Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the service quality of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) in Cirebon on the level of customer satisfaction. The study was conducted through an observational interview. The interviews were conducted to get first-hand views and experiences from RRI customers regarding the quality of service they received and their satisfaction level. It was found that aspects such as broadcast program quality, sound quality, staff friendliness, and ease of access to information were the main factors that contributed to customer satisfaction, which shows that the high quality of services provided by the radio station will increase customers' satisfaction. This study can be used as a theoretical foundation for further research in this area and a reference for other broadcasting organizations interested in improving their customer experience. It can also enrich the literature on service quality management and customer satisfaction in the media and communication sectors.

Abstract

Drainage capacity is the ability of a channel to pass a certain amount of water or discharge through the drain. A study entitled Bibliometric Analysis of Drainage Channel Capacity Using Hec-Ras in Flood Disaster Management will map previous interrelated studies and make it easier for the author to conduct research. The method uses bibliometric analysis with the Publish or Perish 8.9 and Vos Viewer 1.6.19 software applications as visualization tools with an output of 2 file types, namely RIS and CSV. From the analysis, it can be found that there are 38 keywords with 3 clusters with the most research peaks in 2022. In addition, the most publishers identified in the IEEE publisher type as many 284, with the dominant type of publication being Journals-article.

Abstract

The notary emeritus is a member of the Notary Commission on Discipline, Protection of the Constitution, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Works. This study aims to examine the legal principles and written legal sources. The study contributes to the understanding of the continuity of notarial duties and the potential legal ramifications for such activities. In this study, it will be systematically explained about the regulations that regulate certain legal categories, analyze the relationship between these regulations, and correlate them with existing problems. In addition, this study discusses the validity of deeds made by or before his term of office ends and the responsibility of the notary for the deedas he makes after his terms of office end.

Abstract

YouTube has become a platform that makes it easy for its users to exchange messages. On this platform, a new phenomenon has emerged regarding virtual streamers who use avatars to interact with viewers on their YouTube channels. This study uses a qualitative method with a netnographic approach that emphasizes direct observation with visual materials in collecting data and in-depth interviews with 2 informants. The researcher aims to formulate an interaction process that is woven from existing communication patterns, which will produce certain outcomes. The researcher made the virtual idol PLAVE the subject of the study and found that the interactions carried out by the virtual idol with his fans formed a communication pattern that encouraged the formation of a virtual community. In this community, there was finally an exchange of messages that influenced each other. Therefore, a strong sense of loyalty and emotional synchronization was formed between the virtual idol and his fans.

Abstract

The definition of abuse (violence) is not only interpreted physically, but also mentally and even passively (neglect). It can be known, it is undeniable that on the other hand, Abuse in its implementation cannot be separated from the element of violence. Violence can be interpreted as wrong treatment, cruel treatment. In this regard, the problem is: how to enforce the law against sexual violence against children and how obstacles are to the implementation of law enforcement against sexual violence against children. The method used in this study uses a normative juridical method, namely research that focuses on finding legal norms, legal principles and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues to be studied. The results of this study found that the form of law enforcement used in this case uses a preventive method which prevents a person from committing a criminal act for the first time and also in the implementation of law enforcement there are still inhibiting factors that make the implementation of this law enforcement not run optimally, namely internal factors and external factors. Therefore, professional law enforcement is needed and also who can involve other stakeholders so that this law enforcement can run better.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effectiveness of the concept of policy integration from Cejudo and Michel (2017) in the context of rural-urban logistics systems in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative approach and post-positivism paradigm to clarify the definition and distribution of responsibilities for handling complex problems by various ministries or agencies. The analysis identifies significant disparities in responsibilities and resources among various ministries handling key logistics drivers. This study provides a comprehensive analytical framework that helps to understand how the logistics system can be optimized through better policy integration, more effective inter-agency coordination, and the development of comprehensive strategies, reassuring you of the thoroughness of our approach and its direct relevance to your goals. The results show that effective policy integration and strategic resource allocation are not just important, but urgent for optimizing Indonesia's logistics system, enhancing economic competitiveness, and supporting sustainable development.

Abstract

The emergence of economic crisis in Indonesia is caused by poor corporate governance or Good Corporate Governance that will cause corruption. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee and board of directors on company performance. The sample used in this study is banking companies in Indonesia listed on the IDX which are currently 2020 – 2022 obtained from the IDX website or www.idx.co.id. The analytical tool used to test research hypotheses is multiple regression. The results showed that managerial ownership and the board of directors had a positive effect on the company's performance. Independent Commissioners negatively affect the Company's performance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and audit committees have no effect on the performance of banking companies.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of financial behavior, overconfidence, and risk perception on financial literacy and investment decisions in the millennial generation in Jakarta. This study was conducted using quantitative methods, structural equation modeling (SEM), and assisted by the Smart PLS 4.0 program with a total of 100 respondents with an average age of 25-35 years. The structural model was evaluated using R-square for dependent constructs, Stone-Geisser Q-square test for Q2 predictive relevance, and significance test of structural path parameter coefficients. The results of this study can be an input in the development of investment behavior theory, especially investment decision-making, as well as the mediation role of financial literacy in these relationships, on individual millennial investors in the Jakarta area. The study found that financial behavior and overconfidence significantly impact the financial literacy of the Millennial Generation in Jakarta, while overconfidence did not. It is recommended that Millennial investors focus on improving their financial literacy, risk perception, and financial behavior to influence investment decisions, while avoiding overconfidence.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of organizational culture, career development development, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population in this study is all employees of the Tirta Darma Ayu Indramayu Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) which totals 146 people, with a sample of 110 people. The method used in this study uses one of the saturated sampling techniques. To analyze the data, the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in model creation as well as hypothesis testing in PLS 3.0 statistical software. The two main parameters built are to test the validity of the construct (convergent and discriminatory validity) and the internal consistency of the construct (reliability). After that, perform bootstrapping tests to get the test results for each hypothesis. The results of this study show that the Self-efficacy Variable (X1) partially has a positive or significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) at the Indramayu Regional Drinking Water Company. The Organizational Culture Variable (X2) partially has a positive or significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) at the Indramayu Regional Drinking Water Company The Career Development Variable (X3) partially has a positive or significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) at the Indramayu Regional Drinking Water Company.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and elucidate the interplay between criminal justice, social welfare, and tourism policies, and the role of law in promoting environmental preservation. The study is conducted by analyzing a number of policies and development implementation as well as response and output to the current community to create appropriate mitigation efforts in the form of criminal policies, not just in the field of jurisprudence (mere law), and three main pillars of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the interconnectedness of these domains, particularly focusing on how legal frameworks can support and enhance environmental preservation efforts.
