Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of employee satisfaction on customer service quality. The subject of this research is Islamic banks in Indonesia with two variables are employee satisfaction and customer service quality. The results of this study is shown that there is a relationship between employee satisfaction and customer service quality. The degree of influence of employee satisfaction to customer service quality is 13.1% which mean there are many variables can be determined for the next research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah, penyajian laporan keuangan daerah, aksesibilitas laporan keuangan daerah, dan desentralisasi fiskal terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah dengan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai OPD Kabupaten Kudus. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 126 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan penyajian laporan keuangan daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah, variabel aksesibilitas laporan keuangan daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah, dan variabel desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah, sedangkan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah memperkuat hubungan antara sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan penyajian laporan keuangan daerah terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah, sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah tidak memoderasi hubungan antara aksesibilitas laporan keuangan daerah terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah, dan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah memperlemah hubungan antara desentralisasi fiskal terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan dan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penjelasan tentang pentingnya menabung pada masyarakat melalui organisasi keagamaan di Kabupaten Kudus. Perumusan masalah yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menabung. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode bimbingan dan penjelasan secara langsung kepada masyarakat sehingga secara langsung dapat mengerti seluk-beluk tabungan. Dari pelaksanaan sosialisasi pentingnya menabung yang dimulai bulan Februari 2020 sampai dengan Juni 2020 di wilayah Kabupaten Kudus maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya penyebab kurangnya minat masyarakat untuk menabung yaitu kurangnya informasi tentang pentingnya tabungan, ada sebagian masyarakat yang berpendapatan rendah, budaya hutang dimasyarakat sudah menjamur,konsumerisme dimasyarakat lebih dominan. Saran yang dapat diberikan lembaga perbankan lebih giat dan gencar melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menabung dan adakan rangsangan atau hal yang mendorong masyarakat untuk menabung seperti undian berhadiah dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of competence, compensation, on work productivity with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable at BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Bantul, Yogyakarta. By knowing the magnitude of the influence of the variables studied, it is hoped that it can provide good recommendations to provide strategies for increasing work productivity. employees against the organization. The method in this research is using the census method. This research is a quantitative study, the sample in this study is 51 employees. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study, namely, there is a positive and significant effect of competence on intrinsic motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, compensation has no significant effect on work productivity, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. work. The result of the sobel test shows that competency has a positive and significant effect on work productivity through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the factors that influence UNISS Students’ interest in becoming entrepreneurs. This studi explores the analytical approaches used in mixed methods qualitative and quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 200 students of Selamat Sri University who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The 200 respondents who filled out forms in answering questionnaires just 144 students. The results showed that partially the Human Resource Factor was influence students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs (5.3%), then other Factors Capital was influenced 7.4%. The result showed that Students’ Motivation was influenced 6%. While Marketing factor was influenced 4%. And laast factor was Training influnced 5% student in becoming entrepreneurs. Simultaneously, the factors studied provided an explanation as showed by Coeficient determination number (17,4%), while other factors that are not studied are 82.6%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji electronic word of mouth, peer group, dan gaya hidup hedonis pada Keputusan pembelian konsumen Filosofi Kopi Jogja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penlitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth dan gaya hidup hedonis mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecenderungan seseorang melakukan electronic word of mouth, maka semakin tinggi juga kemungkinan melakukan keputusan pembelian serta memiliki gaya hidup hedonis yang tinggi maka keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian akan semakin tinggi. Sementara peer group tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Filosofi Kopi Jogja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di CV. Mitra Sejati Foamindo Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk di CV. Mitra Sejati Foamindo Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dimana semua individu yang ada didalam populasi dimasukkan sebagai responden dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1). Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2). Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norms on purchase intention through the attitude of OLX users (Case study: On UST Yogyakarta Students). The population in this study were all students of UST Yogyakarta who used the OLX application. The number of the study population is unknown. The sample in this study is part of the target population is all students of UST Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchase. intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between marketing and consumer satisfaction Herbalife in Semarang. The research design used quantitative descriptive using primary data. The research sample is consumers who use products from Herbalife in Semarang who may be 157 respondents. Analysis using multiple partial regression. The results explain that consumers who use Herbalife products in Semarang are loyal because of the emotional closeness factor with fellow users or members. In addition, consumer loyalty increases because of the role of relationships that are strengthened by the benefits of Herbalife products which are indeed beneficial for health.
