Abstract

The Palembang City PUPR Office as one of the priority regional apparatuses in Palembang City, receives the second largest percentage of budget every year after education affairs. Therefore, consistency in budget planning is important to be implemented so that the allocation of the budget can produce optimal development performance. Consistency in budget planning needs to be prioritized because this is the main indicator in assessing local government performance. This ensures that all government programs and activities are implemented effectively in order to achieve predetermined goals. Analyze, describe the influencing factors, formulate strategies to improve consistency in planning and budgeting, at the Palembang City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The data collection method used in this study was by conducting observations, structured interviews and questionnaires by expert respondents. The determination of respondents was carried out using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis using the Planning and Budgeting Consolidation Matrix (MKPP). The conclusion of this study is that the planning and budgeting process at the Palembang City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service still experiences inconsistencies in activities and budget deviations, factors that influence the consistency of planning and budgeting are the components of HR competency in planning and budgeting, alternative strategies in efforts to improve the consistency of planning and budgeting (1) improving the quality and quantity of planning apparatus owned through coordination and cooperation between the Regional Government and the Central Government together with institutions/universities. (2) optimizing the target of regional apparatus development through aligning central government policies towards planning and budgeting, (3) increasing the capacity of regional apparatus leaders in dealing with the uncertainty of transfer funds and local revenues, and (4) aligning and consistent regional apparatus planning and budgeting in accordance with the RPJMD and RPJMN.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation in the cooperative and micro-enterprise department of Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where questionnaires will be distributed to all research respondents, where the population in this research is all employees of the cooperative and micro-enterprise department of Banjar district, South Kalimantan, totaling 35 people. In determining the sample, saturated sampling was used where the entire population was used as respondents considering that the population was less than 100. In testing the results of respondent data to measure the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable, path analysis was used. The test results showed that compensation was directly proven to have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the cooperative and micro-enterprise department of Banjar district, South Kalimantan, indirectly, motivation was able to mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of the cooperative and micro-enterprise department of Banjar district, South Kalimantan.

Abstract

Study This aim analyzes the influence of hard skills and soft skills on performance treasurer with motivation. Work as variable moderator at the Pompengan River Regional Center Jenberang. Study This used 90 samples consisting​ of treasurer at the Pompengan River Regional Center Jeneberang, selected using a random sampling technique. Data was collected through later questionnaire​ analysis using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). Research results show that hard skills and soft skills have a positive influence on the performance of a treasurer. Apart from that, motivation Work moderates (strengthens) the influence of hard and soft skills on performance treasurer. Implications study: Improving the treasurer's hard and soft skills through training, development, and guard motivation is essential. Work treasurer through giving rewards, recognition, and opportunities to develop a career.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce competition, retail companies need to implement innovative and adaptive marketing strategies to maintain and expand their market share. This research aims to examine effective marketing strategies in increasing market share in the retail industry. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research results show that market share in the retail business is crucial for company dominance and competitiveness. Companies with a large market share can attract more consumers, increase sales, and gain an advantage in price negotiations with suppliers. The increase in market share reflects success in attracting customers, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the image and interest of investors. As a market leader, a company can control prices, lead market trends, and innovate for sustainable growth. Factors such as competitive pricing strategies, strategic store locations, quality products, superior customer service, and innovation influence market share. By integrating these strategies, companies can maintain strong market share in a competitive retail environment, increase customer loyalty, and create long-term growth.

Abstract

Study This aims to identify potential fraud prevention strategies in the election process for provider service construction at the Implementation Hall Selection of Construction Services (BP2JK) for the Riau Region, Ministry of PUPR. Through qualitative influencing factors​ , Fraud prevention according to internal employees in the Riau Region BP2JK work unit was researched comprehensively. Analysis results show that fraud prevention requires a holistic approach involving​ commitment leaders in applying Firm and transparent internal policies. Additionally, regular employee education and training, strict supervision with mechanism reporting, and team collaboration are critical factors in preventing cheating: internal solid policies, implementation technology like e-procurement systems for increased transparency, and employee education sustainability. Understanding applicable rules and regulations also plays a vital role in fraud prevention efforts. Recommendation For increased effort: Fraud prevention includes enhancement training and awareness about ethics, development of technology information For overcoming gap security, collaboration inter-team supervision and audit, and enhancement transparency in the selection process provider service. With these steps, It is hoped that BP2JK Riau Region will be able to do this. Keep going, increase integrity and effectiveness in operating his duties, and create an environment free of work​ from practice cheating.

Abstract

Financial performance analysis is performed to measure the achievement of the company from the financial side. This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of company size and capital structure on the financial performance of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2022. The type of data used is quantitative data with secondary data sources, namely data obtained from each banking sector company website or obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. the sample used in this study were 29 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The method of data collection using documentation with data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company has a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance. While the capital structure has a significant negative effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Improving the operational efficiency of MSMEs and quickening the digital economy depend on optimizing digital apps in the fast changing digital environment. Many MSMEs, meanwhile, struggle with things like low technical skills, limited funds, and opposition to change. This paper investigates how digital apps could help MSMEs overcome obstacles and suggests efficient ways to maximize the usage of digital technology by means of the literature review approach. Digital apps include data analytics, digital marketing, and inventory control can help MSMEs become more competitive, more efficient, and productive, according the literature study. Case studies from Indonesia, such the UMKM Go Digital initiative, highlight the good effects of digital technology acceptance. The outcomes highlight the need of government and corporate sector cooperation in offering the required skills, resources, and infrastructure to assist the digitization of MSMEs. With the correct approach, digital technology may be a main engine of equitable and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

In order to stimulate tourism development in tourist destinations, it is imperative to implement marketing strategies that are informed by traveler preferences and experiences in the rapidly expanding digital era. The literature review method is employed in this study to examine the impact of traveler preferences and experiences on the development of effective marketing strategies. The analysis of the literature indicates that travelers' satisfaction and loyalty can be enhanced by providing them with distinctive and personalized experiences. The collection and comprehension of passenger preferences are significantly influenced by digital technologies, including social media and data analytics. The beneficial effects of implementing experiential marketing strategies are illustrated by case studies in Indonesia, including the "Wonderful Indonesia" program and the utilization of the Traveloka app and social media. In order to establish an environment that fosters sustainability and innovation in the tourism industry, it is imperative that the government, private sector, and local communities provide their support. The findings of this investigation offer profound insights for tourism industry practitioners and policymakers in the development of effective marketing strategies that will enhance traveler satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The role of marketing performance monitoring applications in improving strategic planning. The research method used was a literature review to identify the benefits and challenges of this application. The findings show that the app provides real-time data essential for performance analysis, enables in-depth understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, and supports predictive analysis. However, challenges such as data overload, metrics alignment, and user adoption need to be addressed. These applications can enhance strategic planning if implemented appropriately and supported by effective data management systems, training, and relevant strategies. This conclusion provides insights into how marketing performance monitoring applications can positively influence strategic planning and assist organisations in achieving their business goals.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Job Rotation, Work Environment, and Rewards on the Performance of Education Personnel at Surabaya State University. Using quantitative methods with a questionnaire prepared based on the Job Rotation variable (X1),EnvironmentWork (X2), Reward (X3) and Performance (Y). This research involved 53 respondents from Unesa education staff who were chosen randomly. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to determine the influence of each variable on the performance of educational staff at Unesa. The research results show that Job Rotation (X1) has no significant effect on the Performance (Y) of educational staff at Surabaya State University, while the Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect with a contribution of 77.8% to the variation in Performance (Y). Reward (X3) as a whole also does not have a significant effect on Performance (Y) even though there is satisfaction with cash financial awards. Therefore, further evaluation is needed on the implementation of work rotation and reward systems to make them more effective in improving performance. Unesa management needs to continue to improve working environment conditions and evaluate the job rotation and reward system to encourage optimal performance improvement.
