Abstract

Academics and researchers in Indonesia still rarely carry out comprehensive and in-depth studies regarding the influence of implementing green HRM on green performance and green behavior. The main emphasis of scientific investigations and inquiry in Indonesia is related to the direct consequences of implementing green HRM on organizational green performance. The purpose of this investigation is to empirically examine how green behaviour of employees and green HRM influence organisational green performance. This research involved 144 workers employed by SMEs in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research category using Partial Least Squares (PLS) statistical techniques and a questionnaire-based survey approach. This research finds that the application of green HRM has a significant effect on green behavior and organizational green performance. Furthermore, this research finds that employee green behavior moderates the influence of green HRM on organizational green performance. Especially in the fields of human resources and organizational management, we hope that the results of this research can significantly advance green theory. In addition, the research results can be used as an alternative strategy to improve organizational environmental sustainability.

Any interested party may evaluate the company's financial performance with the help of the financial statements. Financial ratio analysis is a necessary tool for evaluating a business's performance. Financial performance measures include liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios, among others. The purpose of this study is to analyze industrial sector companies listed on the IDX to find out if the following ratios have any impact on return on equity: current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin. Quantitative research methods are used. The data collection technique used in this study is non – participant observation. Companies in the industrial sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) were the subjects of the study. Secondary data was used in this investigation. For industrial sector businesses registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the findings of the hypothesis t test indicate that ROE is unaffected by partly CR, DER, and NPM. In idx-listed industrial sector businesses, the findings of the hypothesis F test indicate that ROE is significantly affected by CR, DER, and NPM all at once.

Abstract

While AI technologies offer remarkable opportunities for improving efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes, it is essential to carefully consider and address the challenges and opposing arguments that arise with their implementation. This includes ensuring ethical use, addressing job displacement concerns, enhancing data security and privacy, and mitigating bias in AI algorithms to uphold the integrity of accounting practices. In this study, conducted a literature review to explore the impact of AI technologies on accounting information systems. The results show the integration of AI in fraud detection processes has proven to be instrumental in improving the interpretability of fraud detection methods, addressing emerging fraud patterns, and mitigating the challenges posed by imbalanced datasets. Additionally, the emphasis on education and training in AI technologies for accountants underscores the imperative of equipping professionals with the necessary skills to effectively implement AI-based solutions in fraud detection and prevention. Furthermore, there is a need to delve deeper into the ethical considerations surrounding AI in financial reporting, with a specific emphasis on mitigating biases, ensuring data privacy and security, and upholding transparency and accountability in the use of AI systems.

Abstract

A stock return refers to the projected profit or rate of return that investors expect from their investment in a company. This research aims to evaluate the influence of leverage, company size, and total asset turnover on the stock returns of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. Purposive sampling is the approach utilized in this study for sample selection; nine samples were chosen for this study. In this study, descriptive statistical methods were employed as the analytical approach. SPSS version 26 software is utilized for data processing, and the data analysis methods utilized include conventional assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study's tests indicate that the simultaneous impact of leverage, firm size, and total asset turnover on stock returns is not observed. It demonstrates, in part, that: (1) total asset turnover is unrelated to stock returns (2) Stock returns are unaffected by a company's size. (3) The return on stocks is unaffected by leverage.

Abstract

PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel (GDS) is one company that produces steel plates in Indonesia. PT GDS was hot sheet steel factory (BLP ) producing steel and steel in all sorts of different types and design of consumer conformed to order.A kind of steel produced by the blp hot sheet steel it is divided into the type form the coil and plate masing-masing form the quality of being domestic composed of different kinds, imports and CRM. Production planning basically there are three elements need to be considered, the consumers, products, and the manufacturing process. All three of these elements is a very complex to be faced by the company. This study attempts to determine the optimal combination that can reach the whole purpose of these elements of the company. Methods used in this research is goal programming, a method of optimize developed to solve the problems with the aim of more than one.The goal programming has the ability to achieve a number of goals or target. From the mathematical linear fomulasi until they reached the goal total production x1 + x2 + x3 = 10 + 75 + 65 = 140 plate targetless 150 plate.Goal of a production = 10 plate that means 40 plate under production target of 50 plate goal products b = 75 plate that means in accordance with company production target.Goal production products c = 65 plate that means less than 15 a plat of 80 plate company production target. The product is the total second Rp.100.000 x1 + Rp. 175.000 x2 + Rp. 200.000 x3 = Rp.100.000 (10) + Rp.175.000 (75) + Rp.200.000 (65) = Rp. 1.000.000,- + Rp.13.125.000,- + Rp.13.000.000,- = Rp. 27.125.000,-
