Abstract

The aim of decentralization is to increase the empowerment of independently owned potential in an effort to improve the welfare of the people in their respective regions. But real conditions do not describe the ideal situation that is expected. Economic development is not accompanied by equal distribution of income and disparities still exist. Bogor Regency has an average Gini Ratio value of 0.4 in 2018-2020, indicating that inequality is approaching a critical point and has the potential to give rise to social jealousy. Equal distribution of community welfare has become a strategic issue in the 2018-2023 Bogor Regency RPJMD which is manifested in financial assistance for village infrastructure for the Samisade program (Samilyar Sadesa – One Billion One Village) with the concept of developing villages. The community can actively participate in preparing and implementing priority programs that have been formulated together and have the same rights in receiving this assistance. Therefore, a study is needed regarding the contribution of community participation and policy implementation to the effectiveness of the Samisade Program as well as the contribution of community participation and policy implementation through the Samisade Program to equal distribution of welfare through the program. The research method used was descriptive quantitative based on data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 villages in 12 sub-districts. Data analysis using SmartPLS.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and communication on employee performance at the Class III Port Management Unit Office of Indramayu Regency. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 34 respondents using a total sampling technique. Hypothesis test results show that workload and communication have a significant effect on employee performance. Workload (X1) has a significance value of 0.01, which is smaller than the probability of 0.05, so the hypothesis that workload affects performance is accepted. Likewise, organizational communication (X2) has a significance value of 0.04, also smaller than the probability of 0.05, so the hypothesis that communication influences performance is accepted. Further testing by comparing the calculated t and t table values confirms this result: workload with a calculated t of 4.142 is greater than a t table of 1.696, and communication with a calculated t of 2.056 is greater than a t table of 1.696, so both hypotheses are accepted. Thus, workload and communication are proven to have a positive effect on employee performance at the Class III Indramayu Port Management Unit Office.

Abstract

Adopted children have inheritance rights similar to the inheritance rights of biological children, as stated in Staats Blad 1917 No. 38 Article 12 states that adopted children are equated with biological children born to the husband and wife who adopted them. Typically, adoption of such a child is an act that equalizes the position of the adopted child with the biological child, both in terms of care and inheritance. The problem formulation in this research is: What is the legal position of adopted children regarding the inheritance of adoptive parents based on Supreme Court Decision Number 3626 K/Pdt/2016; What are the judge's legal considerations in providing legal protection for the rights of adopted children to the inheritance of adoptive parents in Supreme Court Decision Number 3626 K/Pdt/2016; What are the implications of Supreme Court Decision Number 3626 K/Pdt/2016 for the legal protection of the inheritance rights of adopted children in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research, which is supported by secondary data sources, and qualitative analysis is carried out. The results of the research and discussion are that the legal position of adopted children regarding the inheritance of adoptive parents based on Decision Number 3626 K/Pdt/2016 is valid which is in accordance with the adoption decision issued by PN Number 08/Pdt.P/2003/PN Kbj. dated 28 May 2003 which determined that Rehulina Br Gurusinga was the adopted child and sole heir of Langsat Karo-Karo Gurusinga and Silo Br Sembiring. The judge's legal considerations in providing legal protection for the adopted child's rights to the inheritance of the adoptive parents in Decision Number 3626 K/Pdt/2016 by determining Rehulina br Gurusinga as the adopted child of the heir and entitled to receive the heir's property, because the judge considered the juridical aspect of where the Plaintiff was. is the adopted son and only heir of Langsat and Silo. The implications of the decision for the legal protection of the inheritance rights of adopted children in Indonesia have contributed to strengthening the legal protection of adopted children for the inheritance of their adoptive parents.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Bill Payment and Package Delivery Procedure at the PT Pos Indonesia Company, Cikutra Branch Office. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and literature review which have close relevance to the procedure. From the research results, it is clear that the online system at PT POS Indonesia Cikutra Branch Office will only start in 2021 with the release of Pospay and PosAja PT Pos Indonesia, which currently still have a period of development. PT Pos Indonesia's Pospay and Pos Aja applications are not fully running perfectly, so there are still many people who use them offline, namely visiting the nearest post office for reasons of limited ability and knowledge in using the Pospay application. Most people, especially those who are elderly, prefer to visit the post office to send packages because the PosAja application cannot make deliveries outside the city with a maximum weight that cannot exceed 5 kg. The problem encountered is that the server often experiences downtime in the Pospay application, causing long queues and taking a long time to complete. The advice that the author can give is to upgrade offline and online service procedures for bill payments and package delivery as well as routinely and periodically upgrade the service system on the Pospay and PosAja applications so that it is hoped that the application developers from PT Pos Indonesia can continue to demonstrate their abilities so that the application is successful. now it can be continuously updated for the sake of a digital era that is practical and easy.

Abstract

The increase in population triggers demand for land for residence and other activities. Urban spatial planning often lags behind increasing physical development needs, causing uncontrolled expansion of urban development and causing limited green open space. Urban green open spaces are very important for environmental sustainability, including maintaining ecosystem balance, improving air quality, and providing social space. However, the allocation of green open space in the 2015-2035 Medan City spatial planning regulations is still below the 20% target, only reaching 11.10%. Conflicts regarding permits for the use of built-up land as green open space are a frequent problem. The disclosure of empirical facts about the dynamics of the implementation of the green open space plan in Medan City can be a more comprehensive input for the Medan City Government in the 2015-2035 Medan City RDTR Revision and become a consideration for the districts/other cities to plan green open space that is fair and provides additional insight for academics, practitioners and the general public. The research uses descriptive-qualitative methods on empirical facts with spatial exploration based on the Geographic Information System using the ArcGIS 10.8 application and the Google Maps Platform to identify and analyze the realization of the implementation of green open space plans which provide various empirical facts. Data analysis is carried out spatially through technical interpretation of satellite images and overlays on several spatial research themes. The results of this paper show that the green open space plan in Medan City is dominated by undeveloped land, such as 28.50% of ponds/ponds which are not land with green open space functions, and can create dynamics in the provision of green open space. Strategies for resolving green open space problems include optimizing land acquisition, controlling urbanization, regulating land price speculation, public education, and developing green open space to mitigate environmental impacts, and involve the formation of special teams, periodic evaluations, and strong public participation.
