Abstract

Three Stheep Interview learning model is a model of cooperative learning where students are required to be able to group, communicate with friends, and can be more active in the learning process, besides by combining learning strategies Concept Learning, then students can be able to create a concept or own understanding of the material which is taught by the teacher. From this statement, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of learning model of Three Stheep Interview with Concept Learning strategy to understanding student concept. This research type is quasi experiment research that is in experiment class using learning model of three stheep interview and control class is not given learning model or only conventional learning. The data obtained from the test score about the concept of student understanding in the analysis using t-test that is with a sample of 31 students in the experimental class and 31 students in the control class. The ability to understand students' concepts in this case includes re-enacting a concept and applying concepts. The difference of students' concept comprehension level from the t-test shows that the mean value of post test of the experimental class is 82,4839 while the mean of post test class test value is 75,7742, with significance level equal to 0,013 (P = <0,05 ). Then it can be concluded that the learning model of Three Stheep Interview and Concept Learning strategy can improve students' concept understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the differences of student critical thinking skills in SMAN 1 Sragen in the academic year of 2018/2019 through guided inquiry model with fishbone diagram and discovery learning. This research was quasi-experimental research using quantitative approach. The research was designed using one-group posttest design. The samples of this research were established by cluster random sampling. The population of this research was all of 10th-grade students in SMAN 1 Sragen. The samples consisted of two classes, X MIPA 8 as control group using discovery learning model and X MIPA 6 as the experiment group using guided inquiry models with fishbone diagram. The data was collected by using test, observation, and documentation, and analysed by using SPSS 16. The research concluded that there is a differences of student critical thinking skills in SMAN 1 Sragen in the academic year of 2018/2019 through guided inquiry model with fishbone diagram and discovery learning.

Abstract

In the global era, the use of LKS is needed as teaching materials, because LKS can accelerate the growth of students' learning interest, but the use of LKS has not used the proper method of learning. The result of observation shows that learning still uses conventional method, so that the students' learning interest is less which result in mastery of concept is still below 75%. Efforts to overcome these problems by developing LKS with Mind Mapping method. This development research using R & D method with ADDIE model, with the aim to produce LKS with Mind Mapping method that can improve the mastery of learning concept by looking validas, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the validation of 84.78% showed the valid category, the practical value of 72.5% with the good category, the effectiveness of LKS obtained from the classical learning achievement of 90% with very high category and student response of 100% with very strong category. The conclusion that the development result of LKS is declared eligible to be used as teaching material.

Abstract

This study aim to improve student’s discovering and relating ability by applying instruction of orientation stagein guided inquiry learning. The design of this research was class action research which colaborated with teacher.The research methode was applying by action, planning, observing, and reflection. The subject of research were11 boy students and 23 girl students from Senior High School. The data collecting was done by observingstudent’s activity in the class, interviewing, taking picture and tes t methode for measuring concept map scorebased on expert concept map. The data was presented in concept map, notes, and studen’s answer as thediscovering and relating indicators concept.Validity test using triangulation data, which analyzing by datareduction, data display,  and conclusion drawing. Result of the research was score range of concept map whichwere 3,09% - 27,58% in pracycle; 8,81% - 62,47% in first cycle, and 10,9% - 68,5% in second cycle. Conceptmap score based on expert concept map in pracycle, first cycle, and second cycle was 16%; 29,9%; and 43,1%.Based on the resu;t, concept map score in every cycle was improving. So we can conclude from the researchthat by implementation instuction of orientation stage in guided inquiry learning was improved student’s abilityto discovering and relating concept.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ikan Kembung Lelaki (Rastreiliger canagurta) merupakan salah satu spesies ikan yang banyak disukai oleh masyarakat karena mempunyai rasa gurih, daging tidak terasa asin dan tekstur yang tidak mudah hancur jika dimasak. Ikan tersebut merupakan sumber protein hewani dengan kadar protein yang tinggi yaitu 22 gram. Ikan pada umumnya mudah mengalami pembusukan sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan mutu. Salah satu upaya pengawetan ikan secara biologi ialah pengawetan ensiling, yaitu pengawetan dengan menggunakan sayuran, yaitu daun selada (Lactuca sativa) dan biji kepayang (Pangium edule Reinw.). Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan lama penyimpanan terhadap Angka Lempeng Total koloni Bakteri pada ikan Kembung Lelaki yang diawetkan dengan perpaduan fermentasi ensiling selada dan biji kepayang, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan lama penyimpanan terhadap hasil uji organoleptik terhadap ikan Kembung Lelaki yang diawetkan. Ikan Kembung Lelaki diperoleh dari pasar di kota Malang. Sampel diawetkan dengan cara perpaduan fermentasi ensiling daun selada dan biji kepayang kemudian disimpan selama 7 hari, 14 hari dan 21 hari. Sampel ikan Kembung Lelaki diambil sebanyak 25 gram yang dilarutkan dalam 225 ml larutan air pepton 0,1% sehingga diperoleh suspensi dengan tingkatan pengenceran 10-1. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengenceran suspensi sehingga diperoleh suspense dengan tingkat pengenceran 10-2, 10-3, 104, 10-5, dan 10-6. Masing-masing suspensi diinokulasikan sebanyak 0,1 ml pada permukaan medium PCA, lalu diinkubasikan pada suhu 370C selama 2x24 jam kemudian dilakukan penghitungan nilai Angka Lempeng Total Koloni Bakteri (ALT) dari masing-masing sampel. Tiap-tiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 ulangan. Uji organoleptik meliputi: tekstur daging ikan, warna mata ikan, warna dinding perut, aroma dan rasa dilakukan pada tiap sampel oleh 15 panelis terlatih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh perbedaan lama penyimpanan terhadap angka lempeng total (ALT) koloni bakteri ikan Kembung Lelaki. Hasil penghitungan nilai ALT menunjukkan bahwa sampel ikan yang disimpan selama 7 hari ialah: 2,6 x 105 cfu/g, selama 14 hari ialah: 3x102 cfu/g; sedangkan selama 21 hari ialah 5,97x106 cfu/g. Adapun ketentuan dari DIRJEN POM, batas kelayakan konsumsi ialah: 5x105 cfu/g. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa batas waktu simpan sampel ikan agar tetap layak konsumsi ialah 14 hari; 2) Ada pengaruh perbedaan lama penyimpanan terhadap uji organoleptik. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa nilai tekstur daging tertinggi yang disukai ialah tekstur kenyal, elastik terhadap tekanan jari, nilai warna mata tertinggi yang disukai ialah segar, biji mata cembung hitam, kornea jernih, warna dinding perut yang disukai ialah tidak ada perubahan warna pada dinding perut, aroma yang disukai ialah segar, khas ikan yang bersangkutan. Rasa yang disukai ialah manis, sesuai dengan rasa ikan yang bersangkutan.   Kata kunci: ketahanan simpan, ikan Kembung Lelaki, fermentasi daun selada, biji kepayang

Abstract

The research aims to know about the characteristics, feasibility, and effectiveness of subject specific pedagogy equipment based on PBL to reinforce students environmental literacy in grade X MIA Senior High School. Research conducted by research and development SSP based on PBL. Design of research was using the 3D Model which has been modified from 4D model by Thiagarajan & Stolovitch. The research model consist of define, design and develop, while disseminate phase wasn’t use in this research. The analysis of data consist of needs analysis, validation data analysis, limited trial test analysis, subject test analysis, and environmental literacy. Environmental literacy analysis used the normality test, homogenity test, and non paired samples ttest. This research give three kinds of result. First, the characteristic of  SSP equipment based on PBL was integrated with New Ecological Paradigm dimention and was developed by PBL steps. Second, feasibility based on validation result from expert judgments and user showed that 92,5% in RPP (valid), 87,97 % in module (valid), 88,33 % in LKS (valid) and 90 % in evaluation question (valid). The result of limited trial test from student and teacher showed that 91,15 % in modul (valid) and 87,49 in LKS (valid). The result  of subject test showed that 91,69% in module (valid) and 89,04% in LKS (valid). SSP equipment based on PBL was valid to use for environmental learned in X MIA class. Third, SSP based on PBL effectively to reinforce environmental literacy consist of knowledge, attitude, and concern aspect. Effectiveness test showed that significance was smaller than α (sig. < 0,05) that meant there was differences between result of student’s environmental literacy with learning used SSP based on PBL and without SSP based on PBL. Abstract

Climate change is no longer an issue but has become evident in environmental issues. The concentration of CO2 from year to year rises proportional to the increase in the earth's temperature. One of the components causing climate change is open burning solid waste. Burnt solid waste will produce GHG emissions in addition to affecting human health. Currently, there is no one in 35 districts/municipalities to process waste thoroughly in accordance with the requirements. The pattern of behavior in managing solid waste is carried out by the highest society by burning waste openly that is 42.07%. In this study the calculation of emissions by projecting emissions without any action of GHG emission reduction, action and emission reduction targets in 2010-2020 resulting from burning solid waste. The calculation of GHG emission levels for the waste sector in 35 districts/cities is done by referring to the method developed by IPCC 2006. The emissions generated in 2010-2020 from waste burning activities amounted to 1357,53 Gg CO2e or 24,72 % of the total emissions of the solid waste sector. Based on the results of research, the ability of Local Government of Regency/City to take action and plan of GHG emission reduction mitigation until 2020 to burning solid waste activity equal to 305,36 Gg CO2e. These types of actions include solid waste bank, solid waste house, 3R unit and thermal unit. The low target of the decline is due to budget constraints from the government so that the self-supporting role of the community, is necessary. The number of solid waste banks, 3R units and and the solid waste house of 2010-2016 as mitigation action amounted to 1462 units, 135 units and 458 units respectively. Meanwhile, the mitigation action plan for 2017-2020 through solid waste bank activities, 3R units, thermal unit are 1129 units, 177 units and 3 units.

Abstract

Persisten organic pollutants (POPs) adalah senyawa organik yang tahan terhadap fotolitik, degradasi biologis maupun kimia. Senyawa POPs ada 12, yaitu aldrin, hexachlorobenzene, chlordane, mirex, dieldrin, toxaphene, DDT, dioxin, endrin, furans, heptachlor dan PCBs. Pestisida adalah salah satu bahan kimia yang berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif di lingkungan pertanian. Residu pestisida di lingkungan pertanian tanaman pangan dan sayuran merupakan permasalahan yang harus dicari solusi pemecahannya. Ameliorasi merupakan suatu teknologi untuk menurunkan residu pestisida di lingkungan pertanian. Arang aktif merupakan salah satu bahan amelioran potensial yang dapat menurunkan residu pestisida. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di  Laboratorium Residu Bahan Agrokimia di Laladon Bogor (Balingtan), Laboratorium mikrobiologi LIPI Cibinong (analisis mikrobiologi tanah) dan Laboratorium Balingtan (Analisis karakterisasi tanah).  Penelitian berlangsung selama 10 bulan, mulai bulan Pebruari hingga Nopember 2010. Teknik pengkayaan arang aktif dengan bakteri pendegradasi adalah dilakukan setelah perlakuan pelapisan urea dengan arang aktif dengan cara menyemprotkan suspensi bakteri ke permukaan arang aktif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan teknologi  pelapisan pupuk urea dengan arang aktif yang diperkaya dengan bakteri pendegradasi residu insektisida organoklorin yang bersifat POPs. Kelimpahan mikroba tanah di lahan sayuran Ds. Sukomakmur Kec. Kajoran didominasi Citrobacter, sp., Bacillus, sp., Azospirrilum, sp masing-masing dengan populasi 9,6 x 109;3,8 x 109;3,7 x 109 SPK/g tanah. Selain itu ditemukan Azotobacter, sp., dan Sphaerotillus natans, Psudomonas, SP, dan BPF. Hasil uji laboratorium telah diperoleh  isolat  mikroba konsorsia yang mampu mendegradasi pestisida POPs >50% setelah 20 hari  yaitu sebesar 94,56-100% pada konsentrasi 5 ppm, 91,14-99,66% pada konsentrasi POPs 10 ppm, 91,06-99,55% pada konsentrasi 20%.Keywords: Mikroba, degradasi, senyawa POPs

Abstract

For an educator, the selection of instructional media should be done appropriately or relevant to other aspects of learning, efficient, and interesting. Learning media that have been applied by teachers to make students become passive, bored and less able to absorb the material taught, so that student learning outcomes become low. This study aims to determine the level of validity of media experts and material experts on mind power mapping media based on the sub-topic of the cell that has been developed students of class VII even semester academic year 2016/2017. Research method in this research is Research and Development (R & D), development model used is Luther model, where this model developed through six stages, namely (1) concept, (2) design, (3) collection of materials 4) manufacture, (5) trial, and (6) distribution. This research was conducted in SMP Islam Jenu with 25 students. Data collection techniques use a sheet of media expert validation and material experts. The result of the development research shows that the validity level of mind power mapping based on powerpoint that has been developed reaches 90% in terms of category material expert is very valid, and 91% in terms of expert of category media is very valid. With the average validity of media experts and material experts reached 90.5% it shows that the validity level of media mind mapping based on powerpoint as a learning media is very valid and ready to be utilized in actual learning activities. Based on the results of the research, the learning media mind-based mind mapping developed otherwise valid, and very good to be applied as a medium of learning
