<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan pendapatan orang tua secara bersama sama terhadap minat anak untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survey dimana kuesioner menjadi teknik dalam pengumpulan data Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat di desa Werdhi Agung Induk tetapi yang menjadi sasaran adalah anak anak mulai usia 17 20 tahun usia untuk anak anak yang baru menyelesikan studi SMA Sederajat baik yang baru lulus sekolah maupun anak anak yang sudah menyelesaikan studinya dan belum mendapat pekerjaan serta anak anak yang sudah mendapat pekerjaan yang berdomisili di dusun 5 dan dusun 6 dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menurut Arikunto 2012 sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 orang anak Data di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis dan hasilnya adalah thitung< sub> = 4 946 gt; ttabel< sub> 1 676 dan thitung< sub> = 5 426 gt; ttabel< sub> 1 676 dengan demikian H0< sub> ditolak pada taraf signifikan 0 05 dan menerima H1< sub> sehingga kesimpulannya adalah lingkungan sosial dan pendapatan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat anak untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi < p> Kata Kunci: < em>< strong>Minat Anak Lingkungan< em>< strong> Sosial dan Pendapatan Orang Tua < strong>< em>< p> < p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This study aims to determine the influence of the social environment and parents income together on children s interest in continuing their studies to college This type of research is survey research where questionnaires become a technique in data collection The population of this study is the entire community in the village of Werdhi Agung Induk but the targets are children from the age of 17 20 years the age for children who have just completed high school equivalent studies both those who have just graduated from school and children who have just graduated from high school have completed their studies and have not got a job and children who have got work who are domiciled in hamlet 5 and hamlet 6 with research sampling according to Arikunto 2012 so that the number of samples in this study was 50 children The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis as well as hypothesis testing and the results were tcount = 4 946 gt; ttable 1 676 and tcount = 5 426 gt; ttable 1 676 Thus H0 is rejected at a significant level of 0 05 and accepts H1 so that the conclusion is that the social environment and parents income affect the child s interest in continuing their studies to college < p> Keywords: Children s Interests Social Environment and Parents Income< em>< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Perbandingan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning PBL Dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Di Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode eksperimen Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X Ekonomi Dan Bisnis 1 30 dan kelas X Ekonomi Dan Bisnis 3 30 Metode pengumpulan data menggunakkan dokumentasi dan tes Berdasarkan hasil peneitian bahwa bila t hitung lebih kecil atau sama dengan t table maka Ho diterima sebaliknya bila t hitung lebih besar dari t table maka Ha yang diterima Dalam penelitian ini diketahui t hitung sebesar 2 061 dan Dengan dk= n1 n2 2= 30 30 2= 58 dengan dk 58 dan taraf kesalahan sebesar 0 05 dengan begitu t tabel sebesar 1 990 dengan demikan Ha di terima dan Ho ditolak Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Problem Based Learning dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery pada kelas X AKT di SMK Fajar Moyongkota < p> Kata kunci : PBL Discovery dan Hasil Belajar< p> ABSTRACT< p> This study aims to determine the extent to which the Comparison of Problem Based Learning PBL and Discovery Learning Models on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics and Business Subjects in Class X SMK Fajar Moyongkota The method used in this study uses an experimental method of research The population in this study was 249 The sample of this study consisted of two classes namely class X Economics and Business 1 30 and class X Economics and Business 3 30 Data collection methods used documentation and tests Based on the results of the research that if t count is less than or equal to t table then Ho is accepted otherwise if t count is greater than t table then Ha is accepted In this study it is known that the t count is 2 061 and with dk= n1 n2 2= 30 30 2= 58 with dk 58 and the error rate is 0 05 so the t table is 1 990 Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected In conclusion there are differences in student learning outcomes using Problem Based Learning and Discovery Learning Models in class X AKT at Fajar Moyongkota Vocational School < p> Keywords: PBL Discovery and Learning Outcomes< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado < p> Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert Responden penelitian sebanyak 87 guru yang ditarik secara proporsional random sampling Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana dan regresi dan korelasi ganda < p> Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah 1 gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado 2 kohesivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado 3 gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado < p> Kata Kunci:< strong> Kepuasan kerja guru Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kohesivitas < p> < p> < p> This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and cohesiveness either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City < p> The method used in this study is a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool arranged in the form of a Likert scale The research respondents were 87 teachers who were drawn proportionally by random sampling The analysis used to test the research hypothesis is regression analysis techniques and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlation < p> The conclusions of this study are 1 transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City 2 cohesiveness has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City 3 transformational leadership style and cohesiveness simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City < p> Keywords:< strong> teacher job satisfaction transformational leadership style cohesiveness< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< span>< span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa kelas X di SMKS POOPO Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode survey < span>Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 dan sampel penelitian 60 Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis pengujian korelasi ganda Kompetensi Guru X1 dan Fasilitas Belajar X2 terhadap Hasil belajar siswa Y maka diperoleh r = 0 960 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar r2 = 0 7072 atau 70 72 < span>Selanjutnya apakah koefisien tersebut dapat digeneralisasikan atau tidak maka harus diuji signifikannya dengan menghitung fhitung dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh fhitung = 39 29557pada taraf kepercayaan 95 = 0 05 diperoleh nilai ftabel = 3 155 ternyata fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel 39 29557 gt; 3 < span>155 ini berarti variabel Kompetensi Guru X1 dan Fasilitas Belajar X2 tidak dapat diabaikan sehingga hipotesis Ha < span>Dari analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMKS Poopo < span>< span>Kata kunci : Kompetensi Guru Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar< span>< span>< p> ABSTRAK< span>< span>This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMKS POOPO The method used in this study uses a quantitative survey method The population in this study was 60 and the research sample was 60 Based on the results of processing and analysis of the multiple correlation test of Teacher Competence X1 and Learning Facilities X2 on student learning outcomes Y it was obtained r = 0 960 with a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0 7072 or 70 72 Furthermore whether the coefficient can be generalized or not it must be tested for its significance by calculating fcount From the results of the study it is obtained that fcount = 39 29557 at the 95 confidence level = 0 05 this means that the variables of Teacher Competence X1 and Learning Facilities X2 cannot be ignored so that the hypothesis Ha From the analysis it is known that there is a simultaneous influence of Teacher Competence and Learning Facilities on student learning outcomes at SMKS Poopo Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar< span>< span>< p> nbsp;< p>]]>
