Abstract

Learning motivation is expected to be able to inspire students' enthusiasm for learning so that students can excel, research on teaching skills and learning motivation. This research uses quantitative research using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research show that at SMPN 2 Proppo Pamekasan it produces: 1) There is an influence of the teaching skills of Islamic Religious Education subject teachers on student learning motivation in motivating students to learn at SMPN 2 Proppo Pamekasan. This is proven by hypothesis testing using the Product Moment formula which obtains 0.468 from N = 76 or df = 74. The result "r" of this work is greater than the critical value "r" of the product moment table both in the 5% confidence interval which has a value of 0.325 as well as the 1% confidence interval which has a value of 0.418. (2) The teacher's teaching skills on student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects on student learning motivation at SMPN 2 Proppo Pamekasan have quite a strong influence. It is proven that the working "r" of 0.468 is in the range of numbers between 0.400 to 0.600 with a fairly strong interpretation. The implications of this research are: 1) Improving the Quality of Teaching, 2) The Role of Motivation in Learning, 3) Developing Teacher Skills, 4) Establishing a Supportive Learning Environment, 5) Using a Varied Teaching Approach.

Abstract

The reward and punishment method as a teacher's method of motivating student learning. The research focused on the effectiveness of using the reward and punishment method in increasing students' learning motivation in aqidah and akhlaq subjects. The research method used in this research is qualitative with research subjects being the head of the school, subject teachers, and some students. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that: 1) The use of the reward and punishment method in increasing students' learning motivation in the aqidah akhlaq subject has proven to be effective. 2) Supporting factors for using the reward and punishment method in increasing student learning motivation in the Aqidah Akhlaq subject are: support from the school and parents, authority to manage rewards, student awareness, and student motivation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for using the reward and punishment method are: different levels of student ability, cost, environment, lack of attention from parents, and the existence of human rights. So far, the use of the reward and punishment method has provided changes in students' motivation in the form of changes in attitude, being active, and showing more respect for teachers and fellow students. The implications of this research are: 1) The role of the Reward and Punishment System, 2) Providing Effective Feedback, 3) Formation of Learning Discipline and Ethics, 4) the Expansion of the Educational Repertoire, 5) The Importance of Consistency and Transparency.

Abstract

According to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, the children's education system is to provide children with education in accordance with Islamic teachings, solving children's problems from birth to adulthood. According to him, his book explains solutions to children's problems from the aspects of faith, social, morals and child psychology which are adapted to the Al-Qur'an and hadith. This research method uses a qualitative research approach and is a literature study type. The data source is Abdullah Nasih Ulwan's thoughts in the book Tarbiyatul Aulad fi al-Islam. The results of this research reveal that the concept of children's education is that education not only functions to build intellectuality but is more about efforts to build and have an awareness of monotheism. Children are a trust for their parents, their pure hearts are a valuable substance. Children's education is part of individual education to prepare them to become useful members of society. Children's education materials such as faith, morals, physical, intellectual, mental, social, and sex education. Meanwhile, the relevance of the concept of children's education according to Abdullah Nasih Ulwan to the current concept of Islamic education is very relevant, because it is by the aim of education, namely the formation of a noble personality. The implications of this research are: 1) The importance of education based on Islamic values, 2) Character and moral formation, 3) Education as a holistic process, 4) The role of parents and teachers, 5) Modern context and contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Children are a trust for every family, so that they are educated to carry out religious teachings well and behave with good morals, respecting mother and father. Therefore, the morals taught by parents at home must be strong. This moral cultivation has a power that is difficult to eradicate. Therefore, moral teachings in the household play an important role. Therefore, both parents should know the rules of education so that in the future they can give birth to children who are good in their religion. The problem formulation in this research is the role and factors of parents in shaping students' morals to have good morals. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation data analysis. The data that researchers have obtained in the field is then carried out in a reduction and display process and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the role of parents in moral formation is going well and the parents of the students are very supportive of the school. The inhibiting factor is that people put too much pressure when teaching their children so that the children are confused about what they are doing. The implications of this research are as follows: 1) Strengthening the Role of Parents in Education, 2) Collaboration between Madrasas and Parents, 3) Strengthening Character Education in Madrasas, 4) Religious Education at Home, 5) Socialization and Strengthening Positive Values.

Abstract

This research discusses Rashad Khalifa's thoughts on the Qur'an and his rejection of the Sunnah. Rashad Khalifa considers the Qur'an to be perfect and believes that there is no need for Hadith and Sunnah. His rejection of the Sunnah is reinforced by his notable works, particularly the famous one known as the numerical miracle of the Qur'an, often referred to as code 19. The aim of this research is to understand Khalifa's rejection of the Sunnah and his thoughts. The method employed is a literature review (library research), involving the collection of data through the study and analysis of books, literature, and reports related to the problem at hand. The findings of this research reveal that Rashad Khalifa is a figure who rejects the Sunnah, firmly believing in the Qur'an as the sole source of Islamic law and denying the importance of the Sunnah. His formulations regarding the Sunnah contain numerous errors and misconceptions that lead to the rejection of Hadith (denial of the Sunnah) and the Anti-Hadith Movement (denial of the Sunnah).

Abstract

This paper discusses the significance of two principles, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil) and ar-Raqaiq (gentleness of heart and purification of the soul), in upholding religious life. The duty of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar is emphasized as being obligatory above all other obligations, while ar-Raqaiq focuses on events that soften the heart and move the soul. Both principles are crucial in maintaining a steadfast religious life. The paper also highlights the exemplary sensitivity of religious figures such as Ustadz Badiuzzaman Said Nursi, Imam Abu Hasan al-Syadzili, Abdul Qodir Jailani, and Hasan al-Basri towards religious issues. These figures engaged in self-reflection and paid attention to amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. The paper emphasizes the importance of this principle in religious life, stressing the need for individuals to be mindful of the consequences of their actions and to possess a conscientious heart. Both Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar and the recommendation to convey "Raqaiq" are like arteries and veins in the human body. Just as life in the body depends on the capillaries of the blood, so does the existence of religious life that depends on the implementation of these two rules. Only by implementing these two rules can humans always worry about the retribution for all deeds and have a heart full of awareness so that every step that is stomped on will be done with caution and vigilance, and carry out every second of their life with muhasabah.

Abstract

Tahlilan as the initial event of a person's death, continues for 7 (seven) days, up to 1000 (a thousand days). Tahlilan contains tahlil readings and others to ask for forgiveness for the deceased/deceased to Allah swt. This research is qualitative in a library research accompanied by research in the field of case studies. From this, the researcher tried to peel off this Tahlilan case study because there are two parties, pros and cons. From this, it is hoped that there are two attitudes in the form of tolerance and compromise between parties over the differentiation of attitudes from the ritual. Abstract

This research aims to increase student motivation and learning achievement using a project-based learning model based on digital literacy. This literacy ability is important in learning to improve students' critical, logical, and innovative thinking abilities. This research also aims to provide insight into improving students' literacy skills by using a project-based learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research. This research uses 2 stages, namely the initial or pre-cycle and the implementation stage which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects in this research were students of Class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Batang. The data in this research was collected using observation, interview, and test techniques. This research uses data analysis developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. With the research results, the project-based Learning Model based on digital literacy can increase students' motivation and learning achievement results. Students are also able to create and compile project assignments and publish them well.

Abstract

In this research, the approach used by researchers is qualitative because in this research there are no calculations, natural research, and symbolic interactions. The instruments used are documentation and observation. Extended observation, triangulation, increased persistence, analysis of negative cases, using reference materials, and member checking are some methods to ensure data validity. Meanwhile, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are the data analysis methods used. The problems examined in this research are: 1) How is the book Ta'limul Muta'allim taught at MAN? 2) What are the efforts to apply the value of character education in learning the book Ta'limul Muta'allim at MAN? Based on research findings, Ta'limul Muta'allim, studied at MAN as a method of imparting knowledge in general, is in line with the important role of the book. The teacher's main responsibility is to process, plan, assess and guide teaching and learning activities as effectively as possible while getting to know their students and all their qualities. They also have to know what needs to be achieved after the learning process to create a positive experience. Furthermore, efforts to instill values ​​related to character education by studying the book Ta'limul Muta'allim at MAN are carried out both directly and indirectly, through activities outside of learning such as recitation in the month of Ramadhan, through exemplary techniques, guidance and attention, as well day of habituation.

Abstract

The digital era is when people can communicate through a medium so close even though they are far from each other. In the era of digitalization like today, the digital space has become an arena for contests and competitions. This point is what causes irresponsible groups to use it as a place to launch their missions, nourish conflicts, create content that benefits them, and even become impromptu ustadz by creating religious content textually without filtering to cause conflicts among others. Religious moderation in Indonesia is how we change our religious mindset to be moderate. Students as part of society and also agents of change commonly called agents of change have a big task in terms of strengthening religious moderation. This article aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education students in the digital era in strengthening religious moderation. This article aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education students in the digital era in strengthening religious moderation. The preparation of this article uses a qualitative type approach. The data collection technique was carried out through literature studies which were then analyzed with descriptive analysis. It was found that there is a role for Islamic religious education students in strengthening religious moderation in the digital era, namely by creating articles and religious content that are attractively packaged and then uploading them to social media sites. Through the writing of this article, it is hoped that Islamic religious education students can take advantage of their potential so that they can strengthen religious moderation in the digital era.
