Abstract

Makanan tambahan yang dirancang khusus dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan mikronutrien anak-anak yang sering kali tidak tercukupi dari makanan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pelaksanaan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) serta suplementasi vitamin A serta mengevaluasi peran sosialisasi dalam pencegahan stunting. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu dengan memperkenalkan telur rebus dan roti marie regal pada masyarakat di desa Pulau Sejuk sebagai bagian dari pola makan sehari-hari, terutama pada anak-anak di masa pertumbuhan, diharapkan dapat membantu mencegah stunting, yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di banyak negara berkembang. Pemberian makanan tambahan yang dilakukan memberikan asupan secara optimal khususnya asupan gizi protein. Suplementasi vitamin A juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Vitamin A adalah nutrisi penting untuk kesehatan mata dan sistem kekebalan tubuh, serta berperan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan. Di Desa Pulau Sejuk, program sosialisasi dilakukan melalui beberapa saluran, termasuk penyuluhan yang diadakan di posyandu dan kampanye informasi yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat. Posyandu, sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, berfungsi sebagai platform utama untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang pentingnya gizi dan manfaat dari berbagai program kesehatan. Program sosialisasi tersebut dapat diterima dengan baik di kalangan masyarakat desa Pulau Sejuk. Kata Kunci: Gizi, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT), Stunting, Vitamin A

Abstract

Hospitals must be able to manage all their resources effectively to provide high-quality care and reduce the number of patient complaints related to the services that have been provided. Based on data on the number of patient complaints at RSUD A.M Parikesit Tenggarong that entered in 2020 - 2023, there were 88 complaints in the Speak Up program. Complaints using Speak Up can be made anywhere as it can be accessed through gadgets. Unfortunately, some patients have not been able to utilize the Speak Up program or understand the purpose of the Speak Up program. Therefore, the hospital wanted to know the user success of the Speak Up program which was able to facilitate patient complaints. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach with the aim of seeing user satisfaction with the Speak Up program at RSUD A.M Parikesit Tenggarong. The analysis was conducted to see the effect of independent variables (empathy, persuasion, impact, communication) on the dependent varial (Speak Up Program Satisfaction). The sample used in this study was 30 samples. The research instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Also, the analysis carried out is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis which is processed with computer applications. Based on the results of the fisher test, the results show that there is a significant Based on the results of the fisher test, the results show that there is a relationship between empathy (0.001), persuasion, (0.003), impact (0.001), on speak up satisfaction.While there is no relationship between communication and speak up satisfaction (0.225) at RSUD A.M Parikesit Tenggarong.In this study, it is recommended that RSUD A.M Parikesit to better facilitate complaint users, provide two-way communication, and add a tracking feature in the Speak Up program to find out complaints that have been received, responded to, and resolved.

Abstract

Abstract− Waiting time is the time used by patients to get doctor's health services. The minimum service standard for a patient's medical record is less than 10 minutes. Based on a preliminary study conducted on medical record officers at UPTD. Muara Wis Health Center from 10 medical record documents found that 6 medical record documents were not in accordance with standards and 4 medical record documents were in accordance with standards. This study uses a quantitative method with a Cross-Sectional approach to analyze the relationship between waiting time for the provision of medical record documents and patient satisfaction at UPTD. Muara Wis Health Center, the sample consisted of 60 respondents who were selected using the Accedental Sampling technique, data collection instruments in the form of observations and questionnaires on the Likert scale, and the analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis and chi-square tests processed using computer application software. Based on the average results of the waiting time for the provision of medical record documents at UPTD. The Muara Wis Health Center takes 10 minutes and 40 seconds from 60 medical record documents. The calculation of the provision of medical records to patients begins when the patient registers until the medical record is available at the polyclinic. Suggestions for UPTD. Muara Wis Health Center in order to shorten the waiting time for officers to provide medical record files and re-evaluate their performance periodically.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus mendapat perhatian serius bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan. Tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan pegawai di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah human relation, perilaku individu dan etos kerja berpengaruh. Teknik analisis information yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden. Pengambilan information preliminary menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human connection berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan. Perilaku individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan. Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan. Human connection, perilaku individu dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan. Nilai changed R Square 0,731 yang dapat disebut koefisien determinasi yang dalam hal ini berarti 73,1% kinerja pegawai dapat diperoleh dan dijelaskan oleh Human connection, perilaku individu dan etos kera sedangkan sisanya 26,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain atau variabel diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

Dhyana Pura University is one of the private universities in the Badung-Bali district, as an educational institution it is required to provide services to all academics, one of service for complaints about Information Technology equipment broke which is of course very important. However, what has happened so far in terms of management is that information technology equipment damage services are still experiencing several problems, namely reporting damage and handling complaints which are still recorded manually, namely using paper, so there is a risk of loss or forgetting to be followed up by technicians due to piling up files, apart from The leadership of the ICT Department also finds it difficult to monitor the activities of its technicians in handling user complaints. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design an information system that aims to overcome this problem. In the design process, a method is needed to be used, the Framework For The Application Of System Thinking (FAST) method. FAST is a framework for various types of projects and strategies or hypotheses used for learning, developing and maintaining information systems. Because by utilizing this information system you can provide information quickly and easily. In this research, the information system design will be designed using the FAST method which consists of 7 phases, namely; Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design, and Construction and Testing, where each of the existing phases must be carried out in more detail in each scope so that the resulting output can be more accurate and more timely updates so that the resulting design can be used for development to the next stage where later this system design will be used as a reference in the website application software development process.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kesejahteraan yang memiliki kewajiban untuk menjamin hak-hak warna negaranya dengan baik, termasuk hak yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum (ABH). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan kondisi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum terkait pengelolaan maupun layanan yang diberikan termasuk aspek pendampingan terhadap anak berkonflik hukum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan hak pendampingan ABH belum optimal. Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) Kalimantan Barat melalui program Inklusi berperan aktif melakukan pendampingan terhadap ABH di LPKA Kelas II Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat. Walaupun PKBI memiliki personil terbatas, program pendampingan pada ABH dapat terlaksana melalui kerjasama dengan pihak terkait dan menjembatani  ABH dengan keluarganya

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang lambat turut mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, dengan adanya peta potensi ekonomi daerah maka dapat disusun kebijakan pembangunan yang berlandaskan pada upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis spasial. Metode untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi unggulan menggunakan analisis statistik Location Quotien (LQ) dengan mengolah data dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk analisis sektor unggulan dan memetakan sebarannya menggunakan sistem informasi geografi. Bersadarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan potensi ekonomi pada berbagai sektor. Sedangkan hasil pemetaan sebaran spasial potensi ekonomi pada 16 sektor ekonomi potensial pada setiap kabupaten berbeda-beda pada setiap wilayahnya. Selain itu informasi dalam bentuk peta dapat memudahkan masyarakat dan penentu kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam mengetahui sektor ekonomi unggulan di wilayah secara spasial.

Abstract

Abstract− Dapoer Bu Tutik Restaurant is one of the restaurant businesses in the Rimbo Bujang area, Tebo Jambi. Dapoer Bu Tutik Restaurant is a place that provides food and beverage menus to customers according to the specified price. However, at this time, information management still uses a manual system, namely recording orders using a book which results in difficulties in managing orders such as determining who orders food first and the obstacles encountered include frequent errors in writing orders, difficulty in reading customer orders due to handwriting. The purpose of this information system is to process food and beverage ordering data based on the website at Dapoer Bu Tutik Restaurant. This information system is built using the codeigniter framework, a software development method, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a model in system design. The results of this study, researchers can analyze needs, design and build a restaurant and beverage website using codeigniter. The existence of this food and beverage ordering information system can expand marketing and facilitate the process of ordering menus and transactions.
