Abstract

The current use of the system at SMA PGRI Pagaralam uses excel and word applications. This is still felt to be ineffective because there is no system that supports these problems. Mentoring training for making personnel applications conducted at SMA PGRI Pagaralam aims to help manage employee data so that it is more effective. Software development is carried out using software engineering rules (software engineering). In software engineering theory there are several kinds of software development process models. This research uses the waterfall model. The water fall model or what is often called the Classic life cycle model shows software development sequentially and systematically. So that the results of the web-based PGRI Pagar Alam high school personnel application include a login system, type of PTK, subjects, leave letters, years of service and subject teachers.

Abstract

SMPN 4 Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency is one of the junior high schools that was only established in 2019. Currently, most academic administrative activities are still carried out manually such as student data, teacher data, grades data, and attendance data are still in the form of archives, making it difficult to search for data. Based on this, it can be concluded that SMP Negeri 4 Rambutan requires a website-based academic sistem that can solve the problem, besides that training and assistance to the academic community is also needed. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the delivery of materials, training and mentoring. The purpose of this activity is to make it easier for all academics in carrying out the teaching and learning process every day

Abstract

The impact of the rapid development of information technology, especially in the field of education, has provided additional media in the teaching and learning process, both in teaching media and in learning evaluation. Through gamification techniques can make learning more fun and innovative. However, many teachers have still not been able to use the information technology-based media. From the preliminary survey conducted by this service team of 10 Al-Hikmah Tutoring teachers, it was seen that only 1 teaching staff or 10 percent knew of gamification-based learning media in the form of Quizizz. The implementation team succeeded in carrying out service activities aimed at all Al-Hikmah Tutoring educators for 2 days. Of the 10 teachers who participated in the training process using Quizizz, it was found that from the evaluation of the implementation of this service, it was found that 100% of the teachers were able to operate the Quizizz learning media. As many as 100 percent understood the existing features, and 100 percent also wanted to use Quizizz media as a tool for learning evaluation media. In addition, students also expect teachers to use this Quizizz in every learning evaluation activity

Abstract

The Law on Villages has shifted the position of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as an element of village administration to become a village institution. As a village institution, the function and position of the BPD include the village legislature. This regulation also demands changes in organizational governance for BPD, particularly in Sepakat Village (Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency). This encourages researchers to look at and provide recommendations related to the organizational governance of BPD in Sepakat. The approach used in this service is a qualitative-based descriptive analysis. The process here focuses on four elements. In the first topic of discussion is the organizational structure of the BPD in Sepakat Village, the second is the division of the main tasks and functions of each BPD member, the third includes the standard operating procedure (SOP) for implementing activities and the fourth is the supervision of the BPD. Through data collection with in-depth interviews, it designed the analysis model with five units (checking the data got, reducing data, applying data, namely data processing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions). to get an overview of the field. Practical ideas suggest that there should be regular supervision and training of human resources for BPD of Sepakat Village

Abstract

This article begins with the uniqueness and problems related to the socialization and assistance for preventing transmission of Covid 19 among small and medium micro-enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City. It can be seen from Covid 19 transmission, which has not been completed until now. The purpose of the community is to provide socialization and assistance regarding the prevention of transmission of Covid 19 and the use of personal protective equipment in MSMEs in the city of Cimahi. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. It is sampling through purposive sampling. Secondary data collection techniques through regulations and the collection of primary data through observation and in-depth interviews to MSMEs in Cimahi City. This community service is conducted online through virtual media for training and offline, namely conducting face-to-face training directly by paying attention to health protocols. The validity of the data in this study was obtained by conducting credibility testing using triangulation as checking results from various sources of informants. The study results in this community service activity have similar perceptions in preventing transmission of Covid 19 in MSMEs that are more targeted by utilizing the Cimahi City MSME for prevention of Covid transmission 19.

Abstract

Dampak perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesar teutama dalam bidang pendidikan telah memberikan media tambahan dalam proses belajar mengajar teruma dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Melalui teknik Gamifikasi dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan inovatif. Walaupun demikian, masih belum banyak guru yang dapat menggunakan media media yang muncul tersebut. Dari survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian ini, terhadap 10 pengajar Bimbingan Belajar Al Hikmah, terlihat hanya 1 orang pengajar atau 10 persenn yang mengetahui media pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi berupa Quizizz. Tim pelaksana berhasil melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk semua tenaga Pendidik Bimbel Al dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Dari 10 guru yang ikut dalam proses pelatihan menggunakan Quizizz ini, didapatkan hasil dari jajak pendapat bahwa 100% guru sudah dapat mengoperasi media pembelajaran Quizizz dan sebanyak 100 persen memahami fitur yang ada dan 100 persen juga berkeinginan untuk menggunakan media Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi penmbelajaran. Disamping itu, para perserta didik juga berharap para gurun untuk menggunakan Quizizz ini dalam setiap kegiatan evaluasi pembeljaran .

Abstract

The city of Palembang is the capital of the Province of South Sumatra. The city of Palembang is a city where there is a kingdom that controls the Archipelago and the Malay Peninsula in the 9th Century, namely the Sriwijaya Kingdom. The history of the city of Palembang is inseparable from a variety of multi-ethnic Javanese, Malay, Chinese, Arabic and other ethnic groups which gave birth to multi-cultural arts and traditional foods typical of the city of Palembang. Traditional in Palembang language is called the word "BINGEN". Everything that contains traditional elements will be called bingen. At present both art and traditional food typical of the city of Palembang have begun to erode the flow of modernization. For example, young people today prefer western-style art and food or more so-called "westernization". There are various types of traditional specialties of Palembang City that are rich in artistic value, cultural values, nutritional value and economic value. However, the traditional foods (bingen food) of Palembang City have no selling value to both local and international communities. Although there are some typical Palembang foods that are known as pempek, model and tekwan, but foods like traditional cakes are not so popular today among the younger generation, especially generation Y, Z and millennial because these generations no longer know the variety of cakes - traditional Palembang cake.Palembang traditional cakes are a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved as an asset to the Palembang region because the cakes have a very high cultural history. Aside from being Palembang's regional assets, these cakes can be a characteristic of Palembang and a means of improving the economic quality of the Palembang community where the number of both local and foreign tourists increased in 2016 by 10.1%, of which 99% were local tourists and 1% were foreign tourists. The number of local tourists alone increased by 10% in 2016 while foreign tourists increased by 33.1% in 2016. So this shows that the city of Palembang is considered a city destination for tourism destinations, especially culinary tourism because Palembang has little natural tourism.Palembang City consists of 16 Subdistricts, and Seberang Ulu II Subdistrict ranks 7th which has the most population with an invisible unemployment rate of 87%, all of which are women with a poverty rate of 7.8% and are in the order of 7 sub-districts that have the most pre-prosperous families from 16 sub-districts in Palembang City. With the erosion of various Palembang bingen cakes which have high historical value and various social economic problems such as high unemployment and poverty levels, it is necessary to revitalize Palembang bingen cakes so that they are not extinct by providing training and counseling on various cakes. Palembang Bingen cake to the community in Seberang Ulu II Subdistrict, especially mothers, which in turn the mothers who are cadres can become trainers in other sub-districts in Palembang and open new entrepreneurs in the Palembang bingen cakes so that they can preserve cakes -kue Palembang bingen, they can help improve the family economy and ultimately reduce unemployment and poverty levels in the city of Palembang. The objectives of the Palembang bingen cake revitalization activities are (1) the emergence of new entrepreneurs in the community of Palembang bingen cake makers; (2) Establishment of the Palembang bingen cake business group; (3) The creation of cooperation between the Palembang bingen cake business groups and the UMKM service, industry service, tourism and local government offices in Palembang City as well as hotels in Palembang City to support the sustainability of this program.

Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce is currently growing rapidly in an era of increasingly advanced technology along with the times.E-commerce is one of the trade or sales media that is in great demand by the public today in order to be able to sell, buy, and promote products using online media as online buying and selling transactions. Selling clothing products using e-commerce is very profitable for both sellers and buyers. With increasingly sophisticated technology and gadgets, buyers no longer bother to choose the clothes they want without being tired of going around choosing clothes, even though only by using cellphones, buyers can already buy clothes that are outside the city and even abroad using e-commerce, so sellers can market their products, the product is not only in the surrounding area.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are people able to see and understand business opportunities and act appropriately to ensure success. Running entrepreneurial activities requires motivation as capital for success in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship counselling activities and identification of entrepreneurial motivation in Tulung Selapan 01 State Senior High School students aim to convey knowledge about entrepreneurship and want to know the level of entrepreneurial motivation of Tulung Selapan 01 State High School students. The delivery method use lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. Meanwhile, to find out the level of motivation by giving a motivational entrepreneurship questionnaire. The results of the activity showed that there was high motivation in the students to do entrepreneurship, but on the other hand, the students still felt confused and afraid to start. The role of the family, community, educational institutions, government, and the private sector is needed to help create young entrepreneurs
