Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatu upaya yang diselenggarakan sendiri atau organisasi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah dan menyembuhkan penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan perorangan, keluarga, keluarga dan ataupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sememi Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Analisis deskriptif. Sampel diambil secara purposif sampling, dengan mengambil responden di masing-masing kelurahan yang termasuk wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sememi yaitu Sememi, Kandangan, Tambakosowilangun dan Romo kalisari. Masing-masing kelurahan diambil 25 orang responden, sehingga total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proritas masalah yang perlu diselesaikan adalah program Kampung ASI dan Pelayanan Pijat Bayi. Kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap program ASI Eksklusif sudah sangat besar (100%), namun masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui (65%). Kampung ASI juga merupakan salah satu program unggulan di Puskesmas Sememi. Sedangkan pelayanan pijat bayi merupakan program pendukung yang juga sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat, dan sudah disediakan oleh Puskesmas. Akan tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahuinya sehingga masih sedikit masyarakat yang memanfaatkan pelayanan tersebut. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat menyatakan membutuhkan program/pelayanan Kampung ASI dan Pelayanan Pijat Bayi namun lebih dari 50% masyarakat tidak tahu sehingga tingkat partisipasi masyarakatnya menjadi kurang optimal

Abstract

The coverage of pregnant women visit K4 in Surabaya for 2016 amounting to98.48%, the percentage is not far SPM targets have been set. This study was conducted inorder to determine the relationship of family support with the attitude of pregnant womenin antenatal care pemanfaartan Pegirian Puskesmas working area of Surabaya. Theresearch type is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach or cross sectional. Thestudy was conducted in October-November 2017 in Pegirian PHC Surabaya. Thepopulation in this research that all pregnant women in the Puskesmas Peggirian.Sampling is by accidental sampling that 64 pregnant women who visited the health centerPegirian Surabaya. Data collected through interviews with the questionnaire guide.Analysis of the data that is in univariate and bivariate. The Results:results showed thatout of 64 pregnant women who lack family support but has a good enough attitude that asmany as 1 (100%), pregnant women who have pretty good support and have a prettygood attitude as well as 43 (72.9%). While pregnant women are getting support but theattitude of the mother is not good in 2 (50%). The test results meninjukkan OR sig 0.000and 9.660. there is a significant relationship between family support with the attitude ofpregnant women in antenatal care utilization in Puskesmas Wonokusumo Surabaya

Abstract

Patient safety is an important issue in global hospital services. One of the factors related to patient safety is the patient safety behavior of the medical staff, including nurses as health workers with the largest proportion in hospitals. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Colek intervention to improve patient safety behaviors of hospital nurses in Samarinda City. This experimental research used a pretest-posttest control group design. The samples were 60 people that were divided into two groups. Group A received an intervention in the form of a patient safety book, and group B received an intervention with a patient safety book and the Colek intervention. Colek intervention was an education program focusing on expanding knowledge, increasing awareness, developing leadership skills, and improving patient safety behavior. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. This study found that the mean of pretest in group A and group B had the same score (38,5 with an SD of 31,5). The mean post-test in group A was 46,0 with an SD of 57,5 while the mean of post-test in group B was 63,0 with an SD of 71,0. The results of this study showed a significant difference (p=0,001) between before and after the intervention using the patient safety book. A significant difference (p=0,000) was also found between before and after the intervention using the patient safety book and the Colek intervention. The Colek intervention was an effective way to improve the patient safety behavior of the hospital nurses in Samarinda City.

Abstract

The coverage of K4 pregnant women's visit in Surabaya for 2016 is 98.48%, the percentage is not far from the target SPM that has been set that is 100%. This study was conducted with the aim to know the relationship between the distance and travel time with the utilization of antenatal services in the working area Gundih public health center of Surabaya city. The research type is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in Oktober-November 2017 in the working area of the gundih public health center in surabaya. The population in this research that all pregnant women in the working area of the public health center Gundih. Sampling is done by accidental sampling that is as many as 96 pregnant women who visited the public health center Gundih in the Surabaya city. Data collection was obtained through interviews with questionnaire guidance. The data analysis is univariate and bivariate. Results showed that of 96 pregnant women, the majority of the homes within close distance that is equal to 89 (92.2%) pregnant woman. While the travel time, the majority of pregnant woman choose fast as much as 87 (90.6%). Pregnant women who are in the public health center Gundih, the majority utilize antenatal care according to standar of pegnancy visit as much as 85 (88.5%). Based on the results of correlation between distance and time with the utilization of antenatal care, the value of p value is 0.006 and 0.031 (p≤0.05). This mean is that there is a significant correlation between distance and time with utilization of antenatal care in public health center Gundih in the Surabaya. The closer the distance between the house of pregnant women with health facilities then more. and more pregnant women who utilize antenatal care according to standard visits.Keywords: Distance, Travel time, Antenatal care

Abstract

Balita merupakan anak dibawah usia lima tahun, sangat memerlukan gizi yang seimbang dan pola asuh yang sesuai karena hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak di masa saat ini dan yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan menggunakan media audiovisual dan diskusi. Sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah kader posyandu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 september 2019 di kampung KB kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan tabel 1 didapatkan bahwa sebelum penyuluhan dilaksanakan kader posyandu memiliki pengetahuan baik sebesar 18 (82%) orang. Stunting bukan hanya menyebabkan pertumbuhan tinggi badan yang terganggu tetapi juga perkembangan otak.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pelayanan rekam medis pada bagian pendaftaran agar memiliki mutu baik adalah lama waktu petugas menyediakan dokumen rekam medis. Standar pelayanan minimal waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis pada pasien kurang dari \10 menit <10 Menit. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan pada petugas rekam medis di  Puskesmas Tanjung Isuy dari 8 dokumen rekam medis didapatkan bahwa 6 dokumen rekam medis yang tidak sesuai standar dan 2 dokumen rekam medis yang sesuai standar.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengidentifikasi prngaruh waktu tunggu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Isuy, sampel terdiri dari 99 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik accedental sampling,instrumen pengambilan data berupa observasi dan kuesioner dengan skala likert,  dan analisis dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif serta uji regresi linier sederhana yang diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak aplikasi komputer. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rata-rata waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis didapatkan bahwa hasil 11 Menit 10 Detik, hasil kepuasan pasien didapatkan hasil rata rata responden tergolong sangat puas dengan rata-rata 64,4%, dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh waktu tunggu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis terhadap kepuasan pasien Saran untuk UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Isuy mempersingkat waktu tunggu petugas menyediakan dokumen rekam medis serta melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala.

Abstract

The concept of Kaizen was a philosophy aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by continuously improving existing work processes, systems, and practices. Data showed that patient safety incidents occurred in 2.9% of inpatients, and 6.6% of those patients died. In fact, 53% of the total incidents were preventable. Other research stated that 58% of patient safety incidents were actually preventable. Globally, 4 out of 10 patients experienced harmful incidents in primary and outpatient care. In fact, 80% of patient safety incidents were actually preventable. One of the efforts in preventing patient safety incidents was the implementation of the Kaizen concept. The aim of the research was to analyze the effectiveness of Kaizenesia in improving the patient safety culture in hospitals. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design involving 34 respondents as the sample. The results of the study showed differences in the average scores of the patient safety culture before and after the intervention. The p-value of the patient safety culture was 0.001, while for the book, it was 0.127. Based on the mean value, the intervention of applying Kaizenesia was effective in improving the patient safety culture among nurses in the hospital.

Abstract

Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas Separi III. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah menganalisis tingkat motivasi, menilai kinerja petugas kesehatan, serta mengidentifikasi hubungan antara keduanya. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan motivasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan desember Tahun 2024 di UPTD Puskesmas Separi III. perawat, bidan, dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Populasi ini dipilih karena mereka memiliki peran langsung dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Jumlah petugas kesehatan yang terdaftar di UPTD Puskesmas Separi III sebanyak 45 orang. Kriteria ini meliputi petugas yang telah bekerja minimal enam bulan, karena diharapkan mereka sudah memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman yang memadai tentang tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka di puskesmas.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji spearman menggunakan komputerisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terlebih dahulu melakukan screening pada responden yang sesuai dengan Teknik Total sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang ditetapkan Hasil analisis korelasi antara motivasi dan kinerja petugas kesehatan menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.995 dengan p-value sebesar 0.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kedua variabel. Nilai p-value yang lebih kecil dari 0.01 mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh antara motivasi dan kinerja petugas kesehatan signifikan secara statistik pada tingkat kepercayaan 99%. Dengan kata lain, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja petugas Dari hasil uji Spearman, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0.988, yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan positif antara motivasi dan kinerja petugas kesehatan. Nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 ( 0.05) mengindikasikan bahwa hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan yang erat antara tingkat motivasi dan kinerja petugas kesehatan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan kinerja petugas kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek motivasi , seperti kepuasan kerja, penghargaan terhadap kontribusi, dan kesempatan untuk pengembangan diri, sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan komitmen karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa dihargai dan memiliki kesempatan untuk berkembang secara pribadi dan profesional terhadap institusi tempat mereka bekerja. Oleh karena itu, Puskesmas perlu fokus pada strategi yang dapat memperkuat motivasi, seperti pengakuan atas pencapaian, peluang pengembangan karir, dan penugasan pekerjaan yang menantang namun sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas melalui pengelolaan motivasi yang tepat, yang pada gilirannya akan berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. the influence of motivation on the performance of health workers at the Separi III Health Center. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the level of motivation, assess the performance of health workers, and identify the relationship between the two. The results of the research are expected to provide insights to increase motivation to improve the quality of public health services. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlation approach This research was carried out in December 2024 at the UPTD Separi III Health Center. , nurses, midwives, and other health workers involved in health services. This population was chosen because they have a direct role in providing health services to the community. The number of health workers registered at the Separi III Health Center is 45 people. This criterion includes officers who have worked for at least six months, as they are expected to have adequate experience and understanding of their duties and responsibilities at the health center. The data analysis technique was carried out by spearman test using computerization. This study was conducted first to screen respondents in accordance with the Total sampling technique based on the inclusion criteria set The results of the correlation analysis between motivation and performance of health workers showed a correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.995 with a p-value of 0.000. This shows that there is a very strong and significant correlation between the two variables. A p-value smaller than 0.01 indicates that the effect between healthcare workers' motivation and performance is statistically significant at a 99% confidence level. In other words, these results show that motivation has a very strong influence on the performance of staff From the results of the Spearman test, a correlation value of 0.988 was obtained, which shows a very strong and positive influence between motivation and performance of health workers. A p-value of 0.000 (0.05) indicates that the relationship between the two variables is statistically significant. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a close relationship between the level of motivation and performance of health workers. The conclusion of this study is that motivation has a significant influence on the performance of health workers in UPTD Puskesmas. The results of the study show that aspects of motivation, such as job satisfaction, appreciation for contributions, and opportunities for self-development, play a significant role in increasing employee commitment. Employees who feel valued and have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally towards the institution in which they work. Therefore, health centers need to focus on strategies that can strengthen motivation, such as recognition of achievements, career development opportunities, and job assignments that are challenging but in accordance with their abilities. Abstract

Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakat di setiap puskesmas adalah aplikasi e-Puskesmas. E-Puskesmas merupakan wujud dari penerapan simpus yang dapat memberikan kontribusi secara signifikan dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik  bagi pasien dengan e-Puskesmas yang dilakukan secara elektronik. Hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di lapangan dengan wawancara secara faktual kepada petugas penggunaan aplikasi Simpus bahwa terdapat kendala yang dialami petugas pada saat mengakses aplikasi Simpus yaitu jaringan internet yang sering terputus, error, dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi dengan pemanfaatan simpus di UPTD Puskesmas Samarinda Kota. Sampel yang di gunakan adalah total sampling  dengan 21 responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Serta analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil seluruh hipotesis diterima berhubungan dengan variabel independen dengan dependen yaitu kualitas sistem dengan (p-value  0,007), kualitas layanan dengan (p-value 0,030), kualitas informasi dengan (p-value 0,008) berhubungan dengan variabel pemanfaatan simpus di UPTD. Puskesmas Samarinda Kota. Kesimpulan diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas informasi dengan pemanfaatan Simpus di UPTD. Puskesmas Samarinda Kota. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah perlu memperbaiki masalah yang sering terjadi pada ruangan poli kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA).
