Abstract

This research wants to know the partial influence of exports and imports on employment opportunities in Indonesia in the long term and short term. The research method used is the Multiple Regression Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The research results show that in the long term, the import variable is partially declared to reject H0 as evidenced by a probability t-statistic value of <0.05, the export variable is declared to accept H0 as evidenced by a probability t-statistic value of >0.05%. In the short term, the results of the Error Correction Model (ECM) are valid for short term estimation as evidenced by the probability value ECT (-1) <0.05, partially the imported variable is declared to reject H0 as evidenced by the probability t-statistic value <0.05, The eskpro variable is declared to accept H0 as proven by a t-statistic probability value of >0.05%. Policies need to be directed at achieving downstream domestic production and producing finished goods to support the expansion of export markets by increasing the number of export destination countries. And imports need to be directed to support exports and not for consumption.

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the occurrence of financial distress in technology sector companies from 2019 to 2022. This research uses quantitative research methodology and uses purposive sampling in taking samples. The testing methodology used is panel data regression, using a dataset consisting of 64 data points and carried out through the use of the E-Views 10 program. Research findings show that variables such as liquidity, leverage, and profitability do not have any influence on the likelihood of a financial disaster. There are other influencing factors such as government policies during the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of WFH and the macroeconomic situation such as interest rate hikes.

Abstract

The transportation sector emits greenhouse gases and pollutes the air. More vehicles mean more fossil fuels. Alternative fuels are needed, like electric vehicles (EVs). The adoption of new products must go through several stages in the consumer chain. Understanding factors affecting purchase decisions is crucial for companies. Research will focus on factors influencing Purchase Intention of EVs, particularly in Jakarta. The study involved 414 respondents. It comprised 5 latent variables, with attitude mediating Purchase Intention. Variables included environmental communication, advertising, and attitude. Path analysis employed Structural Equation Model (SEM), combining a structural and measurement model. These findings align with previous studies, emphasizing the pivotal role of these factors in influencing consumers'' purchase intentions towards electric vehicles (EVs) and promoting sustainable transportation. The transition to Electric Vehicles (EVs) is vital for Indonesia''s sustainable future. This study explores factors influencing EV adoption, focusing on attitudes. Environmental communication, Advertising, and Electronic word of Mouth positively impact attitudes, indirectly affecting purchase intentions. However, limitations include the study''s narrow focus on Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi hindering generalization to Indonesia''s wider population. Future research should expand demographic data to enhance understanding of EV purchase factors nationwide.

Abstract

This research explores the resilience of Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) on Lombok Island in facing the era of technological disruption. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research focuses on technology adaptation and the implementation of an innovative ecosystem model that involves collaboration with fintech, educational institutions and local governments. Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of food quality, EWOM, and perceived price on the revisit intention of consumers at Scarlett's Cafe Pantai Indah Kapuk. The implementation of this research begins with theoretical exposure, distributing questionnaires, processing data, and analyzing data. The technique used for data collection is purposive sampling with the implementation of data collection using an online questionnaire instrument. Valid respondents were obtained as many as 196 out of 220 respondents who lived in Jabodetabek. Based on the results of data processing, the results show that perceived price has a positive and significant effect on revisit intentions, while food quality and EWOM do not have a positive and significant effect on consumer revisit intentions at Scarlett's Cafe Pantai Indah Kapuk. Food quality has no positive and significant effect due to the taste, texture, and color (appearance) of poor quality food when served. EWOM has no positive and significant effect because consumers are dissatisfied with the experience they get. So it is important to improve the quality of food so that consumers are satisfied and can provide a positive EWOM.
