Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how EYE Indonesia utilizes the social media platform Instagram to enhance brand awareness. EYE Indonesia is a company engaged in out-of-home (OOH) advertising and uses digital platforms to expand its advertising reach. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation and interviews. The use of engaging visual content and the utilization of Instagram features such as Stories, Reels, and Feed, as well as active audience interaction contribute significantly to enhancing brand awareness. This integrated promotional strategy helps strengthen the company’s image as a professional and innovative out-of-home media service provider. In conclusion, Instagram-based promotional strategies have proven effective in increasing EYE Indonesia's brand awareness amid growing industry competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the Role of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decisions Through Lifestyle as an Intervening Variable in Consumers of Rabbani Brand Veils. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample in the population of this study is a sample of 96 respondents as consumers who have purchased Rabbani brand veils in the Semarang City area using the purposive sampling method because the number of respondents is unknown. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis is descriptive quantitative using the path analysis formula processed using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence on Purchasing Decisions, there is a significant influence between Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions, there is a significant influence between the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence) on Purchasing Decisions through Lifestyle (On Rabbani Consumers in the Semarang City area).

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang kaya dengan keanekaragaman kuliner. Setiap daerah di Indonesia khususnya di kota Situbondo, juga mempunyai banyak usaha kuliner dengan berbagai ciri khas yang unik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Demiet Situbondo tahun 2024. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitiatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang memiliki spesifikasi sistematis, terencana, dan terstuktur dengan jelas, mulai dari perumusan hingga pembuatan desain penelitian Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya koefisien korelasi 0,608 yang menunjukkan pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam hal ini yaitu jumlah responden dengan sebesar penelitian sebesar 100 responden. Adapun R tabel di dapatkan dengan perhitungan degree of freedom (df) = 100 – 2 = 98 dengan df = 98 dan alpha = 0,05 di peroleh nilai r-tabel sebesar 0,198. Jadi r hitung > r tabel, 0, 608 > 0,198 artinya hipotesis nihil di tolak dan hipotesa kerja Ha di terima artinya Ada pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengolahan tabel diatas dapat di simpulkan bahwa F-hitung yang dihasilkan sebesar 28,509 dan sig. 0,001 maka hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 maka dinyatakan H0 ditolak. Maka Ha di terima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract. This study to examine corporate governance as a determining factor for the integrity of financial reports in the Indonesian transportation and logistics industry. This research investigates the impact of three main components of corporate governance, including managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committees on the integrity of financial reports. The research information is sourced from all business entities in transportation and logistics listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2024, with a total population of 37 entities and a sample that meets the criteria of 32 entities. The analysis uses multiple linear regression to examine the correlation between independent variables and dependent variables. The findings of this research show that managerial ownership does not have a significant impact on the credibility of financial reports, the independent board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect on the credibility of financial reports, the audit committee has a positive and significant impact on the credibility of financial reports. This result validates that corporate governance components have varying functions in determining the quality of financial reporting in Indonesia's transportation and logistics sector, with the audit committee being the most optimal component in strengthening the credibility of financial reports. Abstract

The objectives of this research is knowing and explaining the influence of product quality, service quality, café atmosphere on customer satisfaction at the Arus Balik Coffee and Space in Semarang City. The population in this research is the general public, both those living in Semarang City and outside Semarang City who make purchases at the Arus Balik Coffee and Space cafe. The research was carried out by sampling using a purposive sampling technique and the number was determined using the Lemeshow formula because the target population was too large and the numbers changed. A sample of 96 respondents was obtained. Research data was obtained through questionnaires given to respondents. Next, testing was carried out on the data including instrument testing using validity tests and reliability tests. Then analyzed using multiple linear regression, F test, and individual test (t test) with SPSS 25. The research results can be concluded that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and 3) Cafe atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees. Millennials have unique characteristics that influence the way they interpret their work. With a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 150 millennial employee respondents from various industrial sectors. The results of multiple regression analysis show that both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, with intrinsic motivation having a more dominant influence. The implications of these results indicate the importance of organizations to adjust HR management strategies to the characteristics of the millennial generation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of innovation on intellectual capital, examine the effect of innovation on performance, examine the effect of intellectual capital on performance, and test the effect of innovation on the performance of IKM in Wonosobo Regency which is mediated by intellectual capital. This study uses a quantitative method with two kinds of data used, namely (1) primary data, as main data and (2) secondary data, as supporting data. For this study, the population used as the population was the owners of SMIs in Wonosobo Regency at the end of 2022. The population in this study was 225 SMIs in Wonosobo Regency. The criteria stipulated in the sample selection are IKMs that fulfill a complete business license which includes SIUP, TDP, NPWP. From the existing data as many as 168 samples that have met the criteria to be a sample. The respondents in this study were IKM owners. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it was concluded that innovation has an effect on intellectual capital, innovation has an effect on performance, intellectual capital has an effect on the performance of IKM Wonosobo Regency, and intellectual capital mediates the influence of innovation on the performance of IKM Wonosobo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find and test the rules of the Entity without Public Accountability (SAK-ETAP) Financial Accounting Standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) and which is enacted in the regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12/per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 concerning Cooperative Accounting Guidelines that are applied factually to KPRI "Manfaat" of Central Java LPMP. Type and Design This research is a qualitative descriptive study, namely the type of research that uses primary data in the form of financial report documents and interviews with management KPRI "Manfaat" and parties from the Cooperative and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Semarang City. In order to make deeper information about the policies used in the preparation of financial statements. The results of this study, the researchers draw the conclusion that recording the financial bookkeeping of KPRI "Manfaat" of the Central Java LPMP has generally been good enough but has not applied the SAK-ETAP regulations stipulated by IAI and has not implemented legislation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small Businesses and Menengah Republik Indonesia No.12/per/M.KUKM/IX/2015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority of problems and solutions in the learning process in the SWCU FEB accounting study program. The data used in this study is primary data using respondents accounting class 2015, 2016, and 2017. The methods used in determining the priority of problems and priority solutions in this study using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the analysis show the priority of problems in the learning process is from the aspect of hard skills. Furthermore, the solution to the priority of hard skill problems is from the aspect of curriculum design. With a well-developed and appropriate curriculum design can be an effort to improve student hard skills.

Abstract

The research aims to test factors influencing students in accounting majors in the election career as an accountant. Samples were used as many as 119 students of 2015 to 2018 and were still active in 2018 with sampling techniques in the form of convenience sampling. Data retrieval techniques use questionnaires directly shared and analyzed using discriminant analysis techniques. The results of the study showed professional training variables, social value and job market considerations affecting career selection as an accountant. While the variable financial awards, professional recognition, work environment and personality have no effect in the career selection as an accountant. The most widely chosen profession is the profession of an internal accountant or company.
