Abstract

An effective inventory management system is essential for companies to ensure the availability and accuracy of goods data. 24PROJECT previously used a manual recording method that caused various problems, such as data discrepancies, reporting delays, and potential human error. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system with a Design Thinking approach that focuses on user needs and convenience. The development process is carried out through stages: problem identification, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system analysis, interface design, and system testing. The technologies used in the implementation of this system are Dart, Flutter, and Pocketbase. The results of the research show that the system built is able to record and monitor goods transactions in real-time, present stock and transaction reports accurately, and improve work efficiency and decision making. With a simple, informative, and easy-to-use interface, this system successfully provides an adaptive and effective digital solution for inventory management at 24PROJECT.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the quality of 4G and 5G networks, focusing on download/upload speeds and key parameters such as RSRP, RSRQ, throughput, latency, and packet loss. Based on literature review, 5G outperforms 4G significantly in speed and efficiency. Telkomsel’s 5G throughput is 1453.25 kbps and XL’s is 1319 kbps (both “good” by TIPHON). Packet loss rates are low: 1.65% (Telkomsel) and 1.575% (XL), “excellent” by standard. In contrast, 4G networks show variable quality and higher instability. This highlights the need for infrastructure enhancement in 5G expansion.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the use of computer simulation on students' physics learning outcomes. Using experimental methods, this study compares the learning outcomes of students who use computer simulations with students who use conventional methods. The results showed that students who used computer simulation had a significant and higher improvement in learning outcomes compared to students who used conventional methods. The study also found that computer simulations can increase students' motivation and interest in learning. The results of this study show that computer simulation can be an effective alternative learning method in improving students' physics learning outcomes. that students who used computer simulation had a significant and higher improvement in learning outcomes compared to students who used conventional methods. Abstract

Performance appraisal of neighborhood heads at the urban village level is often done manually and subjectively, resulting in inaccuracies and unfairness in the evaluation process. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Neighborhood Head Performance Assessment Information System in Medan Labuhan Subdistrict that integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This system was built using the Waterfall method approach and developed with Flutter and Pocketbase technology. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using thematic analysis techniques and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results show that the system is able to manage criteria data, weighting, candidates, and assessment reports in real-time and efficiently. The system not only improves the objectivity of the assessment, but also supports transparency and community participation in the local governance process. Some suggestions for further development include optimizing backend performance, adding offline mode, and notification features.

Abstract

PT Anugerah Agro Sawit Perkasa is a company engaged in oil palm plantation and processing that has a high need for accurate and efficient inventory management. However, the inventory recording system that is still done manually or through spreadsheets causes various problems, such as stock data mismatches, potential human errors, and limitations in real-time reporting and stock monitoring. This research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system by utilising Dart, Flutter, and Pocketbase technologies. The methodology used is a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative analysis of data accuracy and qualitative analysis through interviews with logistics staff. System development was carried out using an iterative approach, starting from needs analysis, system design using UML, interface and backend implementation, to testing using black-box testing. The final result of this research is a web-based inventory system that can record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods transactions, present stock and transaction reports, and support decision making quickly and accurately. Evaluation of the system shows an increase in efficiency and accuracy of inventory data, while reducing manual workload in the company's operational environment.

Abstract

Physics is a fundamental course taught to Computer Science students at the university level, even though it is not directly related to programming. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by students in understanding Physics, analyze the causes of these difficulties, and evaluate students' perceptions regarding the relevance of Physics in the field of Computer Science. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using a Google Form questionnaire. A total of 30 Computer Science students from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra participated as respondents. The results show that most students experience difficulties in understanding Physics, mainly due to the abstract nature of the material, lack of practice (78.8%), and explanations that are not contextual. Many students also felt that their Physics skills had not significantly improved during their studies. Nevertheless, they acknowledged the importance of Physics, especially in fields such as robotics, simulation, and game development. Respondents also expressed enthusiasm for contextual and digitally supported learning approaches. Proposed solutions include implementing contextual learning that connects Physics to Computer Science applications, utilizing visual media and simulations, and improving pedagogical training for lecturers. These approaches are expected to enhance comprehension, interest, and the perceived relevance of Physics among Computer Science students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has emphasized the critical role of data communication in enhancing organizational efficiency and connectivity. At the heart of this transformation lies the fundamental principles of wave physics, particularly electromagnetic and optical waves, which serve as the backbone for both wired and wireless communication networks. This study explores the theoretical foundation and practical application of wave physics in modern networking technologies such as Wi-Fi, fiber optics, and 5G systems. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, the research identifies how characteristics such as frequency, wavelength, and propagation behavior directly influence data transmission performance. Key findings indicate that the effective implementation of electromagnetic wave-based communication relies not only on technological innovation, such as beamforming and MIMO, but also on an in-depth understanding of environmental influences and wave behavior. Ultimately, this study underscores the indispensable role of wave physics in the continuous evolution of digital communication infrastructure.

Abstract

Analisis dalam penelitian ini mencakup aspek teoretis maupun praktis dari penggunaan komputer dalam pengukuran kecepatan, termasuk keunggulan, keterbatasan, tantangan implementasi, serta rekomendasi untuk pengembangan dan penerapan di masa mendatang dalam konteks pembelajaran fisika di lingkungan kampus. Urgensi penelitian mengenai pengaruh komputer terhadap pengukuran kecepatan dalam fisika semakin mendesak dengan adanya program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Rencana Strategis Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan 2020-2024 menargetkan peningkatan peringkat perguruan tinggi Indonesia di kancah global, dengan salah satu indikator capaiannya adalah modernisasi fasilitas laboratorium. Hingga tahun 2024, baru 52,7% dari target 85% laboratorium fisika di perguruan tinggi negeri yang telah dimodernisasi dengan sistem pengukuran berbasis komputer. Abstract

A free fall motion simulation based on Python was developed as an interactive and visual physics learning tool. The project integrates the Pygame library for animation and Matplotlib for graphical representation, illustrating the motion of an object falling from a certain height due to gravitational acceleration. The development process includes needs analysis, design, program implementation, and evaluation of its effectiveness in enhancing students' understanding of physics concepts. The simulation output shows a downward-opening parabolic graph, consistent with the laws of uniformly accelerated linear motion (GLBB). This tool provides a concrete visualization of the relationship between time, velocity, and position, making it an effective aid in learning the concept of free fall motion.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi terkini telah memicu peningkatan penggunaan kartu kredit yang signifikan, sehingga meningkatkan persentase penipuan kartu kredit baik dalam transaksi offline maupun online. Meskipun langkah-langkah seperti kode PIN, chip tertanam, dan kunci tambahan seperti token telah meningkatkan keamanan kartu kredit, lembaga keuangan dituntut untuk memperkuat kontrol penggunaan dan menerapkan sistem pemantauan waktu nyata untuk segera mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi aktivitas yang mencurigakan. Karena semakin populernya transaksi non-tunai, penipuan kartu kredit telah menjadi salah satu penipuan yang paling umum dan menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi lembaga keuangan dan individu dalam kehidupan nyata. Deteksi transaksi penipuan harus sangat cepat dan efektif. Ada lebih dari satu juta transaksi yang terjadi setiap hari, dan sulit untuk menyatukan setiap transaksi secara individu. Dengan demikian, sistem deteksi penipuan yang efektif digunakan untuk membedakan transaksi asli dan penipuan. Dalam jurnal ini, algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) digunakan untuk membangun model untuk menangani masalah deteksi penipuan kartu kredit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kinerja algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM), dalam mengidentifikasi transaksi keuangan yang mencurigakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model deteksi penipuan yang akurat dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan algoritma SVM. Dalam penelitian ini, data transaksi online maupun offline yang terdiri dari transaksi sah dan penipuan akan digunakan sebagai dataset. Proses penelitian meliputi tahapan preprocessing Data, model pelatihan dengan manfaat SVM, dan penilaian kinerja model berdasarkan ukuran akurasi, presisi, recal,dan F1-score. Diharapkan model yang dibuat dapat mengidentifikasi penipuan dengan akurasi yang tinggi dan dapat diterapkan secara efisien dalam sistem transaksi baik online maupun offline untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kepercayaan para pengguna.
