Abstract

Berdasarkan tujuan pendidikan nasional tersebut, maka untuk mewujudkannya pendidikan sangat penting untuk diberikan mulai prasekolah. Dimana masa kanak-kanak yaitu masa yang menjalani tahapan perkembangan yang sangat cepat dan mendasar untuk kehidupan berikutnya. Anak prasekolah adalah anak berusia 0 sampai 8 tahun. Pada masa ini, anak mempunyai keistimewaan tersendiri dalam tingkah lakunya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji metode mendongeng untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca anak usia dini di RA. Arafah Field Kec. Medan Area. Salah satu cara yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan membaca anak prasekolah yaitu dengan mendongeng. Hikayat merupakan sarana untuk membantu upaya seseorang untuk memahami perasaan dan imajinasinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan kegiatan analisis data kualitiatif yang dilakukan secara interaktif dan berkesinambungan hingga tuntas. Proses ini berlangsung dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dicatat terdiri dari dua aspek, yaitu deskriptif dan reflektif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sebelum digunakan metode mendongeng anak usia dini di RA Arafah Field Kota Medan tidak begitu tertarik dengan baca atau membaca, namun setelah guru rutin menerapkan metode mendongeng anak perlahan menunjukkan ketertarikan mereka terhadap bacaan dan rasa ingin tahu untuk membaca tulisan yang ada dibuku dongeng. Selain itu mendongeng memiliki banyak manfaat bagi tujuan pendidikan, dimana bukan saja dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak tetapi mendongeng juga mampu menambah daya imajinasi anak terhadap hal-hal baru yang mereka temui dalam kehidupan, sehingga anak menjadi lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan ide-ide baru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' learning styles on English speaking ability at MAS Project Univa Medan school. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative and the assessment instrument uses interviews and observations. The population in this study were students of MAS Project Univa Medan. The research sample was six students. This research instrument consists of 15 interview questions, and each of the 5 questions is to find out the learning styles of students, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic. The data results show that there are differences in students' learning styles in speaking ability. Based on the interview results, learning style is one of the most important aspects to improve students' English speaking ability in this school. As a teacher, you have to understand the students' learning styles so that the process of teaching and learning activities runs smoothly. And after knowing students' learning styles, teachers can more easily deliver the material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing E-book-based teaching materials in SKI lessons, because these lessons make students bored and less interesting. This study aims to determine the application of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects, and the effectiveness of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects. This research uses research and development. The sample in this study was using class X students at MAN 1 Trenggalek with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques and instruments used tests, distribution of e-book products, questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the effectiveness test through the normality test and the assumption test using the paired t test and two independent samples (parametric). The results showed that the development of Flip PDF Professional teaching materials was carried out with reference to the development and research of ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation. Material development shows that the student learning outcomes for the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest have significant differences, thus the e-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional are effective in the subject of Islamic cultural history. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of storytelling strategies in Islamic cultural history material at MTS Nurul Falah Sibiruang Koto Kampar Hulu. The research method used is qualitative research with students as research subjects. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. The research results show that the use of storytelling strategies in learning the history of Islamic culture can increase students' interest and involvement in the learning process. Students responded positively to the use of stories as a means of understanding the historical context and values ​​of Islamic culture. Apart from that, teachers also feel the positive impact of using this strategy, because it can increase student participation and involvement in learning. Overall, storytelling strategies can be an effective alternative in improving learning about the history of Islamic culture at MTS Nurul Falah Sibiruang Koto Kampar Hulu. This research makes an important contribution in strengthening innovative and interesting learning approaches for teachers and students in understanding and appreciating Islamic culture. The results of this research can be used as a reference by other educational institutions to enrich learning methods for the history of Islamic culture in order to achieve a deeper understanding and appreciation of Islamic and cultural values. Abstract

This research aims to find out and test empirical data related to the influence of Islamic Religious Education on the formation of students Adversity Quotient. In this research. The author uses a type of field research (Field research) Using correlational quantitative methods. The population in the research were all class IX students in MTS Daarul Rahman Jakarta, totaling 224 students with a sample of 30 student. The data collection techniques in this research are : questionnaire, documentation, observation. The type of analysis used in correlation analysis which is explained descriptively.The result of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of Islamic Religious Education Learning on students Adversity Quotient with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.796 (Very strong), and a coefficient of determination R (R square) of 0.634, which means that Islamic Religious Education Learning has an influence on students Adversity Quotient of 0.634% and the remaining 36.6% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

To analyze the efffect motivation, communication, and competency on teacher performanca an the Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Elementary school, this researchis is a descriptiv qualitative study with primary data types. the population is 61 people, for that the sample take from the population must be truly representative, totaling 51 people. Methods off data collection’s using questionaire interview’s, and documentation’s questionnaire data, tested with multiplle liniar regression analysis. Motivation has a substantial beneficial influence, as does communication, and competence has a fairly positive effect on teacher performances at SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar. The findings of the coefficient in determimination obtained 85,8% from performance can be explained by the independent variablee of motivation, communicatoion and competencee. it is hoped that the school can place or give assignments to teachers according to the competencies they have, so that they can improve the teacher's ability to complete work better. Furthermore, skill affects instructor execution, work environment, and salary that might effect how well teachers perform, you can develop your research utilizing other independent variables.

Abstract

A teacher must also be clever in choosing communication in approaching students (in terms of learning and counseling). In this case, of course interpersonal communication is best used in carrying out this communication. With persuasive and effective interpersonal communication between teachers and students, it is hoped that it will help motivate, mobilize and encourage students to be more active in studying, and can help change a student's behavior, attitude and good thinking patterns. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive approach. This research shows that the existence and implementation of face-to-face communication (interpersonal communication) without realizing it will establish good relationships between teachers and students without erasing respect and feelings of respect for the teacher. Students become brave enough to speak up when they have difficulties either regarding their studies or personally, and teachers become able to accept any student complaints regarding lessons and any difficulties they experience. Abstract

This research aims to find out how to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an through the Al-barqy method in class VIII students at MTs Al Magfirah. This research uses a classroom action model with the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. The research sample consisted of 30 students with several stages, namely, action planning, action implementation with cycles I-II of corrective action through observation sheets and oral tests, as well as reflection on the results of actions on the progress that has been obtained from corrective action.From the results of the research and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the ability to read the Al-Quran through the Al-Barqy method in Islamic religious education subjects with the theme of hijaiyah letters in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Maghfirah West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. It can be concluded that there has been an increase of each indicator of reading the Al-Quran at the level of Starting to Developing Medium, with the form of improvement through the application of the Al-Barqy method, namely, being able to read hijaiyah letters which are almost the same in sound and shape, being able to read and connecting hijaiyah letters, being able to read the Al-Quran with mad (long) reading, and can read the Al-Quran with fathah tanwin. Increasing Al-Quran reading through the Al-Barqy method has an average percentage increase of 32.80% -50% which is included in the Medium Developing level.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the fruit word puzzle game media can be used as a learning medium in Indonesian language learning, to find out the reactions of deaf students to the use of fruit word puzzle game media, and to develop the fruit word puzzle game media for deaf students. The method used in this research is development or Research and Development (R&D), using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation). The subject of this research uses a single subject. Research data collection methods include interviews, observation, observation sheets on 3 aspects (cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects), and documentation. The results of the research show that the fruit word puzzle game media can be used as a learning medium in Indonesian language learning, deaf students give very strong reactions to the fruit word puzzle game media, and the fruit word puzzle game media is very valid, practical and effective for use with students deaf.

Abstract

A conducive culture and continuosly updated teacher competency development are crucial factors that are closesly observed to assist student in achieving commendable achievement. The purpose of this reseach are, (1) Find out how much influence school culture has on student achievement, (2) Find out how much influence teacher competence has on student learning achievement, (3) Find out how much the combined influence of school culture and teacher competence affects students learning achievement at Sirojul Athfal High school Pancoran Mas Depok City . The population of this reseach consists of 179 individuals, including all 7Th and 8Th grade student, with a quantitative reseach type,and a sample size of 63 was chosen using the random sampling technique, the data collection technique involves using quistionnaries and dokumentation,data analysis employs descriptive analysis,analysis of prerequisite and hypothesis testing . The result of requirment test used include tests for normality, linearity, multicollinearity and hypothesis testing. In this reseach hypothesis analysis employs simple correlation analysis,simple regression multiple correction , coefficient of determination and F-test. The reseach result indicated that (1) There is a possitive and significant influence between school culture on student learning achievement ,with an influence of 16,3% indicated , with an R value of 0,404 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,163. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and student learning achievement of 25,8% indicated with R value of 0,508 and a coefficient of determination of 0,258. (3) There is a possitive and significant competence on student learning achievement of 30,4% indicated with R value of 0,551and a correlation coefficient of determination of 0,304
