<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penulis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di kelurahan Tataraan Minahasa Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan Pada metode penelitian dan pengembangan terdapat beberapa jenis model Model yang digunakan adalah pengembangan model 4 D Metode dan model ini dipilih karena bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan Produk yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji kelayakannya dengan validitas dan uji coba produk untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan pada materi pelatihan pemberdayaan Ekonomi bagi pengusaha UMKM di kelurahan tataaran Minahasa < p> Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah UMKM adalah salah satu alternatif yang dipilih dalam upaya mengurangi pengangguran mengentas kemiskinan dan pemerataan pendapatan Pengembangan mempunyai peranan penting dan strategis dalam struktur perekonomian Indonesia juga di kelurahan Tataaran Patar Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan analisis kebutahan dan data pemgembangan di IV maka dapat disimpilkan bahwa: Materi pelatihan pengembangan pemberdayaan ekonomi didesiminasikan khususnya kepada masyarakat pelaku usaha UMKM sebagaib bahan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM Produk Modul materi pemberdayaan ekonomi telah berhasil disusun dengan proses pengembangan dengan langkah langkah 4d four D dan analisis kebutuhan pelaku UMKM juga uji coba produk Adapin materi yang dikembangkan adalah materi pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi pengusaha UMKM Produk modul materi pelatihan pemberdayaan ekonomi ini dapat dikembangkan karena mempunyai peranan penting dan banyak manfaat dari isi materi pengembangan ini< p> Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Bagi Pengusaha< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> ABSTRACK< strong>< p> The author aims to develop a process of community empowerment through Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in the Minahasa Village of Tataraan The method used in this research is research and development In research and development methods there are several types of models The model used is the development of a 4 D model This method and model was chosen because it aims to produce development products The products developed were then tested for feasibility with validity and product trials to find out the extent of improvement in Economic empowerment training materials for MSME entrepreneurs in the Tataaran sub district Minahasa < p> Empowerment of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs is one of the alternatives chosen in an effort to reduce unemployment alleviate poverty and equalize income Development has an important and strategic role in the structure of the Indonesian economy as well as in the Tataaran Patar sub district Based on the results of trials and analysis of needs and data development in IV it can be concluded that: The training material for developing economic empowerment is disseminated especially to the community of MSME business actors as learning materials to improve MSME performance Product Module material for economic empowerment has been successfully compiled with a development process with 4d four D steps and analysis of the needs of MSME actors as well as product trials The material developed is economic empowerment material for MSME entrepreneurs This economic empowerment training material module product can be developed because it has an important role and many benefits from the content of this development material< p> Keywords: Economic Empowerment for Entrepreneur< strong>< p> nbsp;< p>]]>

<![CDATA[nbsp;< strong>ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran cabai rawit di kecamatan tondano selatan kabupaten minahasa faktor penyebab fluktuasi harga cabai rawit di kecamatan tondano selatan kabupaten minahasa marjin pemasaran usahatani Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa dengan jumlah sampel 51 orang petani dengan nbsp; 8 orang pedagang Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan dan analisis marjin pemasaran Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan pendapatan petani berdasarkan luas lahan dan banyaknya cabai yang ditanam dengan komponen biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan rata rata sebesar Rp9 151 000 dan untuk saluran pemasaran untuk usahatani cabai rawit di kecamatan tondano selatan kabupaten minahasa terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran yaitu saluran I terdiri dari Petani Pedagang Pengumpul Pedagang Pengecer Konsumen Akhir dengan marjin sebesar Rp20 000 saluran II Petani Pedagang Pengecer Konsumen Akhir dengan marjin Rp10 000 dan saluran III Petani Konsumen Akhir tidak adanya marjin karena merupakan saluran langsung sehingga saluran ini sangat menguntungkan pihak konsumen < p> Kata Kunci : Cabai Rawit Saluran Pemasaran Marjin Pemasaran< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing channel of cayenne pepper in South Tondano sub district Minahasa district the factors causing price fluctuations of cayenne pepper in South Tondano district Minahasa district and farm marketing margins This research was conducted in South Tondano District Minahasa Regency with a sample size of 51 farmers and 8 traders The method used is survey method data analysis used is income analysis and marketing margin analysis The results showed that there was a difference in farmers income based on land area and the number of chilies planted with the cost component with an average of Rp9 151 000 and for marketing channels for cayenne pepper farming in the south tondano sub district Minahasa district there are three marketing channels namely channel I consisting of farmers collector traders retailers final consumers with a margin of Rp 20 000 channel II farmers retailers final consumers with a margin IDR 10 000 and channel III Farmers End Consumers there is no margin because it is a direct channel so this channel is very profitable for consumers < p> Keywords : Cayenne Pepper Marketing Channels Marketing Margin< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak < strong>< p> Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat kunjung pada objek wisata yang ada dipulau Sara a kabupaten kepulauan Talau Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen Dengan sampel berjumlah 50 Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan minat kunjung wisatawan Y Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung < sub>sebesar = 4 96 Derajat keabsahannya db =50 2 = 48 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 diperoleh ttabel< sub> sebesar 1 67 Karena nilai thitung < sub>lebih besar dari ttabel < sub> 4 96 H0< sub> ditolak dan Ha < sub>diterima yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis kedua yaitu terdapat hubungan antara variable kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> dengan minat kunjung wisatawan Y Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan diperoleh diperoleh thitung < sub>sebesar = 5 37 Derajat keabsahannya db =50 2 = 48 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 diperoleh ttabel< sub> sebesar 1 67 Karena nilai thitung < sub>lebih besar dari ttabel < sub> 5 37 H0< sub> ditolak dan Ha < sub>diterima yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan Hasil uji simultan bersama sama menujukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variable minat kunjung wisatawan Y Nilai Fhitung < sub> yang diperoleh sebesar 114 73 artinya Fhitung < sub> Ftabel < sub>= Fhitung < sub> Ftabel < sub>=114 73 3 20 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 atau 5 Nilai R square sebesar 0 830atau 83 0 yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara varaibel kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> dengan minat kunjung wisatawan Y memiliki hubungan yang kuat Dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 7 24 0 58X1< sub> 0 39X2< sub>< p> Kata Kunci : < em>< strong>Kualitas Pelayanan < em>< strong> Kepuasan konsumen Minat Kunjung< em>< strong>< p> < em>< strong>< p> < em>< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This research aims to influence the quality of service and consumer satisfaction on interest in visiting tourist objects on the island of Sara a the district of the Talau islands By using a quantitative research approach to determine the effect of Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction With a sample of 50 The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between service quality variables X1 and tourist interest in visiting Y This is indicated by tcount = 4 96 The degree of validity db = 50 2 = 48 at a significant level of 0 05 obtained a t table of 1 67 Because the value of count is greater than t table 4 96 gt; 1 67 H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant and positive relationship between service quality and interest in visiting tourists The results of data analysis indicate that the second hypothesis is that there is a relationship between the variable consumer satisfaction X2 and the interest of visiting tourists Y This is indicated by the obtained tcount = 5 37 The degree of validity db = 50 2 = 48 at a significant level of 0 05 obtained a ttable of 1 67 Because the value of tcount is greater than ttable 5 37 gt; 1 67 H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant and positive relationship between consumer satisfaction and interest in visiting tourists The results of the simultaneous test together show that service quality X1 and consumer satisfaction X2 have a significant and positive effect on the variable of tourist interest in visiting Y The Fcount value obtained is 114 73 which means Fcount gt; Ftable = Fcount gt; Ftable = 114 73 gt; 3 20 at a significant level of 0 05 or 5 The value of R square is 0 830 or 83 0 which means that the relationship between the service quality variable X1 and customer satisfaction X2 and the interest in visiting tourists Y has a strong relationship In this study also obtained the regression equation Y = 7 24 0 58X1 0 39X2< p> Keywords: Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Visiting Interest< em>< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[nbsp;< strong>< p> Abstrak< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswa yang masih melekat atau pengetahuan yang masih tersisa pada memori setelah pembelajaran retensi dalam rentang waktu berbeda pada Ekonomi nbsp; setelah pembelajaran Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Tondano Faktor yang diteliti adalah retensi siswa Data hasil penelitian diambil nbsp; dari hasil tes retensi yang dilakukan Tes pertama 1 minggu setelah pembelajaran tes kedua 2 minggu setelah pembelajaran dan tes ketiga 4 minggu setelah pembelajaran untuk topic pertama begitu topic kedua dan topic ketiga Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif Mendeskripsikan hasil tes retensi pertama kedua dan ketiga pada masing masing topic pembelajaran Berdasarkan data hasil tes pertama kedua dan ketiga pada topic pertama angkah rata rata yang diperoleh mengalami penurunan begitu juga pada topic kedua yakni hasil tes pertama sampai tes ketiga mengalami penurunan Hal yang sama juga terjadi pada topic ketiga dengan hasil tes pertama kedua dan ketiga mengalami penurunan Peningkatan hasil tes retensi memiliki kenaikan nilai rerata hasil tes retensi dari topic pertama topic kedua dan topic ketiga Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa memberikan tes secara rutin dengan pola tersebut dapat meningkatkan daya retensi siswa < p> Kata Kunci : Daya Retensi Siswa dan Hasil Belajar< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> Abstract< strong>< p> This study aims to determine the students inherent knowledge or remaining knowledge after learning retention in different timescales in Economics after learning This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano The factor studied was student retention The research data were taken from the results of the retention tests carried out The first test is 1 week after learning the second test is 2 weeks after learning and the third test is 4 after learning for the first topic the second and third topics This research is a descriptive research Describe the results of the first second and third retention tests on each learning topic the data on the results of the first second and third tests on the first topic of the average number decreased as well as on the second topic the results of the first test until the third test decreased The same thing also happened to the third topic with the results of the first second and third tests decreasing an increase in retention test results has an increase in the value of an increase in retention test results from the first topic the second topic and the third topic So it can be said that regular tests with this pattern can increase student retention < p> Keywords: Student Retention and Learning Outcomes< strong>< p> nbsp;< p>]]>
