Abstract

PT Reksa Nusindo Sejahtera is a medical appliances company that sells health and medical devices for personal and public use. PT Rekza Nusindo sells medical appliances by implementing web-based applications to enhance its own branding. However, the provision of information on the website pages is often a question for its consumers so it seems that web-based applications are still less interactive in serving consumers within 24 hours. The AI chatbot will be implemented to support the information service at the PT Reksa Nusindo Sejahtera. PT Recsa Nusindos use the AI Chatbot service to make much more efficient, increase customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. The design of AI chatbots using the Watson Assistant Service will be deployed on the website of PT reksa nusindos to support information and respond to questions asked by consumers related to medical appliances quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Queuing systems are an important element in efficient service management, especially in sectors that involve high interaction between customers and service providers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based queuing system to improve queue management efficiency, reduce waiting time, and provide a better user experience. The proposed system utilizes the latest technologies such as modern web frameworks, structured databases, and real-time integration to support flexible and responsive operations. The system design involves queue management modules, real-time monitoring, as well as automatic notifications for users. The implementation results show that this system is able to minimize waiting time, improve queue management accuracy, and provide easy access for users through web-based devices. Thus, this system has the potential to be widely applied in various service sectors, such as banking, hospitals, and other public service centers.

Abstract

The application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in school bell systems presents an automated, efficient, and integrated solution for managing bell schedules in real-time. The system is designed using IoT devices such as microcontrollers (Arduino or ESP32), wireless communication modules, and cloud platforms for data storage. Users can manage the bell schedule through a web- or app-based interface, enabling remote access and control. In addition, integration with sensors and smart devices allows the system to support operational flexibility, such as schedule adjustments based on specific conditions. This design offers operational efficiency, ease of management, as well as the ability to increase productivity in school environments through IoT technology automation.

Abstract

Communication is the primary needs of the daily life. As human, communication is important. Through communication, some process of the message is exchanged between the sender and the recipient. The rapid advancement of information technology make security has become an important aspect of the communication, especially when it involves confidential messages. The presence of cryptography has proven to secure these secret messages by encrypting them into a form that cannot be easily understood. Additionally, the technique of steganography allows secret messages to be embedded into digital image, thereby enhancing the security of these messages. The Spritz Algorithm and Bit Plane Complexity Segmentation (BPCS) Technique are the methods of cryptography and steganography that can secure the secret messages, with the  embedding message capacity is 20% up to 60% of the cover media’s size. The results of these combination  are represented in a table that includes the plaintext, key length, ciphertext, and the size of the generated stego image.

Abstract

The use of digital gadgets in daily life has been ingrained in the lives of children, even toddlers, as information and communication technology progresses. This age group faces serious hazards associated to cyber vulnerability even while simple access to technology presents chances for learning and cognitive growth.Thus, this study is doing to collect the report about all threads already happens in Indonesia. The strategy classified into three approach: person (parents who have responsibility for the children), technology security (digital product itself), and regulation addressed to a more effective mitigation strategies in addressing cyber vulnerability among the children of Indonesia.

Abstract

Coconut oil processing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is oil that is processed in a simple way without involving synthetic chemicals. Production methods that are commonly carried out on a household scale or micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) include the method of fishing, salting, and fermentation, the Coal Mazzuri industry in Ujung Kubu village produces coconut oil processing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). in terms of suppliers to sales so that the raw materials needed do not experience shortages and can facilitate customers in ordering, from the problems faced by researchers implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies are supply chain management, manufacturing, warehouse/storage, and shops or traders retail, so that the results of this research can help the Coal Mazzuri industry, both in the production and distribution of products that are ready for consumption.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology is currently experiencing very rapid progress. Many agencies, both government and private, are trying to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work through the implementation of computerized information systems. At PT. Primajaya Multi Technology to support the company's performance, an inventory of goods is needed to be used in work such as office supplies, laptops/PCs, printers, and so on. From the author's observations, the inventory of goods does not yet have a computerized system, but inventory data processing is still done manually. in the process of designing the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). As the author has explained above, the purpose of making this journal is to build a laptop inventory application system that will be run by admin staff to facilitate the recording of laptop inventory items.

Abstract

Paradise Dynasty faces challenges in managing kitchen inventory and shopping needs in an efficient and organized manner. The manual system implemented so far often causes recording errors, material shortages, or waste due to the lack of effective monitoring. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a website-based kitchen inventory system to optimize the management of raw material stocks and shopping processes. The system is designed using a web-based technology approach that allows users to monitor stock availability, record shopping needs, and generate reports automatically. The development process is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and functionality testing. The system is also equipped with notification features for materials that are approaching the minimum stock limit, as well as shopping history to support management decisions. The results of the testing show that the system is able to improve efficiency and accuracy in kitchen inventory management. The system also helps reduce the risk of shortages or overstocks, and simplifies the operational decision-making process. Thus, the designed system is expected to be an innovative solution for Paradise Dynasty in supporting a more modern and integrated inventory management.

Abstract

The use of radiation in industry has developed into a vital technology, especially in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). At PT Petrokimia Gresik, radiation is used to check the quality of welding and internal structures, but the risk of exposure to radioactive radiation remains a major concern. This article discusses the development of Radiacheck, a web-based system for monitoring radioactive radiation using the Waterfall method. With features such as radiation calculator, history monitoring, and monthly reports, this system improves operational efficiency and work safety. In addition, this article also explains the implementation of features and system testing in detail based on PHP and MySQL technology.
