Abstract

In this modern era, technology has become part of human needs, even in everyday life many people cannot be separated from technology. With technology, information is very easy to access and obtain. Various kinds of systems are made to make it easier to get and operate, one of which is by using the web. The village application system is a village administration service system that is converted from a conventional / computerized system to an information technology system in the form of a website. In this research, the village system is intended to improve the performance of village officials within the Pematang Serai Village government. The system is implemented using the MVC method which uses a native php programming model, with a combination of CSS and bosttrap. The website that was built was implemented at the Pematang Serai Village Office and was evaluated directly by the village staff to find out the shortcomings of the system to be used. With this village system, it is hoped that it can help village officials, especially the Pematang Serai Village office, in serving the administration of requests for cover letters submitted by the Pematang Serai Village community

Abstract

The national exam is a national standard evaluation system for primary and secondary education. The national exam itself influences students in how they study to face the national exam. Every student faces their own exam differently, there are students who take it seriously and there are those who take it relaxed. Researchers here designed a system for predicting student readiness in facing desktop-based national exams, which uses data mining techniques with the Naïve Bayes method. The naïve Bayes method is applied to find the greatest probability of predetermined variables including TKJ, Mathematics, Indonesian and English scores to find out whether you are ready or not ready to face the national exam. The result of this research is a system that helps school admins find out students' readiness to face national exams. So that it can be taken into consideration by the school to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of business encourages every entrepreneur to make a different form of service to attract customers. Fast service is its own attraction for customers. The application of a queue or scheduling system in the kitchen or chef can be done to avoid the accumulation of food orders in the kitchen or chef so that the time for serving food can be done quickly. Multilevel Feedback Queue is one of the scheduling algorithms on CPU scheduling in the computer's Operating System. The Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm allows the process to move queues. If a process takes too long to consume CPU, then it will be moved to a lower queue thus the process of CPU interaction becomes less and the time is fast. In this study, a Web-based food ordering application was developed by applying a Multilevel Feedback Queue to create a food order queue.

Abstract

Salary is a form of periodic payment from an employer to an employee that is stated in an employment contract. From a business execution point of view, salaries can be considered as the cost needed to get human resources to work. The payroll management system was built to make it easier to view digital payslips, so that deductions charged in payroll can be known. The results of the study built a payroll management system for honorary employees of the Office of the Ministry of Informatics of North Sumatra by applying the waterfall method, by applying the waterfall method to produce effective applications because it has gone through the testing process, besides that in building a payroll management system to make it more attractive using the codeigniter framework

Abstract

The village is the government responsible for organizing and managing village-level government resources and organizing population management to provide services to the community. Although village officials are currently using computer media to provide data processing and population management services for their communities, they are still not utilizing it properly. The design of a web-based village administration service information system is a solution to the problem. This application allows the integration of village administration service information into the system through the use of the waterfall method in four stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. One of the features of this administrative service application is the submission of letters by citizens, uploading of administrative letters submitted by citizens, employee registration, and citizen registration are features that can be accessed by the administration. With this application, the community and village staff gain additional benefits and value. This application is different from the previous service system it still uses manual methods to optimize the administration and processing of population data at the village office. It also makes it possible to present accurate population data and reports

Abstract

In the context of programming, anxiety typically refers to the feeling of unease or worry that can arise when working on software development tasks or projects. It is a psychological and emotional response to the challenges and uncertainties that programmers often face. In this study, undergraduate students of Computer and Electricical Engineering often work under strict deadlines and face pressure to deliver high-quality code. In this study, undergraduate students often work under strict deadlines and face pressure to deliver high-quality code. This can lead to anxiety as they strive to meet expectations and complete tasks on time. Programming involves solving complex problems, and sometimes the solutions are not immediately apparent. This can create anxiety as programmers grapple with uncertainty and the fear of making mistakes for undergraduate students. The purpose of this quantitative study was to look into anxiety as the root cause of students' poor programming performance. The results of this study will aid in providing the most effective approach for instructing and learning programming courses in order to generate competent programmers for use in business settings and higher education. Data for this quantitative study were gathered via the questionnaire. The study found that the degree of unfavourable beliefs about control in computing scenarios and the low level of computing self-efficacy found in this study indicate that computer programming course designers must come up with ways to boost students' confidence and motivation.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing a website for transparency in the use of Village Funds in Durian IV Mbelang Village, so that the community can more easily monitor the allocation and utilization of village funds. The main problem was the limited access to information related to village funds which hinders community participation in supervision. The proposed solution included developing a website using the Waterfall method and the Laravel framework, equipped with PHP technology for coding and MySQL for data management, with the aim of providing easy access and transparency of information for village communities. The development process started from analyzing user needs to implementing features for information accessibility. Testing using the Black Box method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed that this website is effective in providing real-time information and can be easily accessed. Overall, this website is expected to be able to increase community involvement in monitoring the use of Village Funds and strengthen the accountability of its management.

Abstract

Distribution of basic necessities (nine basic commodities) efficiently and evenly is a major challenge amidst the increasing needs of urban communities. The development of digital technology offers innovative solutions to overcome this problem, one of which is through e-commerce-based applications. This study aims to design, develop, and implement the Sembol application as an integrated basic necessities distribution platform. This application is designed to provide easier, faster, and safer access for consumers, as well as offer an efficient distribution mechanism for basic necessities suppliers and retailers. The methodology used includes user needs analysis, user-friendly interface design, and system testing to ensure application stability and performance. Case studies were conducted in urban areas with high populations to measure the impact of Sembol implementation on the effectiveness of basic necessities distribution. The results of the study showed that the Sembol application was able to increase distribution efficiency by up to 35% compared to conventional methods, reduce logistics costs, and increase user satisfaction. In conclusion, technological innovation through the Sembol application has the potential to be a sustainable solution in the basic necessities supply chain in the digital era, while also supporting increased accessibility of basic necessities for the wider community.

Abstract

The rapid of information and competition in the world of the internet has caused the website reksanusindosejahtera.com disappear on the first page of Google Search Results and queries. Therefore, it has less viewers and subscribers. Search Egine Optimization (SEO) is a method that will be used to overcome the issue of viewers and subscribers on a website. This research applies Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by using two tools, Google Console and Google Analytics, to optimize keyword searches. The aim of this research is to assist the website in appearing on the first page of Google Search results, thereby maximizing business outcomes. The results of website optimization are based on the analysis and implementation of this method; the main page of the website with the primary keyword reksanusindo.com has been indexed by search engines and appears on the first page of Google search results. It can be confirmed that the statistics for website visits have increased than the previous numbers. Furthermore, this website will continue to be optimized to achieve even better results.
