The main and most proposed paradigm in Gestalt theory is the integrity of the relationship between the individual and his environment, the good or considered individual who develops according to his development is the individual who understands how his environment is and how he is and what is the binding relationship between the personal self as an individual and his environment. The environment, which is closely related to culture, is the focus of the gestalt approach in explaining the environment for individuals. In this article, the discussion will focus on how interpersonal relationships motivated by culture become the "main weapon" in the implementation of Group Guidance and Counseling with Gestalt therapy techniques. The reason for this is because (1) the relationship between the Counselor and the group members is an intense relationship that lasts a long time; (2) Sharing, caring and Maintenance; (3) Expectations possessed by clients in the implementation of Group Guidance and Counseling

Psychological well-being (PWB) is a desirable condition for college students as it enhances the quality of their studies. Conversely, low psychological well-being can impede their learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of religious coping and optimism on PWB, and the combined effect of religious coping and optimism on PWB. We employed a cross-sectional study design, and 202 final year students participated by completing the Psychological Wellbeing Scale, The Brief RCOPE, and the Life Orientation Test - Revised (LOT-R). Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The study found that religious coping and optimism have a partial effect on psychological well-being. Furthermore, the combined analysis yielded significant results. These findings have implications regarding the importance of attention to final year students. College/university administrators need to formulate prevention and intervention programs for students with impaired psychological well-being. Moreover, counseling services provided by professional counselors need to be maximized.

Smartphones are a form of technology that is becoming an everyday necessity for all individuals across all age groups, and phubbing stands for phone snubbing, defined as the behavior of ignoring other people during social interactions and instead focusing on the phone. This study aims to see how problematic smartphone use can trigger phubbing behavior caused by a lack of self-control so that it can increase phubbing behavior. This research method uses a type of library research that contains reviews, summaries, and thoughts on phubbing problems in students at school, which aims to reveal various theories relevant to the problems being faced as material for discussion of research findings. The results of this study reveal a relationship between the level of self-control and phubbing behavior, meaning that students with a higher level of self-control tend to exhibit lower phubbing behavior. Further research is likely to examine the relationship between self-control and phubbing behavior in students at school
