causal design, data were collected from 380 respondents, consisting of students and guardians at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, East Java. The data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling. The results reveal that service quality significantly affects both patronage figures (β = 0.502, p < 0.001) and preferences (β = 0.243, p < 0.01), whereas work commitment significantly influences patronage figures (β = 0.354, p < 0.001) but has no direct effect on preferences (β = 0.096, p = 0.212). Patronage figures have the strongest impact on preferences (β = 0.539, p < 0.001) and mediate the effects of both service quality (β = 0.475, p < 0.001) and work commitment (β = 0.233, p < 0.001). These findings confirm that technical factors such as service quality and teacher commitment shape community preferences only when reinforced by the authority and legitimacy of kyai leadership. The study advances the SERVQUAL and Social Exchange frameworks in faith-based education and suggests that pesantren should integrate service improvements with stronger leadership visibility to sustain community loyalty and institutional competitiveness. The research implies that to effectively increase community preference for Islamic boarding school institutions (pesantren), institutions must not only focus on tangible improvements in service quality but also strategically emphasize the selection and visibility of a respected patronage figure (kyai) who possesses strong legitimacy in the eyes of the community.
