Abstract

This research intends to obtain a comparison of the standard of facilities and infrastructure of SMK Negeri 3 Solok with Permendiknas number 40 of 2008. The comparison of facilities and infrastructure is reviewed from several aspects, namely land, buildings and the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure. The research questions as follows are 1) how is the suitability of the land in SMK Negeri 3 Solok with the standards of existing facilities and infrastructure, 2) how is the suitability of the buildings in SMK Negeri 3 Solok with the standards of existing facilities and infrastructure, and 3) how is the suitability of completeness of existing educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 3 Solok with the standard of existing facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research amounted to 451 people and a sample of 51 people with sampling using proportional simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Where the interviews were conducted by asking the contents of the guidelines for the table of contents that the author had prepared. The data analysis technique in this study is to compare the results of observations, checklists based on interviews and documentation that the author has done. The results of the study concluded that the building area of the land area is as much as 70% with the presence of some vacant land. The height of the school building is 28 m, which meets the maximum requirements for a building as high as 30 m. The condition of the floor of the SMK N 3 Solok building is in the good category. The school's distance from highways, rivers, railroads, and high-voltage channels is quite safe. the distance between the school and the equivalent building behind or beside the school building is considered safe with a distance of approximately 10 m. Meanwhile, for the completeness of the infrastructure there are still not in accordance with the standards, such as the prayer room that does not function properly, the UKS room and student organization rooms are not yet available, the counseling room is still temporary, and the number of bathrooms for female students whose ratio does not match the number of students. students and also spacious for the practice space of the three majors at SMK Negeri 3 Solok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai Persepsi Guru Tentang Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengelola Peserta didik di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari: (1) Mengatur penerimaan peserta didik baru, (2) Mengatur orientasi peserta didik baru, (3) Mengatur penempatan siswa (pembagian kelas) dan (4) Mengatur pembinaan dan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurukuler peserta didik. Populasi penelitian ini semua guru di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan sebanyak 171 orang .sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 guru terpilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner) model skala likert yang telah diuji cobakan untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas angket. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendaatkan informasi tentang persepsi siswa tentang komeptensi sosial guru di SMKN6 Padang yang dilihat dari kemampuan komunikasi lisan atau tulisan, kemampuan mengaplikasikan TIK, kemampuan berinteraksi secara efektif, dan kemampuan bergaul dengan santun dimasyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi yang terdiri dari murid tingkat XI dan XII SMKN 6 Padang dengan jumlah 972 responden dengan pengambilan 10% sampel 101 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode simple random sampling serta menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisioner bentuk skala likert. Kuesioer tersebut sudah diujicobakan untuk mengetahui validitas maupun reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sosial guru menurut persepsi siswa di SMKN 6 Padang dilihat dari aspek: 1) kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dengan perolehan skor 4,24 yang berada pada kategori mampu, 2) kemampuan menggunakan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dengan perolehan skor 3,69 yang berada pada kategori mampu, 3) kemampuan bergaul secara efektif dengan perolehan skor 3,90 yang berada pada kategori mampu, 4) kemampuan bergaul dengan santun pada masyarakat sekitar perolehan skor 3,60 dengan kriteria cukup mampu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya kompetensi sosial guru di SMKN 6 Padang menurut persepsi siswa dengan perolehan skor 3,86 yang berada pada kategori mampu

Abstract

This study cannot see the implementation of UKS seen from the implementation of the SDN 03 Padang City program, which includes 4 environmental factors, environmental regulations, participatory-based environmental activities, and management of environmental supporting facilities. This case study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The key information in this study is the homeroom teacher of class 1 as one of the Adiwiyata team at SDN 03 Alai, Padang City. Using data methods through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the research conducted at SDN 03 Alai, Padang city in July-September, the conclusion was that the implementation of UKS in terms of the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SDN 03 Alai, Padang City was going well. Judging by the 4 adiwiyata components (1) the development of an environmentally friendly school with the school updating its vision and mission that contains environmental values ​​and has set the budget in the RKAS for the Adiwiyata program in the framework of protecting and managing the school environment. (2) Development of an environment-based curriculum by integrating environmental knowledge materials in both extracurricular subjects and activities. (3) Development of participatory based activities involving environmental agendas held by schools or outside parties. (4) The development and management of environmental supporting facilities can be seen from the use of greenhouses and pharmacies as learning media. The school's efforts to foster student participation in the Adiwiyata program have carried out various activities held by the school or organized by parties outside the school and conducted seminars or workshops

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to obtain information about organizational culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center in terms of values ​​in terms of: trust, cooperation, responsibility, familiarity and openness. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all employees at the Padang Industrial Training Center, totaling 39 employees (population research). The instrument used was a Likert scale model questionnaire that had been tested to see its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the mean (average) formula. The result of this research is the organizational culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center, seen from the value of (1) trust gets an average score of 4.02 (2) cooperation. Gets an average score of 4.01 (3) responsibility gets. score. average 3.92 (4) familiarity got. average score 3.76 (5) openness got an average score of 3.9. So the Organizational Culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center is in the good category with an average score of 3.92

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of students' perception of school administration services. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is students of grade X and grade XI in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung. The results showed that students' perception of school administration services in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung: a) seen from the hospitality aspect was in a high category with an average score of 4.16, 2) judging from the comfort aspect is in the high category with an average score of 4.13, 3) judging from the aspect of responsibility is in the high category with an average score of 4.11, d) seen from the aspect of response is in the high category with an average score of 4.15 , 5) seen from the aspect of ease in obtaining service is in the high category with an average score of 4.20. Thus, it can be concluded that students' perception of school administration services in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung is in a high category with an average score of 4.15. The advice that can be given is an effort to maintain and improve the services of school administration personnel for the better

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers’ perceptions about planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision carried out by school supervisors. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, and those who collect data using a questionnaire with a likert scale. This study shows the implementation of academic supervision by supervisors according to teacher perceptions, which can be broken down based on indicators, namely: 1) academic supervision planning has a score of 3,57 in sufficient criteria, 2) the implementation of academic supervision has a score of 3,64 in good criteria, 3) the evaluation of academic supervision has a score of 3,55 in sufficient criteria, 4) follow-up academic supervision has a score of 3,60 in good criteria. Overall the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisors at SDN Subdistrict 2X11 Enam Lingkung, according to the perception of the teacher has a value of 3,59 in sufficient criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan serta menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan tugas guru di SMKN 1 Padang Panjang dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, menilai hasil dan program tindak lanjut. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Seluruh guru SMKN 1 Padang Panjang yang berjumlah 63 orang dijadikan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple proportionate random sampling dan memperoleh sampel 40 orang guru. Angket digunakan sebagai alat ukur penelitian dengan memakai skala likert. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan rumus skor rata- rata (mean) dan persentase tingkat capaian responden (TCR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan tugas guru SMKN 1 Padang Panjang, dilihat dari aspek (1) perencanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,01 dengan TCR (80,2 %) dalam kategori baik. (2) aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,13 dengan TCR (82,6) dalam kategori baik. (3) aspek penilaian hasil belajar memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,12 dengan TCR (82,1 %) dalam kategori baik. (4) aspek program tindak lanjut memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,9 dengan TCR (79,1 %) dalam kategori cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out information related to student development at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. This type of research is descriptive research. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The population in this study were all students of class X, XI and XII at SMKN 2 Padang with a total of 1,546 students and a sample of 130 students drawn from the population using the Slovin formula and the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. The trial was conducted on 20 students outside the research sample. Test the validity and reliability using the IBM SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The validity test of this study used the product moment with a significant level of 5% (0.444) and the reliability test used the Alpha formula. The data is processed using the average formula (mean). The results of this study indicate that student development in aspects (1) fostering students' faith and devotion to God Almighty is in the good category with an average of 3.90; (2) the development of noble character or noble character of students is in the good category with an average of 4.15; and (3) the development of superior personality, national insight, and state defense of students is in the good category with an average of 4.13. Overall, it can be concluded that student development at SMK N 2 Padang is in the good category with an average score of 4.06.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait dengan kompetensi sosial guru yang dilihat pada indikator kemampuan berkomunikasi secara lisan dan tulisan, kemampuan bergaul secara efektif, dan kemampuan bertindak objektif di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.937 siswa. Menghitung besar penentuan sampel dengan rumus Isaac dan Michael pada tingkat kesalahan 10% melalui teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling yang memperoleh total sampel sebanyak 168 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket dengan menggunakan model skala Likert yang mempunyai lima alternatif jawaban. Uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas dibantu oleh program SPSS 28.0 for windows. Angket dinyatakan valid pada tingkat kesalahan 10% dengan rho hitung 0.735 dan reliabel dengan r hitung 0.955 besar dari rho tabel 0,60. Teknik analisis data menggunakan mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi sosial guru yang dilihat dari aspek; 1) kemampuan guru dalam berkomunikasi secara lisan dan tulisan terdapat pada kategori cukup mampu dengan skor rata-rata 3,54; 2) kemampuan bergaul secara efektif dengan peserta didik terdapat pada kategori mampu dengan skor rata-rata 3,93; dan 3) kemampuan guru bertindak objektif dengan peserta didik terdapat pada kategori mampu dengan skor rata-rata 3.91. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi sosial guru berada pada kategori mampu dengan capaian hasil 3,80.
