Abstract

The author's aim in this research is to find out how much influence nursing supervision, competence and work motivation have on the performance of nurses at EMC Sentul Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with correlation regression analysis, so that an overview of the variables is obtained which then tests the hypothesis regarding this influence. The sampling technique used in this research uses the Slovin formula and the analysis technique used is linear regression using the SPSS 25.0 application.  The results obtained were that nurse competency had the most influence on nurse performance, while nursing supervision and motivation had a smaller influence on performance. From this research, the competency of nurses themselves needs to be maintained, but it is the supervision and motivation of nurses that must be improved so that performance increases will be more optimal. The implementation of nursing supervision, supervision of nurse competency, and synergistic increase in nurse work motivation must be improved to increase nurse work motivation.

Abstract

Exploring consumer behavior based on digital e- lifestyle in generation Z is an increasingly relevant topic in the context of the current digital era. Generation Z, who grew up amidst advances in digital technology, has experienced significant changes in their consumer behavior patterns. This research aims to investigate the factors that influence generation Z's consumer behavior in the context of their digital e-lifestyle . This research uses primary data collected using survey methods. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, where respondents are required to meet the criteria set by the researcher. The research results show that generation Z buyer behavior is strongly influenced by social media, where they are exposed to trends, brands and lifestyles promoted by digital influencers. Additionally, the convenience and flexibility of online shopping also plays an important role in their consumption decisions. Another significant factor is the FOMO ( Fear of Missing Out ) phenomenon, where generation Z feels the need to engage in activities and own items that match their friends in order to maintain social relevance. Additionally, digital identity and self-expression are also important factors in their consumption decisions, where they use goods and services to strengthen their self-image in the online world. However, the importance of sustainability is also emerging as an increasingly important consideration for generation Z, who tend to choose brands that are highly socially and environmentally responsible. By understanding these factors, companies and organizations can develop more effective strategies in targeting generation Z as their consumers, while also paying attention to the social, environmental and psychological impacts of this digital e- lifestyle based consumer behavior. Further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of changes in generation Z's consumer behavior along with the development of digital technology and changing social dynamics.

Abstract

Regional development involves the utilization of available resources to significantly improve the welfare of the community, including in financial aspects. One of the benchmarks for successful regional development can be measured by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) data of each region. PDRB can show the trend of economic growth from year to year, provide information on the economic resource capabilities of a region, and more. In measuring regional development based on PDRB, the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) also plays a key role in the planning and implementation of development programs. In government institutions with high integrity, public employees are expected to perform their duties with professionalism, avoid conflicts of interest, and report any ethical or legal violations they encounter. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the level of local government integrity on APBD management and its implications for the quality of regional development in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for APBD and PDRB data, and from the Corruption Prevention Network (JAGA) website for SPI data. The data used includes PDRB, SPI, and APBD for cities and regencies in Indonesia in 2022. The results of the study show that higher local government integrity can improve the management of their APBD; conversely, lower integrity can decrease it. The influence of local government integrity on APBD is relatively small, as the success of APBD management is also influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. However, in essence, APBD management requires a high commitment to integrity from the local government, as the APBD management process can be exploited as a means for certain funds' disbursement. Integrity in government institutions can reduce the risk of corruption. Higher integrity is predicted to improve APBD. Thus, local government integrity plays a key role in ensuring the success and sustainability of regional finances and provides a broad positive impact on development and community welfare

The learning interest variable has a positive and insignificant effect on learning achievement, with a value of 0.268> 0.05. The F test shows that the learning achievement variable is jointly (simultaneously) influenced by the variables of motivation and interest in learning, while the coefficient of determination R Square shows that the conclusion from contribution of the motivation and interest in learning variables are 65.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of cognitive bias on investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market, with a focus on overconfidence, herd behavior and loss aversion. Using an experimental approach, 100 individual investors participated in an investment simulation to test related hypotheses. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations during the simulation, analyzed using linear regression and ANOVA. The results show that overconfidence increases transaction frequency and risk, herd behavior causes behavior to follow the majority which triggers market volatility, and loss aversion causes investors to hold losing stocks for too long and quickly sell profitable stocks. These findings provide important insights for investment managers and market regulators to design strategies that reduce the negative impact of cognitive biases and improve market stability and performance.

Abstract

Exports of mining products generate substantial state revenue through export duties and taxes. This income can be used to finance national development in various fields such as infrastructure, education and health. Apart from that, mining products contribute to strengthening Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves, which in turn helps maintain macroeconomic stability. This research was conducted to analyze factors that could influence the growth of exports of Indonesian mining products. The dependent variable used in this research is the value of mining exports and the dependent variables are the dollar exchange rate, inflation rate and interest rates. The research was conducted in Indonesia with data taken for the period from 2010 to 2023. The data sources used were secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. Data analysis uses the help of e-views software by carrying out multiple regression analysis tests. The results of this research prove that inflation and interest rate variables influence exports of Indonesian mining products. The exchange rate has no effect on exports of mining products in Indonesia.

Abstract

A birth certificate is a right for every child. Every child has the right to receive a birth certificate, therefore even fathers and mothers who are in unregistered marriages have children's rights protected by the state. People who want to arrange a birth certificate can come directly to the Dukcapil office or arrange it online. If the parents are not legally married then the birth certificate will contain a phrase stating that the child born from the marriage has not been registered. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is what is the mechanism for registering birth certificates for children resulting from unregistered marriages after the enactment of Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 109 of 2019 concerning Forms and Books used in Population Administration in North Labuhan-batu Regency , what are the rights of those born as a result of sirri marriages with the issuance of birth certificates in North Labuhan-Batu Regency, what is the role of the Population and Civil Registration Service of North Labuhan-batu Regency in registering Birth Certificates for children resulting from sirri marriages. This paper described Through the use of Statement of Absolute Responsibility Letter (SPTJM) as an alternative to a marriage certificate, this service seeks to guarantee children's civil rights, including the right to legal identity. Despite facing various challenges and dilemmas, this service continues to try to balance legal compliance and protecting children's rights, while providing services and information to the community about procedures that can be taken to legalize marital status. Thus, the Population and Civil Registration Service plays an important role in ensuring that every child, including those born from unregistered marriages, can obtain a birth certificate and the rights that accompany it, even though there is still the potential for administrative difficulties in the future due to the parents' unregistered marital status. formally.
