Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial information on underpricing in companies conducting Initial Public Offerings. The variables used in this research include Return on Assets (ROA), Firm Size (FS), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population studied involved companies that conducted an IPO and were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method, with a total of 195 companies as samples. Data analysis was carried out through the MRA test using Eviews 10 software. The research results showed that Return On Assets and Firm Size had a negative effect on Underpricing. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share has no effect on Underpricing. Apart from that, the Debt To Equity Ratio can moderate the influence of Return On Assets and Earning Per Share on Underpricing, but cannot moderate the influence of Firm Size on Underpricing. Simultaneous test results show that the variables Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Earning Per Share simultaneously influence Underpricing.

Abstract

Stakeholders believe that corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and corporate governance practices can enhance a company's stock returns. Additionally, a company's financial performance can attract investor interest in investing their capital in that company. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of CSR disclosure and good corporate governance (GCG) mechanisms on stock returns, as well as to understand the moderating role of financial performance in the relationship between CSR disclosure, GCG, and stock returns. The research was empirically conducted on companies listed in the IDX80 index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Data analysis was performed using WarpPLS 8.0 software with 115 samples obtained through purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is no direct influence of CSR disclosure and GCG mechanisms on stock returns. Investors do not yet consider CSR disclosure and GCG mechanisms in companies as crucial factors for the returns they obtain. However, financial performance strengthens the relationship between CSR disclosure, GCG, and stock returns, with respective significances of P-Value = 0.02 & 0.04, both less than 0.05. Good financial performance of a company further reinforces investors' desire to invest in companies with strong CSR and GCG practices.

Abstract

The introduction of Green Marketing has encouraged companies to adopt environmental issues as part of their marketing strategy. Increasingly environmentally conscious market demands have driven attention to these issues. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the effect of green marketing on consumer purchasing interest. This research is a literature study that focuses on the topic of the influence of Green Marketing on consumer buying interests, with inclusion criteria: publications in journals, 2013-2023 year range. The data was taken through Google Scholar, MDPI, Taylor & Francis, and analyzed using the comparative method. The result of this work is that green marketing has an important role in encouraging companies to adopt environmental issues in marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The effect varies depending on contextual factors such as location, industry, and market conditions. In an era where consumers' environmental awareness is getting higher, a green marketing strategy must be comprehensive, including aspects of product quality, price, distribution, promotion, and corporate social responsibility. Increased consumer knowledge about the benefits of green marketing can influence purchase intention and purchasing decisions, and companies need to educate consumers about environmentally friendly products and meet their expectations regarding price and product quality.

Abstract

Specific research regarding sharia Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) platforms, because researchers have only found studies that discuss sharia fintech and sharia crowdfunding. SCF is not yet known in the community because it is still relatively new. This research aims to analyze the determinants of investment interest among the public in investing in sharia securities crowdfunding (SCF) platforms using analysis through the TPB and TAM models. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach with a survey method to obtain data directly from the field. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS which aims to test the relationships between model variables and between indicators and their constructs, as well as the relationships between constructs. The result is that the TPB and TAM models do not have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. The Use of Technology model has a significant positive effect, only the SI indicator does not have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. Sharia Compliance with knowledge indicators does not have a significant positive effect. conversely, the confidence indicator has a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. The fact is that Sharia SCF is a relatively new investment alternative, so there needs to be more outreach from all policy stakeholders, both the government, sharia SCF companies, and the public who want to invest in sharia SCF. The recommendation is to more intensively socialize SCF sharia so that it is known to the public from various aspects.
